[The Tall Man]

So after reading about the adventures of Frogg and The Tall Man back in November of 2021, I was intrigued by Villavicencio and always wanted to go check it out. The opportunity finally arose as I was already in Bogota from Feb 11 thru Feb 15th.

So anyways I took the Bolivariano / Eurovans mini bus from Salitre Terminal in Bogota, it costs $31 mil COP and supposedly takes 3 hours thought it was actually more like 4. 5 hrs due to traffic and road closures. The trip was pleasant none the less.

I didn't stay at refugio or centanario or whatever as I like to keep my travel budget as low as possible, so I stayed at a hotel I found that was about 3 blocks away from the action on calle 37 A right behind an Exito store. The hotel is called Hotel Serrania Real and was a budget friendly $35 mil COP per day. Comfortable bed, no AC but had a good fan, no hot water but the cold water comes out Luke warm during the daylight hours, and surprisingly a 42 inch flat screen TV with cable, and very friendly staff.

So most of the action I found to be in and around Parque del Acha just as Frogg had mentioned. I found 2 absolutely beautiful cinnamon skinned vennies there that said they were both 19 although I think they look to be lower 20's and I found a somewhat older colombian woman who I believe to be 30 on the adjacent street where the short time hotels are located. I've attached pics of all 3 women (with their permission of course). The going rate there seems to be 50 k. The 3 of them gave excellent service. I almost wonder if these are the same 2 vennies that Frogg had found there back in November 2021.

The locals call the place Villao (2 syllables Vee-Yao) for short. And it seems to be a cowboy town, lots of cattle ranches in and around the city and dudes walking around with cowboy hats and leather boots, etc. Reminds me of northern mainland Mexico like in Sonora for example.

I also found an excellent restaurant for ternera a la llanera (mamona) aka best beef ever, on calle 35. The restaurant is called Mi Llanerita Tradicional, and the beef was so tender you could cut it with a fork!

Anyways I stayed for 2 and a half days as I don't care much for the heat, so now I'm back in medellin up in my barrio in the cooler climate mountains of Santo Domingo. I enjoyed my side trip to Villao tho and wouldn't mind discovering other off the beaten path towns to monger in.

Thanks for the shout out Gabacho. I have not returned to VV since that visit back in 2021, right now on the coast, left Cartagena last week and in Santa Marta but nothing to even speak about in terms of the chicas in Santa Marta, I will save my energy for my stable of paisa GF's in Medellin.

I am thinking of heading back to my stomping ground of Bogota next week, lots of chicas available there.

I did however discover that there is a whole separate venue for working girls separate than la sptima. It's this park called parque Mercedes which is one block further up from septima and your turn left and go down past all the furniture stores until you reach the park. There I found much more attractive vennies. Prices were 40 mil including the room which was 5 mil for the room and 35 mil for the chica. And there was only 2 hotels that were being used by the park girls one on either side of the park, however the front one closes around 6 pm then all the chicas migrate to the back of the park closer to the other hotel that stays open later.

I have been to Cucuta several times; I like the warm weather; girls are cheap ($10) on the 8th street. Several bars with girls; however not as much choice as in medellin or Bogota; may be with the border opening, that has changed. Anybody went recently?

I'm looking for a side trip for an upcoming MDE visit. Pre-Covid I was very keen to visit Cucuta -partly for the adventure- mostly for the fresh Venezolanas. But recent reports make it sound like there's nothing in Cucuta that you can't find more easily in El Centro MDE. Do folks agree with that, or is there still a reason to visit?

If Cucuta isn't a good idea does anyone have a suggestion? I am considering Santa Marta (because I like the beach, but I think it may be too touristy and restrictive for me). I don't mind flying, and I will probably spend a night in BOG on the way home, but BOG is too cold and high for me. P4 P doesn't have to be the only thing, but it does need to be available.

Thanks to some scheduling issues with my old roommate I'm currently in Caucasia, about 200 miles north of Medellin. The drive up alternated between "sucks sweaty balls" and "not too bad", with occasional brief moments of "this is nice. " There are several spots where the roads are terrible, with plenty of steep, winding miles.

Because I flew opposite of my normal sleep schedule, by the time I left Medellin traffic behind I had been awake for over 30 hours. It didn't take long to realize I only had a few hours left in me. Fortunately, Booking showed a hotel with rooms in Santa Rosa de Osos. I booked it thinking the price must be wrong, or that it was going to be a real dump.

Nope. 30 k was the right price and the room was great. It even had hot water. Clean, nice, big room, looked brand new. It's located right next to the highway, which meant a bit of noise from all the trucks, but I didn't mind. The name is MI Casa del Norte.

Got an early start to finish the drive to Caucasia. The city sits at the border between Antioquia and Cordoba, next to some river in the plains. It's cattle country here. Booking didn't show many options with available rooms so I selected Hotel Tania.

Here's a pro-tip. You can usually get a better rate directly from the hotel than from a booking site. For example, Booking showed only a room with 3 beds available, over 500 k for 2 nights. Needed a room so I booked it. When I arrived (with secure parking) the desk clerk told me he would be glad to switch me to a single room if I canceled. 2 minutes later room was mine for 60 k per night. Basic room with strong wifi and close to restaurants and the local Exito.

When I was driving to the hotel I saw a woman who gave all the signs of being a street-walker, but I was unable to confirm. Some guy did stop and was trying to get her attention, but I didn't see if she got in his car. I took a walk around the same area tonight and saw 2 possible girls, but again didn't confirm. I would imagine there are options available, but I probably won't be looking for them.

A couple of other similar bars beside it and a club upstairs which I didn't check out. I also saw a Whiskeria just off Plaza Uribe with a few but they didn't look great either.

Last May, I spent a week in Manizales, just to get a break from Medellin and see what is going on over there. The answer is short: not much.

Manizales is nice enough: a lot smaller than Medellin and with a scenic mountain backdrop. I rented an AirBnB in the center, close to the cathedral, a brand new and very comfortable apartment for only $27 per night.

Manizales is a university town and there are quite a few good looking student girls in the streets and shopping malls. But approaching them uninvited is not my game. So, I looked around for the more obvious places like brothels and bars. The bars I visited are:

La Fragata, Calle 26 between Cra. 21/22, next door to the Colegio Boston. It is a very small and simple place with just a few wooden tables and a bar. I went there at about 5 pm and there were just 2 girls, both not attractive. I took a beer and waited a bit. After dark, more girls arrived, some of them not bad looking. But they were not interested in me and only talked and laughed with some local guys, regulars probably. I felt like a complete outsider. Not a place for foreigners then.

El Oasis, Calle 27,22-47. This place is roomier than the previous one, with friendly staff. The barmaid was even interested in where I live and what I was doing in Manizales. As in La Fregata, there were only few girls about and they were more interested in local guys. The unaccompanied ones were older and fatter.

After these lackluster experiences, I did not venture to other bars in Manizales.

I only visited one brothel, Casa de Tati, Calle 12,28-04. You have to go up a stairway and ring a bell on a door to your left side, half way up. I found this place following descriptions in a local monger forum. There were about five girls present when I visited. I picked a smiling blonde with a curvy figure for one hour: 120 k, (in the room 150 k with PZC). She said she was 25 yo and I think that it may have been true. Her service was good, but not GFE.

Other places I read about but was not able to find / try:

Donde Carlos, Cra 24, #28-56 esq. CL 29, door with a camera over it. I went there several times (as it was close to my airBnB) but nobody ever answered the doorbell. Apparently, they do not have a public phone number. According to the local forum, they should have girls in the 18-22 range.

Casa de LOS Espejos, Calle 25 #27-28. I could not find it. Perhaps it does not exist anymore.

Masajes Suecos why Eroticos, tel. 3016009510. This is a massage place with happy ending. I could not find out if the girls do more than that. Well, knowing Colombia, they probably do more than that if you offer them enough. In any case, I did not try this place.

Most of my experiences in Manizales were with girls from Mileroticos. I had one great threesome with two chubby 19 year olds (at least, that's what they said) from Medellin. Cost: only 120 k in total, incl. PZC and DFK. Those girls knew their business: I had a very nice session as long as it lasted.

I had a few dates with other Mileroticos girls as well. Some were really good, others not so much. But that is all in the game, I guess.

My experiences there were really good, but hey let me describe the worst experience I had there:

I saw a flaka, she was small and dark skinned. When I decided to approach her, honestly I was doubting because of the size of my **** and her apparent overall size. I thought when she will see it, she will start to complain blablabla. What happened is, I told her I like her and I want to go with her (see we have a complete different introduction) she looked at me, said alright let's go (note that at this time, I did not ask for any price). We went, I paid the room (5 K) and we went inside. Then she asked for payment like they usually all do and do not budge (I don't know how you do guys to pay after), but she asked 30 K, I said no and immediately said "drop it, I'm out". Then she tried to bargain, but my guts told me to cut my loss right away. She tried to guilt me for making her loose her time but then remained silent when I replied that she actually has been the one making me loose mine by trying to make it look normal to ask 30 K when every body in la zona knows it's 25 + 5.

So yes, I have some bad experiences, but that one was actually the only bad one I had there in Cucuta, and see that actually I lost 5 K pesos which is really nothing and I did not have to go through the hassle of spending a bad time or session with her, asking her to remove clothes she actually wants to keep or whatever of that kind.

You do realize the difference between 25 K cop and 30 K cop is just a few cents over a $1 bill. Really was it worth haggling over?
