Not as many dark skinned girls as you will find in other places of Colombia, particularly the lower Pacific coast. But that's one of the beauties of Medellin and Colombia in general. The full-blooded Colombian girls come in all shapes, sizes and color. Have fun and stay safe!

There definitely seems to be an element of urban legend to scopolamine. Don't talk to strangers out on the street and watch out for a guy (s) that suddenly block your forward path on the sidewalk. Move around them quickly and keep moving. Don't take your cell phone out in taxis. Keep an eye out for and distance from two men riding a moto when possible. Someone said they've been spit on in Medellin.
