What is the general opinion about this hotel on La 70 in Laureles?
San Peter is booked, and Egina wants $50/ night (was $30 when exchange rate was 3700, so it should be even less), so I'm considering this place.

Your diaper rash white cream is a good suggestion, if a little messy. If I had my druthers I would go with 5% hydrocortisone ointment.
Also, as far as I am concerned the gold standard of lubes is 100% liquid silicone. Expensive, but really the best value because you use it by the drop. Be careful not to buy silicone containing lubes but only 100% pure silicone. The stuff is amazing and has to be felt to be believed. If there is a drawback, it's a little light for heavy duty tight penetration.
Last night I took Pumpkin's anal virginity and had to rely on the old standby, KY Jelly, to gitter done. I paid her 500 mil COP because she was desperate for money. A few days earlier I paid 50 mil COP for the same thing, so as you can see I am flexible.
The deal for her to get paid was I had to cum in her ass. Took two attempts, I had to reposition her once, face down, stomach on two pillows, butt in the air. The key there was to get her head smashed up against the headboard so she couldn't run away when I went full bore on her. Mission accomplished. She said she would never do it again, but money always wins in the end. She was sobbing, crying and even screaming at a couple of points. I have a pace that I will take. I won't ram it home but I won't waste have the fucking night trying to accommodate her hole, either. In the end (punny), she was all smiles with the ten, cincuenta notes were in the palm of her hand.
Back in the day, my dear old mongering dad swore by water-based, Albolene cream as a sex lube, said "it didn't stain the sheets".

But I'm sure your on top of which lubricants work best based on your experiences travelling the Hershey Highways. LOL.

Posts: 1643Penis Torn Up From Too Much Sex?
Do you suffer the Mongerer's Malady? Has too much sex left your little Johnson red, sore, and wilted from overactivity? Do what all Fun Luvr's do and apply a cool, soothing hydrocortisone gel to my personal private, and then wrap him in a cool aloe panito or moist towelette after that scorching session of sex, and he will be back in action in no time!

I like the Nuti a lot. My first trip I stayed on La 70, in Parque Lleras (the park was undergoing renovations), and at the Nuti. My second trip I stayed at the Nuti only. It's just so centrally located that its biggest drawbacks of perceived safety and aging façade / interior are tolerable. The value is unparalleled at under $25 a night and the service at the Nuti is above average too.
On a side note, I suspect they renovating from the top floor (10th) down. The higher up, the better and more expensive the rooms. Tourists will be on six up. On the 4th floor appear to be mostly locals (and medical outpatients? The rooms on the 4th floor are much more basic (CRT TV level basic). If you have the option for a higher floor, take it. The differences are minor though. For example, on my room on the sixth floor, I had two fabric side chairs and table. In the rooms on seven and eight, I saw a long leather bench instead of the two chairs. The central light fixture of the room was fancier on higher floors too. TV, fridge, beds, and the rest appeared to be the same between six, seven, and eight. The the higher floors might have been painted more recently too.
Yes, you can pay more for a nicer hotel, in a better neighborhood, with better restaurants for dinner nearby. But given that I found myself travelling back to that general area pretty much every day, so just staying in that general area made sense. Once you've made that decision, I think Nuti is an acceptable choice. As a huge red flag and in the interests of full disclosure, on my first trip I heard of people complaining of pests but I didn't see anything and they did pass through to spray. This trip I actually saw (and killed) a roach once in my room in the two weeks I was there. I saw roaches elsewhere in the hotel too.
Again, at $25 a night, I'm willing to put up with it.
