A woman's body was found stuffed in a suitcase in the Boston neighborhood last week. It's not an unusual event. The local press barely covered it as part of a trend of "femicides. " I wonder how many of you are even aware it happened. This sort of thing and bodies washing up on the shores of the Medellin River on a regular basis is far more frequent than the foreigner deaths. It's not likely to pop up on your radar unless you are here every day. Foreign crime victims are covered very differently than the Colombian victims. It's not unlike the way aviation accidents are covered compared to automotive accidents. Car accident deaths don't tend to make the news unless there is an extraordinary angle. This is because they happen many times per day and aviation accidents happen very rarely by comparison. I haven't learned this much about the members of this website group since the pandemic. I did not appreciate how heavily influenced some guys on here are by second hand reports from the gringo media. I was naive to misunderstand this.

My two cents on it is this city was always violent, however as economic times get harder in the world, more desperate people flock to Colombia leaving Venezuela it is putting pressure on people. Also the concentration of wealth in these areas has caused more criminals to come to the area. Also couples with more access to internet and information this place as had a bigger target on on the back for sex tourism. Also the growth of location based dating apps has just added to this oppritunity for people to put themselves in positions.

Use caution, its not safe, don't give papaya, have good security measures, avoid groups of girls you don't know. Use your gut. Try and build good networks here with people so you know who you can trust a little bit more.

The USA Government has issued travel advisories to reconsider travel to Colombia if anyone didn't know.

On a side note, when I visit Medelin later this year, how many girls will a budget of 5000 USD get me? Trying to know how much to budget per day, and if its possible to find at least one GFE complete run way model for a day compared to the regulars youd find on the street. Last I checked you can buy hundreds of thousands of followers for a few hundred bucks. Then there are the filters where women can make themselves look less fat, taller ETC, and I read somewhere an astonishing percentage of women on Instagram do just that.

I have a video of a Colombian woman in Bogota who would probably make your dick hard and it is not altered. In real life though, she was pretty underwhelming because she hid some of her worst features like her teeth and breasts, and her skin in real life was gross. This hits the nail on the head spot on. There's always been a danger element, but its gotten far worse with the increase in both sex tourists and Venezuelan refugees flooding into Colombia. When I was a regular Colombia visitor "Me-del-lin" (dumb gringo pronunciation) had not been fully discovered yet by North Americans and Europeans. Now everybody knows and we have an increasingly dangerous cocktail of indignant locals, desperate refugees, and lecherous gringos all mixing together in one place. Look out!

Of course they are not random in that sense. But there are thousands, probably hundreds of thousands, of chicas on Instagram in Colombia. So chances of anyone knowing anything are very low as Instagram does not make it easy for one to check out anything about the person you may hook up with. But best of luck.
