Good post amigo, but some guys will never get it. That's why I mostly travel solo nowadays. The last thing I need is some bad lucked jinxed guy putting a hex on me because of some bullshit he is constantly doing. Being able to travel and live the life I live is proof that "doing right" is rewarded.

How much did you give this year to the Red Cross and how good does giving to them really make you feel? My guess is, like most of us, probably nothing because it just doesn't feel that good.

Why do you care what I give to the Red Cross? Doesn't that run counter with your other cracked-induced statement?:

those without never tire of complaining about those who have and how they spend it.

You didn't have to waste forum space to tell us that you don't give charitable donations because it "just doesn't feel that good"; nor did I come on here trying to guilt anyone into donating to the Red Cross!

And let's stop with the bullshit. If you were really concerned about "chicas going to college" I am certain there is no shortage of scholarship funds in Colombia that you could contribute to. But that "doesn't feel that good" as taking advantage of a situation and making a "direct donation" (into) a chica, now does it?

Tricking your earnings on "tuition payments" on women (other than your immediate family) is a lifestyle choice. There is nothing noble about it, so stop trying to guilt others into thinking otherwise.

PS, Interestingly enough, the wealthiest people I know or have known, have been far from the happiest, and in some cases actually very sad.

The shallow end of the pool is when girls are available to a wide variety of men such as MP's, Strip Clubs, The Mansion, Facebook, etc. The deep end of the pool is when girls are not having sex with an abundance of men. The deep end of the pool is desirable from the standpoint of getting a fresh attitude and essence as well not getting any sex restrictions. I swim in the shallow end of the pool sometimes, and enjoy it, but can see the difference from the deep end. IMO girls in the deep end of the pool who will accept direct payment for sex are better than regular girls. I won't get into that here though. Some Vets only swim in the shallow end and this is cool also. To each their own. Some of the girls that you meet in the deep end will find their way into the shallow end. Deal with this as you will. For you guys who have short trips, the shallow end of the pool is all that is available and the shallow end is a good place in MDE. If I traveled to another city for a week I would consider myself lucky to be with the caliber of girls that many of you guys are with in Medellin.

I have to admit, I almost always swim in the shallow end of the pool, looking and hoping to find the 'new' gem.

Over the years I've gotten pretty good at hanging out in the shallow end and finding keepers, and to be honest, whenever I have dabbled over in the deep end of the pool, I've felt out of my comfort zone.

I know what I'm good at, and I've learned to stay there. I'm more than satisfied with sweet. 7-8+, occasional 9 type girls.

The older I get, the more I like being with girls who actually click with me and enjoy being with me as well, and not just the quick PFP.

Having good contacts, like taxistas, local friends, etc, like you refer to, I agree, is key.

As an example, in Brazil, where I mostly hang out, I have befriended various 'madams' from various casas, clubs, etc over the years. They actually call or text me to let me know when a new girl shows up that they know is my type.

Bringing these madams little gifts, chocolates, etc helps out greatly LOL.

I also like how your anaology doesn't demean guys who prefer to swim in either end of the pool.

To me (and I am sure others on this board)"money to burn" equates to frequent, longer trips to multiple countries, and banging newer and increasingly hotter women. That would be my definition of getting the best ROI. If I want to be charitable, there is always the Red Cross and the Humane Society.

All of life is all about perspective and I think it's the rare individual whose perspective is not solely derived from financial status.

Here are a few easy ideas for you guys who have extended time. First, if you meet a girl in the shallow end, who is new and has a fresh attitude, get her phone number. If she is reluctant to give it to you tell her that you will only call her if she quits. Two of my favorite girls I met in their first week in Centro casas, who quit, and I transitioned them to the room. I read on the forum a few weeks ago some complaining about girls quitting at Aiffe. If they were new and you got their numbers this would be a good thing. Second, get referrals from the girls that you already know. Be very clear that you can get working girls very easily and that you are looking for girls with limited or no experience. It is also important to let them know that there is no rush and you have all the time in the world and quality is what counts. Third, taxi drivers can be good if you can find the right ones that you can trust. There are many other ideas as well but I just wanted to touch on a few easy ideas.

I definitely agree with Jeff but I don't think those are things you can impart to people on a message board, personally. A lot of guys here don't seem to understand the concept of "your mileage may vary"

Success as a Hobbyist in Colombia and other countries that have a deep end is a mindset. Once you have the right mindset the girls can see it in your eyes and they treat you differently. I have found the girls in MDE to be smoking hot, easy to entertain, great in bed, and in general cool to be around. I would encourage the Vets to write more about the deep end and discourage the readers from attacking them for doing so.

If you are bored, spend some time today watching the "Deadly Women" marathon on Investigation Discovery (ID). Some of the shit on there will definitely have you sleeping with one eye open, LOL!

It's pretty hard to be bore and lonely in Medellin if you have a little coin in your pocket.

Paisas get that there is a lot of competition to get in your bed. In Colombia you can have a smoking hot girlfriend that lives with you 24/7 for about $1000-$1500 a month out of pocket and beat that ass up a couple times a day if you want. But if you aren't living there you really don't have the opportunity to take full advantage of the situation.

If it makes you feel good paying a girls college tuition. Try and imagine what it feels like to take care of her and bang her senseless everyday.

Guys just have to remember that there are a lot more of them then there are of you. You are the commodity. You set the terms. Not them.

I've noticed a lot of guys here recently posting concern about the girls true feelings or intentions. When I was younger that worried me a lot as well. Now as I start to get older and less age-compatible it actually seems less an issue. I just take for granted that of couse holding things equal a chica is going to want to be with a guy her age from her part of the world. But once you accept that, you can actually be more relaxed around her. Remember, these girls can have doubts about you as well. They are probably thinking, this guy has had so many women, and he has money, he probably just sees me as another notch on his bedpost, or a trophy for his collection.

Sorry about rambling but the basic point is you will go insane if you obsess over these things. Just focus on having fun and being affectionate with these chicas, you will have mostly good experiences and minimize your chances of "being taken to the cleaners!"

As Warren Buffett says, he wants to leave his kids enough to do anything they want, but not so much that they can do nothing. Keep this in mind when helping these girls. Maybe a little help when serious difficulty arises and advice is the sweet spot. If they are always in need they are working you or are lazy. Most of the girls I am with are lazy and I accept that about them.

First off there is extreme poverty in MDE. Many of you read about the minimum wage of 600k ($350 / month) and think OMG how can they live off of this. The majority of the poor can't even find jobs that will pay them this. It is difficult for many poor girls to find steady work that pays 25k+ per day. A few people within a house work and support the entire family. There is no need for these extreme payment arrangements if one has time in MDE. If you want to do it, then that is up to you. Don't forget that if you throw money at them they will lose respect for you IMO.

If one has time in MDE there are plenty of 7's and 8's who will spend extended time with you for 100k or less and they don't have words like hour or condom in their vocabulary. Most of these girls are not aspiring college students. They are just poor and a victim of poverty. This is 90%+ of the girls you will meet in MDE. Many of these girls are satisfied with the money that you give them and have no desire to seek out other men. 9's I find hard to keep fresh irregardless of how you meet them. By the way I have a tough rating scale so add 1 to each of these numbers if you don't.

Don't be surprised if some new girls will not give you a BJ or DATY but will let you have endless no condom sex with them. IMO there is a big difference between a girl not doing these things for professional reasons versus innocence reasons. In the poor barrios many these girls make out, with light petting, and then jump into sex. I am sure some of you Vets can identify with this. Now you know where this stems from.
