I call BS on this sir. She would have to be sitting on your lap to be able to follow you punching in your pin #,most people do it fairly quickly and assuming that she was sitting across from you she would have to read it upside down.

It was probably the restaurant that cloned your card,this is a common occurrence down here,don't use a credit card here,period.

According to the bank the withdrawal was made with the card with chip in a ATM some 50 meteres from the hotel, during 7 min resp. 4 min. I recall what I did. I was taking a shower.

She sat next to me, but sure she must have been VERY lucky to get the code like that, but the exact time of the withdrawals tells that it is her, not the hotelstaff as I initially thought.

Since it was the card with chip, it was not shimming, and in order to get a refund I need to have some sort of identification of her, since it teoretically could be myself who did the withdrawal.

She is skilled in what she does.

I would love to go to Pereia and explain my case to the police and have her explain herself. But I think such an humilitaion she will not take. She will respond with an acuse of sexual abuse.

It is the oldest trick in the world and as an Old Pirate I should have knowed better.

I had kind of pneumonia and sinusitis and aside the antibiotice I took painkillers Tramadol which made me slow. I should never have traveled to that ugly city.

Now I have updated my security routines; I change codes on my cards when I feel someone might have seen it, I have a wire-lock on my closet and inside I have another lock on my laptop bag and suitcase etc etc.

I needed to be thaught a tuff lesson.

Since I broke up with my X-paisa I have acted carelessly. As a romantic fool! It could have been a lot whorse.

I don't have her I'd cedula, but she is unaware of that I know about her theft and that I know that is was she, not the Hotel staff. I could set up a new date with her and have the police come and take us to the station and I can show the evidence from my previous trip and from my bank phonecalls etc. Or another guy from Colombiancupid meets her and let me and the police know where you are and then go her to take her for questioning.

To complicated for $US 1500 minus all the costs and time. But other persons have maybe lost a lot more. She is skillfull and totally deceptful. Semmingly harmless, but stings like a Cobra when you except it the least!
