Well here in the midwest in a peaceful Chicago suburb we just had 5 women lose there lives when an asshole tried to rob a womens clothing store. The idiot decides to rob the store on an early Sunday morning when there is NO money in the register yet. Flustered, he figures he can rob the 6 women in the store. So he duct tapes them and robs them. Then apparently he felt he could not leave any witnesses who have seen his face so he proceeds to shoot each woman in the head. Fortunately he misses one woman's head and hits her in the neck and hits no vitals.

The result is five innocent women killed for some petty cash and a few gold chains. The survivor has been able to give a good description of this bastard coward.

I hope they fry the fucker. Oh yeah, I forgot they can't because this state does not believe in capitol punishment. Worse he will get, if caught, is life without parole.

Sorry to rant but it just gets me when people Colombian or any other country as being less safe than the USA. Oh sure you can stay away from dangerous places in foreign countries but just how safe are you in your own hometown?

Shit happens anywhere. Life is much cheaper in Colombia than it is in the US. Reality gets to you? There is no comparison between US and Colombian safety.

When was the last time you had to worry about being robbed or kidnapped driving to Wisconsin for the weekend?

Sorry to rant but it just gets me when people Colombian or any other country as being less safe than the USA. Oh sure you can stay away from dangerous places in foreign countries but just how safe are you in your own hometown?

So I take it you haven't had any safety issues in Cali? ;)

I ask since you seem to go there quite a bit, and I've always heard it's one of the more dangerous cities in Colombia. Be safe buddy y nunca dar papaya!

Also, it's good to hear your info on pricing. Keep in mind Cali's economy is a bit depressed compared to Medellin and Bogota so prices there should be a bit lower.

As for the Loutron babe anecdote. Well, I'll STILL insist there are some top notch bodies that are simply not available at the 100K level. Maybe if they're "desperate" as you yourself admitted was the case here. But I don't want to sink into a flame war over pricing and I do think that the normal pretty girls which are a dime a dozen in Colombia are available for very reasonable prices assuming you can talk to them in Spanish.

Moral of the story: you don't drive around Colombia in Land Cruisers even if they are old.

A friend of mine had his cell phone snatched from his hand while talking in front of Unicentro Mall in Laureles (MDE) around noon on a week day. It was a guy on a moto.

Friends in Cartagena have told me of an increase in bus robberies. A couple of thugs get on a bus and look around a bit. Then they relieve each passenger of his/her stuff.

Oh yeah, and this can happen in any US city. Jajajaja.

Today was a strak reminder we live in Colombia not small town USA, Yesterday my Brother in law had a meeting with the town people of Belen and Agua Frias. It was a business meeting as we are involved with some enviormental issues in the area. My sister and law called to see how things were going for him so he pulled to the side of the road to speak with her since he was on the road at the time. As he spoke 2 young men on a motorcycle pulled to the side of his vehicle on North hwy / a 96 model Toyota Land Cruiser/ silver in color, and put a gun to the side of his head and demanded the vehicle. He is a pretty tough fellow so he talked shit and they put him to the ground and drove away with the SUV. He survived the attack but now faces a period of time without the truck. The insurance will pay for the vehicle and why he didn't just give it up I will never know. He could be dead today if not for the grace of God, or Luck, whichever you prefer. I have been Lucky with my time here, no attacks thus far. Then I get another phone call from my friend a software designer who was having lunch in a posh resturant in Poblado, while she enjoyed her glass of wine from out of nowhere a young Colombian male runs past the resturant and purse snatches her purse as she exits the place. She is also Lucky as she was unharmed, she is minus her valuables but she is alive to tell the story. I know you guys think this is no different than any American city, yes it could happen any where. Just be careful out there, this is still a Dangerous place. Where desperate people do desperate things.

I have said many times in previous posts that it is up to the clients of the MM and not AG to keep the MM Paisa prices in check. This is not unachievable by no means. In fact I'll share this recent event with you all.

Two weeks ago I arrived in Medellin for a couple of days after visiting Cali for 10 days. There was no rooms available at the Mansion or Castillo so I stayed at a friends Condo in Medellin. It was a Tuesday late afternoon when I got a call from Medellin Bob. He tells me there is a MM gal at the Mansion that is in need of some rent money but has no takers at the Mansion (all the guys were occupied). He said she used to work a Loutron's as well so it tells me that she is probably above average. Now I advise Bob that I don't pay what is considered "usual MM prices". He says she's desperate and will probably negotiate. Well it so happened that I was heading down to the Mansion to visit with AG anyway so I agreed to take a look see. I show up a half hour later and exchange niceties with AG and I meet the very lovely Marjorie. She is definitely a Paisa beauty and is immediately excited to see her John (me) had arrived. She's sweet and we are soon snuggling in one of the big MM easy chairs and I tell her that I am happy to help out her financial situation but explain to her quickly, directly and confidently that I am accustomed to paying $80, 000 to $100, 000 for an "unhurried" locking of loins and payment is done afterward. I tell her I want to be up front so there are no surprises. I tell her if she is unhappy with the offer, I'd be happy to take my fingers out from the crack of her ass and she can pursue another. She laughs and says she'd be fine with the offer of $100, 000 and so after about 20 minutes we left for my place. So long story short, we had a photo session (I promised I would not post though) and she delivers a most rewarding romp in the hay. Afterwards she surprisingly wanted to me to shower with her and washed my entire body all the while playing kissy face (a nice GFE touch).

I gave her the $100, 000 and also intended to give her an additional $10, 000 for a taxi but the smallest bill I had was $20, 000 so I gave her that. She returned the favor by giving me her phone number and asked me to call whenever the mood should occur. She leaves in good spirits.

Now I could see Marjorie getting $150, 000. $200, 000 or more easily from the right John that perhaps doesn't feel the need to keep prices in check. In fact I'm sure she's seen better paydays. Well bless her soul if she has or will but it will not be from myself. No matter how hot the coochie is I'm not the shopping spree type either.

However, in Medellin, despite what myself and others say/write/preach, there are still going to be those guys who will fuck the exact same MM girl pussy as we but for a heck of a lot more $$$$ and for no good reason.

So gents, it's up to us to practice price control and not AG and definitely not the girls.

BTW. Like I mentioned above, I had spent 10 days in Cali where I never paid more than $40, 000 average for an hour at the casas and $120, 00 for TLN. I have included a few of these Calenas below. As a side note I have always found on average that the Calenas give better GFE than the Paisas. Again, just my opinion.

I absolutely love the hunt for "la diamante" (the diamond), whether it be in the el Centro MPs, SW, San Diego, wherever.

Like I've said before though, to each their own. I enjoy the hunt like yourself, but not everyone does.

A lot of guys want the convenience of a gringo establishment. Food, shelter, internet, other gringos, and easy access chicas ... even though they may be high priced for Colombia.

Not everyone has the ability to go out and schmooze the chicas, even the working chica, and find chemestry. Not everyone wants to either.

I really could care less what one gringo pays if he wants. It won't affect what I pay.

I learned long ago that if a chica digs you, she could be a simple MP chica or a hard core Mansion pro, you can set your own price.

Depends on you and her, your skills, personality, etc.

Saying that, I will say again that yes you are right on the money amigo, there is no need to spend high peso for chicas if you don't want.

Also, do not get how anyone could be satisfied with someone else providing them ladies. Back when I was traveling to Costa Rica, hanging out in the Hotel Del Rey with 100's of working-chicas, I sometimes had a difficult time finding something that I liked, now how can someone provide 4-5 ladies for me to choose from, NOT!

But as you mentioned, not evereyone has the skills and personality. I speak fluent espanol and talk to the ladies all night long that they forget they're working. It has worked wonders for me in Costa Rica and even moreso in Medellin.

I've paid $30 USD for TLN for some very hot, young, spinners in MDE. I've actually have had to stop myself in the middle of the action to pinch myself, several times. It's truly amazing what is available in MDE.

What I love most about MDE is that the scene is not wide open like in Costa Rica, which is a dump as far as I'm concerned, it does not come anywhere close to being as wonderful a city as Medellin.

I suggest everyone find themselve a good wingman and get out of El Pobaldo and explore the endless possibilites that are available to all of us. Ugly Americans need not arrive to the city of eternal spring.

I live about 5 blocks form the MM and Poblado is the best Medellin has to offer. I sessioned again yesterday at Venus and it still amazes me at the number of girls that work the Centro MPS who have never been to Poblado. It is a different world they live in ,,thanks to all of you who vist Medellin and enjoy its beauty in its many forms. For the lucky few of us who call this home your God has blesssed you.
