Davivienda. Error.

BBVA. Error.

Caja Social. Error.

Banco de Bogota. Error.

Bancolombia. Ok, 600 mil withdrawal limit with 22 mil fee.

Green ATM (I forget the name, 4 letters I think, starting with B) - ok, 18 mil fee.

Banco Pichincha. Used to work, not any more.

Colpatria. Ok, no fee and withdrawal limit at least 900 mil at once, possibly more but didn't try.

Also on the topic, if one needs to make a cash deposit to Bancolombia account there are couple ATMs called "Cajero Multifuncional" where one can input cash. There is also a lot of "corresponsales bancarios" points all around, small shops etc where one can just ask for "consignacion en efectivo", hand cash and the account number and they will make a deposit.

Here is a last general tip (for all of you) about how to deal with requests for money online or in person. I love the term "interesada". It is essentially equivalent to gold digger. I find if you preempt with that in a smooth, indirect way during a conversation it stops some requests for money in their tracks. But I do think some strategic gifts are a good way to grease the wheels of any relationship. Just be sure it's on your terms.

Anyway, if you wait on line at San Antonio you can score a Civica. Avoid rush hour and it won't take very long.

I checked this out. There was a comercial at the Metro station about their website and an app. I went into the website and though there was a english version, it wasn't easy to understand. No way of buying a ticket online but a link to the app. Downloaded the app. To buy a ticket in the app you had to present a Colombian ID. I go back to the web page an go to help. There is a answer on how to get civica card. As a note in this answer it says that since world wide supply of data chips is low there is not so many civica cards at hand. No specification of where to find them. I think this is the answer to the question. They have stopped delivering new cards.
