Something I forgot to mention about Facebook is that the friends thing is less than reliable on its own. There are chicas that seem to be selling and buying, or lending, access to friend lists, and a chica sending you a friend request and who already has other friends in common still might be a bad person. So if I get a friend request I also look at everything else, her posts, etc. Etc. And if it is a bare minimum account with only pictures of the chica herself it is a no go as far as accepting them as a friend. I'm not terribly active with my Facebook stuff for Medellin, so most of my friends there are from a few years back, and once in a while I get a friend request from a friend of one of those. Some are legit I think, others I'm not so sure. In any case even if I think they are legit and probably fine I let them age for a while. I'm not there anyway at the moment, and so not trying to arrange anything with any of them anyway.

There was just a Facebook chica I was reaching out to last week trying to set up a cita to fuck her and I have like 20 amigas en comun with her and I personally have already fucked some of the girls in some of the pictures she posted recently so I figured she would be cool.

When she messaged me back she said she only does trios with her other friend and I said I don't like trios that I only wanted to see her and she straight up said no. Then like a cpl days later (I'm seeing all her pics and stories now even though she hasn't accepted the friend request I sent her) I see this picture she posted with like 3 other vennies and a vennie dude and they literally have like all these gram bags of tussi (like literally 10 or 12 baggies of tussi with little cartoon characters on the baggies) like as if they are selling it.

So I instantly saw atleast like 3 red flags there with her.

1.) that she only does trios this means that she was most likely planning to rob me or this is what she does to her other clients that actually agree to the trio.

2.) the fact she is selling tussi means she's a drug dealer and not just a working girl so she probably has questionable morals.

3.) the fact she was so quick to say no when I said I just wanted to see her, rather than arrange to meet in Centro and go to a short time hotel shows that she in fact is robbing people with her friends.

And also from her pics it looks like she works in Poblado so we probably wouldn't have been able to come to an agreement on price anyways as I usually tell all the poblado girls to fuck off when they quote me 250 mil.

Also I asked my homegirl Fifi (who I've known since 2022 and trust) about her and as soon as I told her about the trio thing and her saying she won't see me sola, she told me to stop messaging her. So I believe Fifi was thinking this bytxh was up to no good as well. Needless to say I blocked the bytxh after that.

This is very good advice from both you and Zeos. We always talk about staying far away from Tinder, but FB safety is not mentioned. I have been going to Medellin for about 5 years and mongered for 15 years so I am not new to the game. I guess I was also just more curious to see if anyone had heard of druggings specifically from FB but it seems like not so much an issue. It's a great point you make and agree that one of the best things you can do is stay at a place that takes their ID. This is is why I always stay at Hotel DuParc which does do this and has cameras with a doorman. In most of the druggings I have seen commentary on many druggings in Medellin and the victim is not in a secure building with these security measures.
Also, I like both of your points about staying away from fake or suspicious, making sure you have some mutual FB friends in common. , I will not befriend profiles that look new, suspicous, etc and will always mandate a video call before I go out with a girl to make sure it is not fake. Any more mongers tips or experiences much appreciated.

Zeos about summed it up . You have to consider it is always a possibility that you can get scoped by anyone but in my opinion it is less likely to happen with an FB chica. I suggest you gather at least a hundred or more FB prepagos before reaching out.

Yet again if you are new to the FB scene than you may not have the resources to tell a fake profile from a old scanky prepago LOL. That is the difference bettween an FB and a Tinder profile. FB chica's profiles are more complex and than a Tinder profile and so its easier to spot a fake one. Often times with the FB chicas I have 20 or more mutual friends. Also you can see on many profiles their photos through the years and see photos where the chica is standing with another known prepago. That being said I have around 2000 FB chicas friends in medellin so I can usually tell. Many of the younger chicas are not into posting photos. FB is old fashion to them and they are strung out on that Tik Tok dope. Which defeats their purpose if they are serious about making money but I guess they are not so I stay wary of them.

I think that there are some Facebook profiles that look more fake than others, and so if you have no other ways of knowing that chica then I would be careful. However, many of them have multiple other gringos or whatevers as friends, so when a profile shows up and you have 40 friends in common it is likely she has been in the business for a while, and knows a few other mongers who you also may know. Anyway. Friends in common, real looking pictures of family, etc. , long time on Facebook, not a brand new account. Lots of ways of doing some screening.

There are two issues. One is that there is construction with renovating an older building into more units by the owner so there is construction noise in the daytime at times. Second, there is no security at all, no doorman, no reception area. So you do lose any type of protection against druggings and robberies.

So I wouldn't recommend it to those not experienced in Medellin but if you take proper safeguards and you have been to Medellin a few times, it can be a good place to stay once the construction is finished later this year or so.

San Peter will accept an original Venezuelan passport, even if the date has expired. However, they will not grant entry with the temporary IDs issued by the Colombian government to some Venezuelan refugees on the grounds that they are too readily forged.

When you say a valid Colombian ID does this mean only a Colombiana with a cedula de ciudadania or does this also include other forms of ID issued by the Colombian government such as a Venezuelan with a valid PPT or cedula de extranjeria?

My buddy is arriving Monday and his airbnb account got flagged for "suspicious activity" and cancelled his reservation, blocked his account, nightmare.

Can someone please mention the guest friendly hotels that can be booked short notice? He will be there for 8 nights. I have heard Energy living is only booked through airbnb, true? I recommended Hotel Dorado in Laureles but hopefully more is out there. Now I will be checking my airbnb reservation daily until I return in late Feb.
