Medellin is not the world's number 1 sex tourism destination. Thailand is much bigger a destination. I don't think it is even in the top 5. The number of posts on this site only indicates that guys are more likely to post about Medellin on this website and not that it is the world's biggest sex tourism destination.

Anyway, here is my personal plan. Land in Medellin. Take a taxi which I have reserved in advance through booking.com to my airbnb in El Poblado. Stay there for a week with a girl who I have already met through seeking.com. Probably go out to some clubs with her if she wants to. Give her a million pesos at the beginning of each day. That sounds fair to me for the company of a beautiful college aged girl. Take the taxi back to the airport and go home.
