I have spent several months in MDE and will share my input on what I think are good spots to hit and good approaches to try.

First off, I don't think regular girls there are the greatest bet, maybe some little jovencitas but overall the P4P scene in MDE is better than the "freebie" scene. This is not true, in my opinion, in several areas of Colombia, however the values are good in MDE.

I'll start off at the high end. Leutron and Fase Dos are the most expensive / notorious. Leutron does have legitimately SMOKIN girls, service is typically mechanical and price is high though. You cannot top the environment though and the peripheral services (massage and what not) are pretty good. Fase Dos, meh, I did pull a WONDERFUL girl out of there that I actually wound up taking on a trip with me. She is now married and out of the game, we talk occasionally, otherwise I'd gladly provide info. There are a couple legit performers in there and, in the case of the two girls I went with, the service was incredible. That said, overall it's overpriced, mechanical, overrated and not a place I think anyone would frequent unless they were trying more to flaunt their money than get some good action.

Have had some good experiences there, have also had some duds. Get yourself a young one out of there and be fun. If you're not comfortable in a situation surrounded by locals, be sure to bring a friend or two, it is a little more rough area / atmosphere than some places but not terrible.

There are a couple of MPs in that range as well. Blue Room keeps changing owners, it's lost a couple of its best girls. Energy is owned by some of its former owners, it's down by the Nacional stadium, it's around 100K and I like it. Nice atmosphere and a couple of great girl there, go and try them on for size. I would recommend that place.

Moving down to the 30-70K price range, I'd recommend Aiffe and New Life. There is one near New Life as well, the name of which escapes me but ALL the girls are high school seniors. It was like Beverly Hills 9021-HO! It was too bad I'd discovered after I had a girlfriend there and in Cartagena only went a couple times but it had stunning young girls although most of their service required you to REALLY take charge, kind of lost. Aiffe you can go bareback for a tip if you do not appear absolutely repugnant and / or filthy, tip is reasonable. Like a lot of MPs, the girls are kind of run through as the day progresses, which you can really feel bareback hahaha. New Life is a mixed bag, maybe the most beautiful girl I've ever been with was there though, went regularly until she quit (short career there, maybe two months). Yes, to bring little gifts is always a good way to operate. Last trip I had a small box of different perfumes and lotions I was going to give to one of my favorites. Before I saw her I met a new girl, and decided to give her the gift instead. Her eyes lit up better than any spoiled American kid at Christmas. Of course the next time I went with her the BBBJ I got also lit my eyes up.

I personally avoid the high-end (priced) venues and concentrate my hunt for the sweethearts (diamonds) in the hopefully less traveled, more simple venues.

That's where I've always had luck, but of course we each have our own tastes, etc, and some guys naturally do enjoy the high end venues, and their more fancy settings.
