Well, I think I will chime in and provide my perspective. Feel free to leave me out of any pissing context that may or may not continue.

I have been to MDE a few times, for work and play. I have stayed in a hotel, at the Casa Blanca, and in an apartment. I love MDE, and that includes La Mayorista, and CB, and the casas, and the Centro clubs. Each have had a place in making my trips fun. I would find La Mayorista a drag to hang out in every night, just as I would find CB too cookie cutter to spend all my waking hours in. Both a great, but every, very different.

For me, the key to a good trip is to experiment with different areas and experiences, and to learn what works for you. I prefer longer sessions and TLNs. I am a lover of GFE. I also like three girl BBBJs. You usually have to go to different kinds of places, depending on the country, for different types of experiences.

Ok, none of this is very insightful or earthshaking (a am tired and my brain seems to be on sabbatical) , but my point is this. The purpose of this board is to share experiences that allow each of us to have better times when we monger. Why people feel the need to bash the experiences of others, I don't know.

Critique and evaluate, yes, but getting into personal wars? Yes, I have done it as well, but it is useless.

I do think there are some basic guidelines for La Majorista.

1) not for the faint of heart.

2) Spanish helps.

3) Patience is a must.

4) you need to be able to negotiate well, IF you want to do anything outside the half hour norm.

5) It is not safe or unsafe inherently- there are risks you need to pay attention to. Don't walk around alone off the strip late at night. Don't flash money. Watch for chicas who are total druggies.

6) 9s and 10s are rare. 7s can be found. Most chicas are ugly.

While I did not stay at Franks, my pal John Gualt showed me around and we did hang out with a couple of chicas there. It is a decent place and the price is good. It would be fun place to stay if you had three guys and rented out the place- I personally would not love the idea of bumping into random dudes and chicas in my apartment, but I am bit of a control freak.

Frank, I do think that things would be better for you if here if you did not act as if you have to "sell" people- that is what pissed off a lot of guys when you were posting on CRT. You seem like a decent guy. If I would you, I would provide your information a bit more dispassionatly.

Hi HT, fair report, just a couple of things. There are 2 bathrooms for 3 beds. I don't know how far back it was when you visited, but that's the set-up now. Or, maybe the second bath was under repair and you didn't see it with the door being closed. As for girls not comming up to My Place, that proves my point of new talent all the time because dozens of girls from La Mayorista have continually come to My Place in the last 4 years. You can see many pics in this same forum and in the emails I send my guests of many of La Mayorista girls partying at My Place, so that's not an arguable point.

Chemistry and trust is important for "newbie" girls to come up, but it's easier if you say "come to my Hotel" up the street than to say "come up to my apartment", as they are all familiar with the hotels, but the "apartment" thing might sound a little "eerie" to some of the newbie "hotties". I would just like to comment about Frank and Franks place. Even at the risk of Frank getting a little excited at me.

His place is pretty nice but nothing fancy and its inexpensive. It has three bedrooms with safes that share one bathroom. (wear flip flops!) This was never a problem for me other than 1 or 2 times having to wait a few minutes and in fact on a few occasions I got to see a few naked female strangers. All bedrooms were occupied by youngish guys who both seemed pretty cool to me. Hung out with them a couple of times for lunch and beers. I kind of expected the place to be like a party spot from all the photos. It was not. I tried, but it just didn't happen. But I did bring friends up and the other guys had friends up which made it kinda cool in its own way but not a party. I saw Frank only one time when he gave me the key and did not seem too interested in the idea of partying saying he is too old for that and then muttering something about he could be a wingman for a price, but didn't really seem too interested in that either. He seemed like a high energy kind of guy. Kind of nervous in a, I have a lot to tell you so pay attention, kind of way. I did not find him very friendly but he was thorough in explaining everything to me and quickly showing me around the area. Where to eat. ATM, Supermarket, go to these people in an emergency. HE called every day too, just to check up, which really didn't bother me and also mentioned he could send over a couple of girls, if I wanted, one of which I already knew from the mansion.

On the street, there were many fugly chicas but almost every time I sat down or walked around, with a little patience, I could find at least 1 or 2 I liked who also requested very reasonable rates. Even in the morning when I would have breakfast outside I was able to find someone. At night it definitely got better. The weird thing was that a lot of the girls did not want to go to my place. Many did, but many only wanted to go to their hotel room nearby or even on the main strip. A few times I brought friends back from clubs and once, with some snobby girls, they were kind of leery about the area. Once in the apartment, they seemed pleasantly surprised. Overall, I had a great experience at Franks place. And I hear he replaced the mattresses which was definitely needed. When I tried to stay there again, he was kind of curt about it saying, he was booked. I am going to try to attach a photo. These were the snobby girls.

Again, for the "light headed", I've always lived a double life, but I'm a little tired of the monger half. But that doesn't mean that others can't enjoy what I've enjoyed till they get tired. Meanwhile, even though I want to retire, people keep comming to My Place and is hard to say no to "hard, cold cash". And Ricker, you were the one that first said, I was "growing senile or maybe got a bad batch of drugs". The Mayorista is like AA ball. Bush league. A lot of good girls get their start there and sooner or later they graduate to the higher end places. Many of which cost the same. The problem is you need to weed through a lot of low life dregs in Mayorista totally hit or miss. Most of the girls are druggies. If you have weeks to spend waiting for the diamond in the rough more power to ya. If you do find one and think she is going to be there the next month or next week good luck. Also girls that get booted from the regular scene end up back at the Mayorista Bush league. Bad service, drug wacko behaviour by the girls, lack of punctuality whatever.

Some guys want quality pussy without the struggle and more than one choice and on the first day. This is where the Mayorista falls short. I know guys who sit there all night just to leave and hit a place with decent sure things. Many guys go once and never go back. It is not for every one.

Decided to check out la Mayorista and Luna last night.

La mayorista has been described here before, it does seem like going to Tiajuana for a night. I enjoyed the experience, and it would be better with a group of guys, but I'd be hard pressed to see myself touching one of those girls.

I did see maybe 3 that looked good, but the best one walked past quickly and kept going to god knows where by all the warehouses and factories in the next block (this was at about 11 pm).

Even the best ones I would really struggle to see being with, knowing they'd been with every taxi and truck driver in the city, but that's just me.

My educated guess was she was going to buy a smoke or a quick pick me up.

A lot of these girls are strung out, its no secret.

As far as the price the centro casas cost the same. I can actually get a BBJCIM in Jersey City for $20 with the same caliber of ho found at the Mayorista.

I spent ALL but one night in Mayorista (I stayed in a hotel nearby). MANY dislike this area because it is known to have gordas (fatties) and feas (uglies). Yes, there are uglies, fatties, and grandmas. But in order to tolerate Mayorista: Patience. You need to come here with an open mind. If you are 100% wanting to find some pussy. Go to a casa or strip club. Mayorista is a street of 5-6 bars. There are many truckers here and locals that come to drink and to look at eye candy. Why did I not go elsewhere for all of my nights? Like I said, I don't consider myself a mongerer and I was there to drink and If I found someone I really liked then I'd take her.

Approximately 15-30 girls depending on the night (don't go on raining nights).25% do-able. Hotels right on the street. I took 3 girls from the area. Theres no point to name names because many streetwalkers come and go. Usually around 30k.

As a hardcore mongerer, in order to enjoy Mayorista. You should have some pros lined up just incase you don't see anyone you like in the area.

Man! With my next trip coming up in sept I'm really bummed to hear about Energy. That was my favorite spot and I had no issues back in last April. Sounds like a new Loutrons kind of attitude.
