Please list all the major mongering destinations. I am genuinely curious. Then guys can fill in any perceived gaps. You know not everyone will agree, no one does here about anything.

I have been to all the countries you mentioned. I really liked Malioboro club in Indonesia, they have a greater variety than FKKs but I know you like the blue eyed blondes so I'm guessing you'd prefer FKKs. Also most of the girls are not naked. Day 3 I spent much of the day in El Centro. I saw my "friend" hanging out but didn't engage. Many loops and a fair amount of shopping and I didn't find anything that appealed to me.
