Poblado, no, but even an area as Laureles, yes, you see very few foreigners!

Parque Lleras and Poblado seems artifical, it's not the real Medellin.

Many prominent persons actually have moved from Poblado since it's to much built on fast and / or dishonest money. The real families of Medellin despise Poblado. This are paisa friends words, not mine.

Outiside Poblado / Parque Lleras you will have much better odds, in the everyday life.

Parque Lleras is filled with $$$ looking girls, often arrogant, used to be spoiled by their rich colombian or foreigner boyfriends, it's fighting against bad odds.

The correct new operating casa is at Calle 16 A Sur # 500 E. Don't know about GPS.

The Calle 12 address and the pics posted are of old location. I did knock and ring at the door without any reponses.

From the old location, go uphill and curves to the right in the direction of Las Palmas, about 1 Km, look for a wooden porch like one in western movie with the clear inscription Calle 16 A Sur # 500 E on your right as you go uphill.

As far as I know from someone who visited Loutron with a GPS in one hand and a pack of condoms in the other, this is the correct GPS location of Loutron:
