Landed at 11 om last Night. The line to Migracion was almost going out on the landing strip. I was through the line 3 hours later.

Funny thing was an American cutting the line. There was a bit of fuzz about that from others in the line. He was not at all sober and claimed he was smarter than us other and he should be allowed because he had a first class ticket. After a while the Airport police came and evicted him from the line. Yes, bars and clubs are open but some of them are warning customers their bathrooms will be out of service. I caught a break. My building's four large water tanks are are enough for a full week without EPM supply. We don't even have to cut back. The maintenance guys posted circulars in the elevators because they got tired of people asking them when the water would be cut.
