    Creaton of a SAS company

So the other day with another member of this board we created an SAS company in Ecuador it is a type of Company (sociedad por acciones simplificadas) or SAS for short. It is basically a type of limited liability company that can pay taxes and can function as a corporate entity it was created for the relocation of the Tucan Bar https://www.facebook.com/tucanbarmontanita to the Pink Iguana which will in the future become some club / hostel / restaurant whatever it becomes I hope that my friends who I have helped start this enterprise with succeed in their endeavors coming soon with videos of the place that I will post on my tourism channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC5...kMiMqO7Lf10qEg if you guys that are digital nomads and ex-pats and want to create or need help transitioning give us a call we have a legal team at https://partyecuador.com/ to help with such adventures. We then proceeded to drink in a celebratory fashion at the bar area of the Hilton Colon in Guayaquil.

The new location of the Tucan bar.

Now I must say that having Doom as a Wing made me feel very safe in GYE.

Speaking of Taxi drivers I have found that the drivers in MDE are the worst as far as over charging, then Lima. In GYE I had very little problems with Taxi drivers.

    Civic duty

After much deliberation and somber reflection, I have decided to partake and a most profound civic duty the act of voting in such a respectful democracy in the pics are how serious I take my duties as you can see.

    Doom speaks

This is what I am talking about the last 2 weeks there have been 2 dead Americans because of "scopolamine" in Colombia Medellin by people in order to drug them and rob them, well these humans are not exactly chemical engineers so the doses are off and sometimes people die. I don't see the passport brothers or the greater monger community slowing down coming to MDE to get a girlfriend or pay for play in fact if anything Medellin is becoming the next las vegas, how long will it last who knows, the whole movement to travel to Colombia when did it start? During the height of Pablo Escobar's reign of terror obviously, this had to do with boomers and gen x wanting to get some happy sugar and some pay for play but that did not stop people. So this opinion that some have of "danger" while warranted has to be put in the relative context it belongs.

I don't see this happening in other monger locations, Thailand, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and etc.
That's the truth my friend. If it can happen once, then it certainly can happen again. And that was in Quito. The violence and potential for more is even higher in Guayaquil if you ask me. Let's hope nothing happens (but the threats and attacks on the politicians and authorities continue):

    The Facts

I just saw a report on what's going on in Ecuador. It showed a police station in Guayaquil with sandbags piled up all over the place, even to cover up the windows. That's not normal. Now, they recognize the seriousness of the situation. So, why won't you? Look, nobody is saying that you can't go outside or that mongers will somehow be targeted. But that's not required. All you have to do is be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Like maybe in one of those puta bars with the armed cops standing around and something goes down. And you get hit in the crossfire. That's all it takes. And interesting that you bring up Tijuana because that's the one other popular place in the world I wouldn't be going to in order to monger right now. I wasn't about to go to Tijuana or Guayaquil looking for some pussy anyway. And what's happening now reduces the chances of that to zero for the moment. There have always been far superior destinations to visit, even before the heightened threats of violence in both places.

And FYI, I'm not somebody who just stays at home hiding out due to my "Western culture" fear as you would put it. No, you see I've been to over 50 countries on five continents my friend (some in active conflict zones so I know what danger looks like), and I'm hungry for more. And I'm able to do more because I don't travel and do things like hang out in places where the crooks are so brazen that they're literally killing high profile (and not so high profile) politicians in broad daylight (requiring the use of bullet proof vests) and hanging their sliced up enemies from bridges to send a menacing message. I don't need any chick's pussy that bad! I'll leave it like I did for the Tijuana threads. Be safe. I truly hope nothing happens. But, I'm not so naive to believe that it can't. These criminals aren't "honorable businessmen" who would never put civilians and / or tourists in harm's way, as was suggested by someone in the Tijuana threads. LMAO! Don't be naive men! And que le vaya bien!

Ecuador is in the crosshairs of the two biggest cocaine producers in the Americas, Colombia, and Peru, and its dollarized economy is attractive to crooks looking to launder money. I know you don't want to over dramatize the situation, but don't underplay it either. This is a dangerous time for Ecuador which isn't what it was even 10 years ago. Which way is it going to go? We shall see. For the sake of the people who live there, I hope the authorities can tamp down on those thugs and run them out of the country. But, it won't be easy. Ask Colombia.
This is the kind of logic I have come to expect from people in modern Western culture, by this logic the most dangerous place on planet Earth is Tijuana I mean you got a legitimate case of unsolicited organ donations, drugs, robberies certainly gangsters shooting each other, so why is it that literally millions of Americans go there every year men and women to experience the "wild side" even "disciplined" humans such as my former comrades from the naval bases in San Diego, Camp Pendleton, Miramar and other literally cannot resist the allure of going bonkers across that small bridge into Tijuana, what Ecuador is experiencing is a shit show of proportions not seen since the end of the cold war where there was a budding left-wing guerrilla movement that was put down with no small help from the MOSSAD and the 75th Ranger regiment that trained Ecuador special forces is this current situation manageable perhaps, but none of you are the next reincarnation of Dan Daly, Smedly Buttler, Carlos Hathcock much less the legendary Audie L. Murphy so what are we talking about here? You people and yes I am generalizing either coming for business or pleasure you guys are not.

Coming here planning an operation much less actively engaging in activities that will cause undue attention to your punny selves, when and if people want to roll out who do they call? Me, that's it, do people venture out, other than touristy areas no, but even if Ecuador was in peaceful times you should not be doing that anyways unless you speak the language or have families members or friends that can advise you, I have been with the legendary gringo loco who is now 78 in areas where it seems you probably shit your pants and he stood out like a sore thumb, tall old white guy with a beard that rarely spoke Spanish yeah he got attention alright, but as a former corrections officer and who is old by definition, he had something that it seems that you people who are used to the sanitized streets of US or Europe (not so sanitized considering the chaos that is San Francisco, Baltimore) no longer seem to have, common sense, he also listened to my instructions that's it, he is no Rambo he focused on women and shut the fuck up and kept it moving, and it was not just mongering, he travelled the Malecon, he went to other cities with his girlfriend, but he never did anything stupid or took uneccesary risks, however if you are going to walk around like a goof ball, be loud without a care in the world in areas where even local do not roll, yeah you better be well trained because shit is going to hit the fan with a quickness, if perhaps you feel that travelling to Ecuador is by your definition so unsafe perhaps you should travel to the district of Colombia and visit capital hill, the White House, the district also by the way leads in being the highest murder rate in the US as of last fiscal year so truly I don't want to hear it, all of these countries and I do mean all of them are a shit show poverty, rampant corruption, graft, legacy of civil war in some cases started by world power rivalries, these countries are and will be for the next generation of my grandkids fucked up, that is just the way it's point blank and period. If people cannot find it in themselves to reach down their intestinal fortitude and somehow have fun and achieve their goals the most polite suggestion I can make is to stay home, there is nothing more that can be said on that topic.
