Santa Fe is opposite of El Centro at night. Santa Fe becomes alive at night, meaning bars / restaurants, nightclubs, strip clubs, and tons of people walking around and hanging out and even police, but El Centro is dead at night, bars and restaurants are dead, some strip clubs still open but they're spaced out, meaning you ware walking around empty streets with no police present.
