Sorry you haven't enjoyed yourself. Most people do though. It is certainly true that we haven't found our exact niche, but it's a lot of fun trying different things, and we are close to developing our exact biz model. Getting the strip club license has caused us to change things around, but of course it's a great thing. We also made a change of management, but the important thing is that we are now self supporting which means we can stay open indefinitely and work to get things exactly the way we want without having to throw money at it. We have a crew of non Mansion chicas which have made Liquid home, and our apartment for out of town chicas is now rented. As soon as it's furnished, we will bring our first girls from out of town, and in time will have 3 or 4 more.

We are starting the strip club remodel next week which will feature a 2 story strip pole and a new stage in front of the 120" projector screen. There are many other improvement coming, so I urge you to give us another chance, and offer suggestions if there's something you think we could do better.

I just sent out the newsletter with pictures of our first Lesbian show. I have big plans for improving that show, that I know is going to be very popular. Anybody interested in being on the newsletter email, just go to Liquidloungemedellin on facebook and signup for it.

Sounds great. I will say however that if you are making this many changes, then we probably agree that they needed to be made. Best of luck with the transition, I look forward to checking it out again sometime in the future.

Yeah Bart I have had your same experience, few gringos in the centro strip joints although the quality is hit and miss. They keep getting knocked for their best dancers by bigger clubs.

Liquid Lounge is just a hot mess if you ask me. Never once have I gone there and enjoyed myself. There is like a narrow window between 1030 and 130 where there are actually girls. It's not a sports bar, it's not a comfortable lounge, it's not a strip club. But in a way it's a little bit of all those things. Not my scene, sorry, have to agree with you on that.

I never really enjoyed the Mayo. I stayed there four or five years ago at Frank's place. Whew, what a dump of an apartment and what a dumb of a neighborhood. The sessions I had there were dull and rushed, the girls really get run through there, too. Not my scene either LOL.

Decided to check out the place last night, Friday nov. 08. I arrived 9:15pm, total persons 3, barmaid, chica and me. I asked the barmaid what time people showed up on a Friday and she said 10pm, I asked the chica and she said 11pm. I had one beer 7k and left at 9:35 so the new total was now 2 persons when I left. So suggest if you plan to visit don't go at .

Sorry your timing was off. I just talked to my manager Larry, and we ended up having a terrific night on Friday. We are the same as Fase Dos, San Diego, Luna Luneras. Things do not get going until around 11pm. I personally don't like it, but it's the nature of things here. The guys don't start showing up until late so the Chicas do the same. We are trying to get the parties started earlier, but it's going to take some time. We just rented a special apartment for our new "out of town" girls, and we have 2 starting in a couple of weeks from Pereira. In time we will have 4 or 5 out of town girls that will be exclusive to Liquid, so of course they will be there earlier. Hopefully, that will prompt the Gringos to start showing up earlier.

Headed back to el centro where my 2 favorite places with dancers are packed at 6pm on a Friday and were rocking as usual at 10pm when I returned, and no other gringos in sight and those Colombianos taking all the plump ones and leaving all those flaquitas for me. My god I love Colombia.

I sure miss the old mayo, it is just not the same with the 'no tables on the sidewalk law'. I was out there about a month ago, just after my novia of nearly 2 years dumped me for a colombiano about 30 or more years younger than me. I am doing better now though, I have quit crying in my beer the past 2 weeks and not taking shots of guaro along with my coffee in the morning. Thank god they keep making more of those 23 year olds to ease my pain.

Those barrios are close to a huge Stadium, malls, supermarkets, close to Laureles, La 70, with all kind of restaurants and prepagos in apartments in a safe area. Estadio / Suramericana also comunication centre, close to buses, taxis, metro, close, to Centro, Laureles. But prices are on some services are only 1/2 of those in Poblado. There are many hotels, hostels and apartmenthotels from 30-100 k COP / night. Also many nice motels, where you can bring a girl, on Avenida Colombia / 50.

Have never been to CR but from what I read lately it sounds like a good mongering destination. If you are familiar w / the place or want to improve on what you already know stick w / CR.

As for Medellin it is not a good monger hotel destination, they're either too funky or too high end and not GF. The hotels in La Mayorista are cheap, clean and very small, also very isolated.

The only strip clubs I've been to are in El Centro and most chicas there are plump, some nice lookers but plump. You can probably get TLN for around 1 or 2 bills.

I did go to San Diego strip club and was not impressed. Las America was my favorite strip club, w / huge porno vids running all night, a freaking down and dirty place. Apparently too much so because it is closed now.

Some guys like the mansion and some guys don't. I get the feeling you are not a mansion type guy. Good luck w / whatever you do.

Anyone been in Titiribi, a small town, but not so touristic as Santa Fe de Antioquia or Guatape, maybe a good spot to longterm-term rent a small house or apartment, which access to a pool (and river).

Is 1500 meter above sea level, the same as Medellin, but also with an area "El Tambo. Area green with a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and 600 meters Ideal for fishing or sports area lunch picnics".

With fewer tourists than the other exotic places around MDE one maybe can live a life in tranquility, without paying tourist prices.

I liked Marinilla very much, but the higher altitude makes it colder and more rainy than MDE.

Guapate is awesome, but I don't play in that field of incomes that are needed for long-term / permanent living.

Go to Medellin, stay at the Mansion, visit Liquid Lounge, Face Dos, la Isla, etc.

You'll be safe and happy and maybe never go back to SJO.

On subsequent visits you can stay elsewhere, other than the Mansion, or you may find that you enjoy it there.

Also. Safety is a concern for me. I felt very safe in SJO.

Also, if you come just for mongering. You can stay at Hotel Del Rey or go to Mona Lisa and have a large selection.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I heard Medellin has more strip clubs than places like Del Rey or Mona Lisa where there are working girls who will go back to your hotel.

In terms of price. At Del Rey you can can get a girl for an hour from anywhere $50-$80.

Depending on the time. TLN can cost maybe $80-150 in SJO at Del Rey or Mona Lisa?

Just stick w / CR if you enjoy the action there. Medellin is not all that great and you better know espanol there otherwise you're fucked. Enjoy CR!
