I'm pretty tech savvy so wanted to share some tips. I'm not speaking from results here as I have not been on my trip yet, these are mostly things I have noticed or that came to mind while preparing that I have previous technical experience with. If something is already common knowledge I guess I just have not seen it mentioned here yet.

Facebook:

- Profiles location: I've set my location to Medellin, it's less likely to trigger facebook banning you for adding many girls from Medellin rather than some other location.

- Friend's List: If you've set your profile's location to Medellin, when looking through someone's friend's list you can filter the friend's list by "My Current City" to avoid clicking through everyone. You must be logged in on a desktop browser.

- VPN: I've noticed some mention to also VPN and set your location to Medellin. Don't for the most part unless you have a dedicated IP VPN. Paid services like NordVPN still use shared IPs that so many bots also use, your account will be way more likely to be banned as Facebook know those VPN IPs. If you insist on using a VPN, choose a newer server (higher # usually) and use the same one each time. The better option is to use a dedicated proxy or your cell off of wifi. All overkill in my opinion, your own IP should be fine.

- Aged Accounts: If you are making a new account and don't want to start slow (e. G. 5 requests a day) buy an aged account for a few dollars (https://accsmarket.com/en/catalog/facebook/fbboosted). These are registered years ago and have some random friends populated. Aged accounts are way less likely to be banned. The better ones are usually the USA IP registered ones. You can also request it be male / female etc. Again nothing really wrong with just registering your own new facebook account fresh but I've been adding 20-30 girls / day with an aged account and no issues yet.

- Saving Posts: I have seen it suggested to save url links to girls profiles to be added later if you're limiting your friend requests. Instead if the girl's profile has at least one post on it, you can save that post from their profile within facebook to your saved posts section where you can also create categories (https://www.facebook.com/saved). It's more streamline than having it in a document. Plus when I go to send some friend requests on the app and revisit the saved list, it even suggests removing them from the list, almost like it knows you've now added them. It's a nice way to make a queue.

- Friend Custom Lists: Once girls are friends you can create different custom friend's lists within facebook (https://www.facebook.com/friends) primarily this might be helpful to organize girls however you want. You can also use these custom lists in your privacy settings to hide and show various parts of your profile / posts to different girls if you need for whatever reason.

Other Generic Safety Tools. I mention these here because Medellin isn't the safest, nothing beats just not putting yourself in situations to begin with but these might help if you need them:

- AI Background Check: This is not regular Tineye or Reverse Image search. With AI Facial search (https://pimeyes.com) you can upload some photos of a person and it will go and find that exact person online, in many other places they appear in photos. It's particularly good at finding adult content, so if the girl you're searching has escort ads or webcam content up, it may find those. You can also probably find their real name / social account if they're public enough. Up to you how you use this, it is paid to visit the links but you can see the results for free. Personally if I was talking to a girl and she's acted all innocent and I find she's all over camming sites and ads, I'd prefer to know what I am going in to. It's also great to see some content as a sneak preview.

- Wifi Security Camera: Instant view into my hotel room / airbnb from my phone and records too, alerts me to movement in my room too. Many on the market, mine fits in palm of my hand and was <$50. (Wyze cam on amazon). If I travel I can just plug it in and connect it to the wifi. Can record to an SD card or to the cloud if you're wanting content off site. I read a story here that an accomplice to a scoping broke and stole a security cameras memory, so it being in the cloud already means it's already stored online and away from you physically if it get's broken or stolen. The downside here is you might not want your security camera footage going online even if it is a secured passworded location. Your call. You could even just point it right at your door to get a girls face on her way in.

- Location tracking: You might want to use Airtags to track your stuff, or share your phone's location with a friend.

- Put your money in your shoe: Yeah this one is low tech! But saved me maybe over a total of $1000 in Mexico, cops stopped me a few times and stole my money from my wallet, but they forgot my shoes! Also a throw away wallet with old cards can help.

- Door stop alarm: I don't have one of these but did consider one when I was travelling a while back. Basically a door wedge to put by your door, if someone tries to open your front door you'll know.

I spent most of my last recent trip in Guatape and other areas outside of Medellin. I'm pretty sure I've explored more of Colombia than most people on this forum have in the short time I've been there buddy.

Honestly if you want to build a FB friend network this is something you should have started months before your trip. Two weeks is so little time that you're either going to have to get very lucky or you'll need a fellow monger to share his friend's list with you. But conversely any such monger has a strong incentive NOT to share their list because why would they risk you ruining their fun by overpaying their regulars or possibly infecting them with who knows what STDs?

Rather than asking for a sugar date and then trying to explain what that is just say you're visiting Medellin and that you'd like to meet or you think together you and they can have some fun together. Any pro or semi-pro will immediately agree and ask what date you arrive. She'll also probably start calling you "amor". If a girl plays dumb and asks why or what do you mean you're just talking to a regular girl and your chances of fucking her for money are considerably lower. If you talk a good game and are good-looking and charming (which let's be blunt--you're probably not if you're on this forum) you might be able to wine and dine her straight to your bed but for most of you it's not worth the effort. Move on to the next girl.

Thanks. Yes months ago would have been better. Last time I was there (2019) I just used tinder and was able to wine and dine them just fine and have sex for free. I always thought if I go back to Medellin I won't need to see girls for money. However this time I am alone, and far more concerned about safety which seems to have dropped significantly since 2019 and with tinder. This is what has brought me here, as I am able to control a situation a lot more with p4 p. Not having to really do the dating / partying / flashy bit and tell them when and where to be (love motel or my secure hotel) will hopefully avoid me getting scoped.

I've not mentioned visiting on FB, and actually had my location set to Medellin too, and only chatted in Spanish. Mainly for safety (less of a target) but I might throw some caution to the wind given you say they're more likely to meet a tourist.

I may also try seeking given my short notice too. But has the downside of maybe "rich" guys being a target.

An excited first timer heading to Medellin this Tuesday at a local AirBnB in El Poblado. I've been searching for more details on casas around El Poblado, as I intend to make the pilgrimage to Gutsos to see what all the fuss is about, and take a long week to safely explore this option. With "casas" a common term, I get everything or nothing as I navigate the site. I'd thought to earn a whisker or two in El Centro, but I don't think I'm there out of the box just yet. Thanks and a tip of the hat to you all for providing the forum and info to make the trip a reality.

No casas that I know of but there are a few massage places around parque Lleras that offer "extras" for the right price. I remember getting a BBBJ at one of them several years ago when I was new to Medellin but for the life of me I can't remember the name.

LOL. Dude are you serious right now? There are tons of hooker pickup bars and discos all over the world. In Pattaya there are AT LEAST 10 on Walking Street alone. I will name a few off the top of my head. 808, Candy Shop, Myst, Lucifer, iBar, Insomnia, Republic, Rave, Jannarat, Nasha, Flexx, Tunnel, Mixx. That is 13 on one street off the top of my head and there are more than that on that same street. This is in no way a Medellin Parque Lleras thing. 2 fucking small ass clubs? Really?!

I'll add that in Medellin there are scorea of other clubs where the girls look and smell just as good, and most are willing to dance and talk with you. The only real difference is that they won't expect $200-$300.

Your hunch about Instagram camgirls / influencers / onlyfans girls is spot on--most of these girls are deluged by horny messages from simps around the world and have probably just stopped looked at their DMs altogether. In all my years I've only successfully hooked up with one girl that I first saw on IG. Nowadays the only girls on IG who respond to my messages are girls that I've already fucked IRL.

With the time you have your best course of action is to either use photoprepagos (they don't use fake photos although they can be airbrushed) or to go to clubs and casas. Once you find a girl who rocks your boat ask for her whatsapp number and social media info. Many of them will recommend a friend or two. Then just build from there.

Heck, most of the barrio girls can't even dress properly for a date. They have absolutely no taste, no sense of style. You have to keep in mind that taking a barrio girl out of the barrio can be like taking a fish out of water which I have experienced on several occasions.

If your into barrio girls, and are going to dine with them outside of the barrio, then you need to tell them how to dress as many will be clueless.

And the dyed hair, that can be very problematic as they use cheap dyes, and as soon as you start banging them and their heads hit the sheets, pillows, and towels they can become stained, and can be a nightmare to be cleaned.

So if you can get beyond how ghettoish, tatted, weirdly dressed, and the dyed hair, some of these barrio girls can give you the ride of your life sexually.

If your looking for coifed beauty queens, well the barrio girls don't sound like a good match for you.

The term is used for places similar to MPs in other countries, or brothel sorts of places. But the term "casa" will not bring up anything in a search as it just means "house". So there are many of these in centro, but also a number in other parts of the city such as Estadio / Laureles. There are lots of posts in this forum about the various casas, and maps, etc. Can be searched and found.

Casas, in my opinion, are a great starting point in Medellin. They are safe, and once you read up on the various ones you may want to visit the way they operate is pretty clear. And much safer than trying to pick up a girl on the street in the parque Lleras area, or in centro area..

Gustos is like a shark tank, plus when you get to your room with the girl you have the same safety issue as any street girl, at multiple times the price. But still an interesting experience as it shows you that end of the "market". There will be some beautiful chicas, well dressed, and in a little world where many of the clients have no idea of the real marketplace. My first exposure to Gustos was when a chica I had been with a couple of days earlier for 200 k was asking over $200 US at Gustos. (I met her at the mansion and typical rates there were 150 k, so she had a bit of a premium price there at 200 K). Anyway, she fit in at Gustos, but also fit in at the Mansion at 20% of the price. And she was happy with either. That is the marketplace.
