Decline the conversion rate at the ATM's. Unless you consider giving free money to foreign banks a non-deductible, charitable donation, decline the conversion rate, which was quite high today at 7. 1 percent. I don't think I have ever seen it higher than that but who knows.

For me they are all the same, exactly the same. My home bank determines the exchange rate. The difference is whether they charge an ATM fee at the bank there that I am withdrawing the money from.

Something random but something that weighed on me last night. The level of poverty here is no joke for example this lady.

I recently took a fellow Asian BM, Pepolesbuddy, out to explore Aranjuez en la 92. He brought his amiga and I had 2 chicas with me. Had dinner first then took a stroll up and down la 92, it's pretty hilly, but manageable. Found a spot that was popping and partied it up till we shut down the place at around 2:30 am. This was a weekday. We were the only gringos / chinos in the barrio that night. He finally got see how RR99 parties, plays, and prowls in Medellin jajajaja. We went our separate ways after, had a great time, and going to hit up Manrique next! Pepolesbuddy, you're a cool dude and I don't say that often about people I meet on this board or anyone in general. But you need to level up to keep up with me man! Hehehe. I kid of course.
