I know Sundays slow in Latin America but which place is better for a Sunday?

My 2 cents worth opinion: CTG beach scene can be good when a lot of the local Col chicas semi-pros show up needed a little spending money. And the clock tower Reloj will be low key compared to other nights.

MDE the street scene centro will also have less sw's, foot traffic as well as for Parque Lleras. But you can still get lucky and find something quite nice, very accommodating, and hopefully affordable. Buena suerte! Luvchicas.

Well your batting average makes more sense for someone offering and paying a coffee girl 100 K for thirty minutes.

A person with limited Spanish skills will do fine. Just a few words and basic phrases will do the trick. It is either a yes or no, not a conversation. Walk up and say "No quiero cafe / candy / or ese" (I don't want coffee / candy / that pointing to the coffee / candy). Say "te deseo" (I want you). "quanto" (how much). She will either say no or give you a number. Know your numbers. Negotiate from there with numbers. Don't need a lot of words. When done, say "vamos". There is always google translate for more conversational needs.

I went to a Claro store in a shopping mall. I was prepared to get the $40 k plan for 30 days & 12 gb as reported by others here, but then saw there are other cheaper options. I'm staying less than a week and got the 7 day & 1.3 GB (more than enough) package for $7 k, so with the cost of the SIM card itself ($7 k), the total comes out to 7 k + 7 k = $14 k (less than $4 USD).

One follow up q (for you or other people on the form): I've been messaging back with a few AirBnB / hotels and many do allow guests, but say that "guest hours" are only from 8 am - 9 pm. In people's experience, how strict has this policy been? If a chica comes in at 7:30 pm, will they call up to your room at 9 pm to say that the chica has to leave? Or do most just not let in any new people after 9 pm?

Nobody can give you an accurate answer unless maybe you provide a specific place. Why bother with those ones if that's not going to work for you? Don't mess with house rules that could disrupt your holiday and pick one without those restrictions.

I found that every girl that came to the apartment wanted to go in the hot tub, many would suggest it themselves but all seemed very happy when I suggested it. The hot tub big enough for 3 (maybe 4, I am a large dude) with a depth of about 3 feet. I enjoyed it a lot YMMV. The water got scolding hot and I almost got burnt once not being careful. The image attached is from the rental website and shows the hot tub in the apartment. I really enjoyed the apartment, I had pretty good budget for this trip so $60 per day was very worthwhile.
