Just got back from my 5th and probably final trip to Medellin. I am mostly a Facebook hunter, have had this account since 2017 with a 1 k+ girls but not sure how many of those are still active. My biggest requirement is BBFS and Facebook girls tend to be the most agreeable to that requirement as compared to other venues like strip clubs and Casas. I know it is available at Centro. I like Facebook due to its easy delivery system. Going to break this down into three sections: Availability, Price, and Service.
Availability: The amount of girls that are available to fuck at my requirements has gone down drastically. My first trip essentially every girl atleast responded to my Facebook messages and from that 90% agreed to my offer. This was the case during my last trip in early 2021 as well. I had the pick of the litter. This trip I was lucky to get a response from even girls I had seen before. Lots of read messages and ignores or just ghosting after making plans. Some girls straight up laughed at my offer that they would have jumped on a couple years ago and ignored me. I had difficulty fulfilling my 2 girl a day qouta at first.
Price: It has gone up drastically. My offer used to be "150 mil mas taxi por dos leches, sin condóand" and I had a pretty decent acceptance rating for it even up to 2021. The average rate was 3,300 cop per usd during that time and with an atmost cost of 200 mil total per session I was paying $60 for a couple hours of fun which was doable for me. This trip I had trouble getting girls to come for 250 mil mas taxi and one leche. And these were the average girls. The girls I usually went with were 300-400+. So I was paying $75 for 1 leche (around 30 minutes if I push it) with an average girl compared to $60 for two leche (1-2 hours) with a very attractive girl 2 years ago. The BBFS acceptance was also way down. The cost for my past sessions would probably cost $100 today.
Service: This is what has soured my desire to go back the most. Of the 18 ish girls I saw 50% were starfishes. That never used to be the case. They were usually pretty into it. Less kissing, less affection, more businesslike. It ruined it a bit for me. More flakiness. The girls became more brazen opening the fridge, eating my food without asking me. Bigger egos and more arrogance.
The general vibe of the city has changed, there are so many tourist now, both mongers and normal ones. The immigration line to enter the country was literally 2 hours long. Airbnbs have more rules, are more expensive. Food is more expensive. People are less friendly from my personal experience.
In general I don't think it's worth coming here for me anymore. But I'm not sure where else to go. I have a job and 15 days pto per year so it's not like I can go visit less established scenes to discover them for myself. But on the other hand if a place becomes known it usually starts to suck.

The exchange rate for the Colombian Peso to USD has dropped to below 4300 COP.
Down more than 700 COP from it's highest exchange rate within the last six months.
Almost seems like it's in a free fall as I haven't seen it drop so much in several years without recovering and going to new highs.
Hopefully things will turn around.

I've been coming to Colombia since 2018 bogotá (santa fe) first and medellin since 2020 and I am well aware of how things operate here, hell I live here in a barrio and have many friends who are locals.
Whether or not any place is safe during the day or night is relative to many different factors depending on how you dress, how you carry yourself, your ability to communicate, whether you are recording people in a red light district with a late model Iphone or flashing your "coin" around, these are all factors that will determine your level of safety.
Agn to answer the OP's question the area there along cra 53 and calle 51 remains lively until around 8 pm or so, the sun sets around 6 pm. Sunday is the slowest day of the week.

Posts: 4009They had their court appearance. In one of the videos you can see the victim return to the scene of the crime with the police to identify the three girls. His denuncia, the phone being found on one of the girls and the video surveillance was enough to seal the deal. They will be back in the plaza just after next Christmas.

Also, reality check. The 8 months is more of a public relations gimmick showing they are tough on crime and will save all the foreigners. High probability the girls will be released in less than one months time.
