Hey guys. Yet another trip in the pipeline. In a few weeks.

So in my last trip (I forget if I commented on this already) I found an unexpected source of fun in the lesbian bars. One in Barbacoa in particular. At any rate, I ended up doing a couple of checas there. It was one of those things that just happenned. I went there at the request of an amiga, ended up sitting there for a while as I like the music that was playing as well as absorb the scene both in the bar and in the "Calle de Pecado" Interesting and entertaining. Long story short I did a couple of girls I met there.

Well, I return home and thru facebook I keep in touch with a couple and connect with others. You know just some innocent chit chat. One of them I briefly met and drank with a little bit is super cute and funny. Not a paisa stunner to be sure but that girl next door quality. So chatting with her. Next thing you know she wants to do this and that go here and there. No surprises there as she is probably bored doing whatever it is she does on a daily basis (probably internet and hang around) and the foreigner guy may be able to provide some distraction by doing stuff she usually does not do.

My question is: she at some point insisted on picking me up at the airport and on visiting and hanging out with her family. I do not like being paranoid but I have been burned in Tijuana once and in BGT once (stories for another day). Is this a common thing with paisas or colombian girls? Or is this some kind of set up I must be super weary of?

My experience is that being Anglo Saxon you have to spend more money to get the same service as what others are getting for much less. This is also so in Asia especially in China. It is called the gringo or leowai tax. Generally in most if not all destinations Anglo Saxons are required to pay more because traditionally they have paid more even when not required to. If the price is fixed and you are white be prepared to pay a tip which is not expected of others. We are doomed by the behavior of others.

Yes; If she's hot, smart, and charming then clearly this will reflect on you in the most positive of ways in social or networking situations. If she keeps a nice home and presents a nice meal to a client then this is a benefit to you in closing deals. Best case is that TW and his wife get a long great and that would be huge!

Forth: Education in Colombia is crap! I think most elementary schools go for like 4 hours and then a second shift starts. What can you accomplish in 4 hours with kids? I think it was Korea or China that said they're elementary programs go for 7-8 hours. Cultural considerations need to be factored in to the equation as well. Girls are told from the jump that their looks are the key to their lives so that is what they focus on. That being said education no bueno.

To answer your question about finding a TW you listed or inferred your needs to be. Stunning, Smart, Bilingual, Classy, Educated, and willing to marry you. Are you well off? I mean like $250 K a year or better? Because that's the range you need to be to get the girl you are describing. Even in Colombia!
