There used to be reports of shots given at pharmacies in Costa Rica but in Colombia you'll likely have to take the product with you and self-administer.

I agree. I have only seen Facebook girls on my three trips to Medellin and I have generally been happy with the results. I need my cellphone when I travel to check on things but having a second cellphone when you go out is a good idea too. Staying in a hotel with security is also a good thing to do. The downside is that sometimes they are too rigid and you can't get your girl to your hotel room. Screening girls is always a good idea but sometimes I take chances on girls with very little on their FB profile and it has worked out. But that is taking additional risk.

But the point is that there are things you can do to make it safer if you are concerned. I would also agree that going to the casas and having sex in the casa and not in your hotel room is much safer if you don't want to take any chances. The girls will not drug or rob you in the casas because the casas are trying to run a business and you can't get customers if the girls are doing that in your casa.

Honestly I would avoid internet girls in Medellin. There are so many casas to go to and meet girls in person, it isn't worth the scope risk. You should have no problem getting a girl to go to your hotel, if you offer more than she gets at the casa. Remember, whatever you pay the girl at the casa she is giving part to the house. As I stated in a previous post, getting girls to come to your place after a good session is easy in Medellin.

Have you been able to get Nebido without a prescription? I've looked for it and my hovia has looked for it without much luck. We've found it in a few places but a prescription was required.

My testosterone is 200 now. Pretty awful. Which is why I can't screw like I use too. Unfortunately I've been diagnosed recently with diabetes. Went to hospital with over 1000 blood sugar.
