I landed turned on my Colombian cell and it says "Android is starting." and it never changes. Something happened.

Now I got to go buy a new cell. No biggie, but I lost all my contacts, ouch! I'm going to be in scramble mode this trip. I have many in FB so I will use messenger but some I don't remember how I met or thru whom.

First of all, a big thanks to all the contributors.

This was my first trip to Medellin and I had a blast. This was made possible by the all the excellent suggestions I got from the forum.

Day 1- Friday night.

Landed Bogota. Exchanged money right after exiting customs. Excellent tip. I got the best rate there on the trip. It was 50 cop less than xe rate. Took the connection to Medellin and.

Landed on Friday night at 1 am. (Just an info for fellow Canadians that we have to pay 190 k cop fees=70 dollars for immigration card. Please leave enough time for connection as their is only 1 counter for Canadians) The Mansion driver was waiting at the exit. The ride was smooth and took 35 minutes in night. Charge 75 k. By the time I got settled and freshen up it was 2 am. Went to the cave downstairs. It was about to close. Only few chicas left at that hour. I picked a one immediately Name Vanessa. She looked pretty and had amazing eyes she looked voluptuous too. She quoted 250 k, I countered with 150 k but didn't go down than 200 k. I took her to the room. Lots of kissing, but once she took off the clothes, things were sagging. It was kind off a turn off to see her. But as I didn't had any action yet, was still ready, BBBJ was good, and wet. Finished off doggy style as she had nice ass. Damage 200 k. Rating 3/10. Wouldn't repeat / recommend.

The room was pretty good and shower too. The best thing I liked about Mansion was I felt safe the moment I entered there.

Day 2- Saturday.

Met fellows on breakfast and planned to go to new life at 1130 to New life casa. 2 of us took a uber to New Life. Thanks for tip that the Casa has blue door. Reached there by around 1215. It was packed with locals. Never go to casa on the pay day. It will be packed. Picked a girl named Melany. She had fake ones and great ass. Tip 2: if you really like somebody write their names and call for immediately. If she is really beautiful and you wait for another one, most probably somebody will take her. Melany was good. No kissing allowed. Upcharge for BBBJ. Damage 50 k / half hour + 30 k BBBJ. Rating 6/10. Repeat; no as she was on mature side in 30's.

Came back to hotel. In evening I arranged a date with Valentina zapata. I had contacted her through facebook prior to coming to Medellin. Thanks to one of contributors here who provided her name and info in one of previous posts. She is 20. And was very hot but innocent types. She was late by an hour. Very nice figure when clothes cane off. BBBJ and tried other multiple positions. Quite cooperative. Damage 150 k+ 30 k taxi + 20 k tip. Rating: 9/10. Repeat: yes.

Once I finished with her. Fellow called and asked if I wanted to go back to Gusto. Well I wanted to enjoy to fullest. So headed out with them back to park Lleras. Nothing eventful. Had couple of more drinks and came back to mansion.

Woke up with a bad headache. May be drinks and lack of sleep and side effect of blue pill all combined. I had set up a date with Has leal friend of Valentina zapata. Again she was recommended by fellow here on board. I had to reschedule her to evening due to headache. Was kind a better in evening but I was drained. Has leal came on time. She has yummy figure. Around 24 years old. Bolted ones looked nice. Wet sloppy BBBJ and multiple positions. Went for 2 rounds. Second CIM. Felt good and totally drained by end of date. Rating 8/10.

Have you ever stayed at the Mansion?

It just surprises me that some guys can't see the advantage of being to able to meet many women on the fly. Without waiting for them. Paying for a taxi or being obligated to pay them for anything. Until you decide to fuck them. It is just such a huge time saver to be able to see a dozen or so women that you have on facebook without having to do a thing.

Of all the places I have gone and all the methods I have used to meet women. The Mansion has given me the highest percentage of GFE and women that I actually want to repeat with. And that happens in no small part to the environment and your ability to interact with the women before deciding to pull her.

Now there are guys that will tell you. Even some staying at the Mansion that it is over priced and that you get better value at the casas and renting an apartment.

And all I can tell you is that if you can't or aren't seeing a difference in the mansion women in the bedroom compared to casa chicks. Then the Mansion is not for you.

It is pretty obvious that some guys do not and will not ever be able to increase their odds of a GFE by interacting socially with women. And if that is the case then the Mansion is not for you. Let someone else have the room.

One thing that is rarely talked about is the fact that a LOT of the guys at the Mansion have been going down to Colombia for many, many years and speak Spanish. I've even met guys who OWN apartments in town but occasionally like to get a room at the Mansion to meet some fresh girls and to shoot the shit with like minded gringos.

If you have never been there you will get the impression from reading the board that every guy in the Mansion is an awkward super newbie who can't speak one word of Spanish and couldn't find his ass if he used both hands.

Already posted a report of Bogota of the same trip in December. I'll keep it short because I'm sure that most of you already know most of this.

New Life: Went multiple times! Wow how gorgeous the women. Honestly, some real stunners. Every time I went there was a 9, and I feel like my metric is pretty good. Something for everyone. 30 k for 30 min. 45 k for 45 min and 60 k for 60 min. Great value, but don't quote me on the price. Service was great. Make sure to buy a water in the beginning and the owner or manager will like you. He keeps those girls behaving.

Fade Dos: Honestly tons of 9's, saw two 10's. 200-250 k for and hour. You can have fun here but drinks are pricey.

Maracaibo (Downtown): What an experience, not for the inexperienced. Same price as New Life but tough environment. Took the only sexy thing in the bar and I kid you not, walked under the bar's table in a limbo fashion. In the back of the bar there's a hallway, sketch as heck, there there's rooms. Alright for the prices. Got my monger stripes here LOL.

Tips: Use Uber. Cheap and safer than taxis.

However, my personal experience with Medellin is that I did okay just staying on "La Sententa" (or is it LOS Sententa), just a block off from the metro station. Not much English spoken there, but I got fed when I wanted to eat, and got there and back when I wanted to. A Farmacia at the end of block sold me a couple of boxes of "sildenafilo" despite my language barrier. Walked to Energia, "no problem" after dark. Also walked around and explored El Centro during the day. Not so easy finding Aifee and New Life on foot, until I took a cab (which was cheap). All in all, it was a fun experience even though I went by myself. Even hung out with a mature Canuck backpacker cheap for a few days, so I had some company too. The biggest challenge to me in Medellin, quite honestly, is finding food that is tasty instead of bland. That was a actually a factor in my choosing to go back to SE Asia before coming back to Colombia. But to my point, its not a hard town to get around in, and if you read the forum, and study the Monger Map, you should be in like flint.

Still there are those who really need to be in a controlled environment and have the prey dropped in front of them. There was the curious case of the remedial monger who identified himself as an "FKK Guy" who showed up in Pattaya and couldn't figure out who were the working girls. Really. He asked for help on the Patts forum and apparently a forum member staying in Patts had to go meet him and actually show him who he could pay for sex. I guess we all have our challenges. Some of us, not so much.

Love that last part! There are roughly 50,000 working girls in Pattaya at any given time. It's almost impossible to not come in contact with them.

When someone mentions staying at the Mansion listing the positives and omitting the negatives, they are doing a disservice to the readers. They just want to know that you know what type of hotel it is.

It isn't easy to get a room there unless you are booking months in advance.

It is best to book your room there first and then buy your ticket.

I don't know all the behind-the-scenes drama that goes on (or rumors of drama), but the Mansion is responsible for my springboard gently into Colombia. Stayed there at least three times, even back when Greg was living there. I liked HMP 2 much better in terms of privacy (it is true that the first house can be like a frat house. Never bothered stayed there but would walk there for breakfast). On the weekend they would put on hot dog for the guests. La Cueva was a welcomed add-on and at times I would never go anywhere because I could find everything I wanted right there.

On my third trip I double booked at Mansion and an apartment with Barry. I dropped my bags off, took my carry on and went to the apartment. Never went back to my room until the last day of my trip. Boyd had gotten concerned something had happened to me because my luggage was in my room at HMP 2 for days, hahaha. But that was the last time I stayed there. I had just outgrown it. But I definitely would recommended it for newbies wanting to get a feel for Colombia the first time.

And to the newbie: yes! As MedellinGringo said, you need to book well in advance. Like at least 2-3 months out. Months like August will be full because of Feria de Las Flores. Same for any other big holidays there. They do really big parties during Halloween. Ask them to add you to their newsletter.

And I also agree that they asked you about how you heard about them because they want to make sure you are aware that it's not some couple’s retreat / BnB, hahaha.

In this "business" the price quoted and the price agreed on are frequently quite different. Especially if she thinks or knows you're newbie, she'll throw out a crazy number thinking you might be naive enough to bite on it.

I do short term from as low as exaggerated Taxi Fare (40 K) up to $120. For TLN same up to $200 K and that is start from 6 PM until the following AM and including 3 pops.

The thing is this usually includes food and drinks on my balcony and a decent night for them. If they want more $ they can find other guys, the ones coming down for a week who just don't have the time to set up something good from the opposite of a Facebook in demand hottie. Those will always charge more and turn down business if the price is below their minimum.

One thing that most will agree on is that living here over the years you just get a group of ex girlfriends / lovers / pootas-not-really-in-the-biz-anymore and your overall cost headaches, cancels, bad sex and occasional beúllshit just fades away. You being in the driver seat and cutting lose the drama beítches.

Leaving you with girls who want to hook up, an escape for the night away from home, make a few bucks like the old days. The ex girlfriends getting a 20 K-40 K exaggerated taxi fare also get gifts from the US, makeup, sneakers and stuff like that. Sex for most women down here, I believe, is just like kissing for a regular Western woman. The Latinas actually want to get laid and enjoy sex and don't use it as a weapon or some golden treasure that they can hold over men.

Granted some of the girls have been in my rotation for more than 10 years and are now mid to late 30's but I'm OK with that, the service is great, no strings attached, no headaches.

My point is the travelers not here for a while will need to shell out more cash.
