Planning on visiting Medellin and staying at mansion in 3rd week of January. I heard / read that they have new management now. Any thing to keep in mind or worry about safety wise? I have stayed there 4-5 times until 2019. But going after a long covid break now. Want to make sure the safety aspect is still there like before. Any one else going around then? Message me.

No guarantees, but I think you're generally safe there. Like most doorman buildings, they record the information of any chica entering. That eliminates a lot of problems. IMO you should always stay in a place that takes chicas' IDs upon entering.

That said, if you're picky, be prepared to find talent on your own. What's available on site (day or night) is very inconsistent.

- Thematic Luxury https://www.facebook.com/thematicluxury/ and Motel Ejecutive La 33 (it's on the same road, just opposite) next to Luna Lunera.

On Calle 51 avenida Colombia there are 3 motels one next to the other:

- Motel 3 the Suites http://www.3dsuite.co/.

- Thematic Suites www.thematicsuites.com.co.

- Lov suites.

There is a Map somewhere on this forum with more options.

Someone complained about Jacuzzi not always working, so if you are into that I would double check.

The cheapest one in El Centro will work for street action, but they have their own so no paperwork for me.

For every love motel I've visited, you have to call the front desk to get the jacuzzi turned on.

OK so you have had somebody you've never met previously spend the night.

Yeah I'm feeling a little iffy about it but I did some digging going thru a chicks Facebook the other day that wants to spend the night and I seen she has her main family as friends on it going back years, so at least I know she's not on a back up account. Still you have to have your guard up tho.

Wanting to spend the night without first meeting you is a red flag. It's common for a girl to agree on an all night price, fuck once, make an excuse to leave and demand the full amount. It's better to set up a shorter time. If you're really enjoying it and feel okay with it, you can always extend.

At night, Motel Ibiza is 10 minutes away from Parque Lleras by taxi. During the afternoon it might take 30 minutes or more.

I want to say thank you. The recent reports have sufficiently scared the shit out of me. Haha and I don't scare easily. Those that know me know I'm not the most cautious monger. I'm not particularly foolish (most of the time) but I operate with little fear. I use caution and trust my gut. But based on these reports, and some real time info from some amigas living in Medellin, I do think we're in a time where crimes against mongers are elevated. As others have said, we are attractive targets.

My suggestion: is there any value in texting or messaging a fellow in-country monger to say here are my plans, here's when I should be back, and if you don't hear from me by a certain time, call the hotel staff for a wellness check? Like I said, I can envision many challenges to this. But I do want to think out of the box. We got a good thing in MDE and I worry that this uptick in druggings and robberies is a trend that can upset the apple cart.

A better plan is a like minded wingman. If you're going to be drugged and robbed it's going to be a 2-3 HR timeline, and then you or your body just lies there till found. What good would that do? It's what could mitigate that before it happens that is vital.

First time poster here. Hoping to get some advice. Been mongering since '97 or so, mostly here in the US and have had a few sketchy experiences but nothing terrible. Have had 1 experience overseas and it was fine. Not great but not bad either.

I recently visited Medellin and Cartagena in a capacity that I wasn't able to engage in any mongering but I saw the opportunities first hand as I was able to go out in parque Lleras and in old city Cartagena. I have an opportunity to go back to Medellin very soon, like next 10 days or so and am planning on going for 3 nights. I've tried to read as much as I possibly could and generally do not try to be on any radar but this is my first time traveling out of the country where mongering will be a primary focal point of the trip and I'll be solo, so I want to be as cautious as possible. I actually read VJ's report below and would love to meet up with any of you who may be there, so I'm not totally alone in navigating this trip. Plus I think there's probably a little more safety in numbers.

I've read quite a bit about New Life and some of the strip clubs in centro. Thoughts on those places? I spent a little bit of time in centro last trip but didn't even notice those places. Obviously I saw the street girls but I've heard New Life and the strip clubs are a slightly higher caliber. Can anyone comment on their experiences there? Also I wouldn't mind a massage and then some action, I've read some good things about some of the massage parlors..

You are a minority scraping the bottom WG's of Colombia. ELEVATE your mindset. Enjoy the real Colombia. It's there when you open your minds. AND YOUR WALLETS and it's still affordable.

So last month in Barranquilla a chick that I mess with invited me to her coworker's birthday party. Not one minute during those few hours did someone come to me and say since you are here enjoying this real Colombia, you need to open your wallet. Maybe your mindset is scraping the bottom of what Colombia has to offer. Elevate it!

This was my first time in Medellin, so I wouldn't have felt comfortable with one staying the night. On my next trip, I will have one stay with me for a couple days (outside of Medellin) but I already have all her basic info and will get a copy of her ID when I book the place. I know this sounds dangerous to some guys, but I've done it before with two girls from Bogota. Again, I'll take all precautions and I have a certain level of trust with this one.
