    Ley Seca

As of midnight Friday we have what they call "ley seca" which means sales of alcohol is prohibited because there are elections on Sunday as if the democratic process has been so successful with people sober if anything they probably need to be high drunk or both considering the clown show of candidates that there are out there. I on the other hand shall take the high road and do honours to Picasso on the ballot box I seriously want some suggestions if this election cycle I will draw penis, happy faces, or vaginas serious question?

    State of emergency in Ecuador.

Now that I have done my due diligence with the PE legal team and found out the nuances and cleared the confusion regarding what is going on in the country and the executive decision that was recently made. So we are currently in a "state of exception" which means that the Ecuadorian authorities have the right to suppress certain rights, they have the authority to search and ask for ID and search without probable cause, and they can also enter property without a search warrant these are the facts, this decision was reached after a presidential candidate was whacked in a political rally. So after this event which occurred yesterday afternoon this executive decision was reached. Where lies the confusion a lot of people even locals are of the belief that the current state is either martial law or curfew neither what the current climate does is give more power to the state to carry out its activities for security reasons.

More importantly, how does this affect our hobby, it doesn't affect it in the slightest sex workers are still playing their trade adult entertainment establishments are still open, for example, I just got out accompanying a guy from this board to one of the most dangerous areas of the city of Guayaquil and the only thing I noticed was cops inside the club with assault rifles so there is a heightened sense of security.

As far as a danger for tourists or mongers this is not the case, the violence is directed towards intergang violence and there are corrupt politicians the guy who got whacked is a vocal opponent of the cartels and named leaders which is foolish. This country is not in a position to confront the cartel's head on the president has focused his efforts on getting prisons under control but the problem is much more significant than they admit and lack resources this is the 345 "state of exception" while comforting to some it has had no effect on diminishing crime the only way to deal with this is not to arrest gang bangers but to kill them or make it so unprofitable to engage in violence that the cartel leaders reign in their own people it's a business after all and they are governed by profit.

The 60 Day State of Emergency has not taken place yet. They are pondering the issue. Quito? Why go there? For girls it is way better in GYE.

A race track in Ecuador one of the best.

This was a post inspired by my homie gringo Loco he called me one day and asked why are there any racetracks in Guayaquil so I thought about it for a bit and I recall a time when there was a race track with betting and everything, however, since the economic downturn in 2000 there has not been a robust economy to support such business models but near my hometown of Samborondon so I made a happy video about it hope you all enjoy. The Miguel Salem Dibo racetrack has been around for 40 years it has a historical significance it is more active than the only other racetrack up in the Andes region of the country but this one in Samborondon is more involved.

    Listen up dummies.

You know back in the day when I used to be in uniform in the US back to what seems to be a lifetime ago around the 2000's there were these classes on how to behave when "off base" since you always had goofballs that wore all black American flags on their t-shirts, or regular American flags everywhere, or the famous paracord bracelet that few people even know their history or that they are even called paracord bracelet. So the powers that be wanted its young soldiers to at least "fit in" so they do not get identified, or the high and tights that were so high a drill instructor would blush, but the point of the situation is that that you needed to "blend in" then you got these goofballs in this video you see an extremely white, extremely loud, beach blond hair american not even bothering to speak Spanish being loud in a strip club in Guayaquil a good way to get spotted and get robbed I did not even advice him otherwise who am I to deny him of the opportunity for some character development by having some short locals rob his dumb ass don't get me wrong I am nice but not really.

    Barebacking In Ecuador

So, there is a person who goes by Mr. P, I don't know him just got a text from him a few hours ago he wanted entertainment, so I sent him pics of the Party Ecuador crew he asked me about taking him to town he will spend several days I am interested in him having a good time, however, there is a particular issue that has been asked by him and others in the past and it has become somewhat of an issue. It is the good old bareback service now I am not going to get into the health aspects of it just not going to do it we are all grown adults and I realize that most of us should be responsible humans that try not to contaminate the world with STDs or STIS whether that happens or not is a different conversation, and I have no desire to debate the health aspects so putting the health issues aside, is BBFS viable in Ecuador?

The answer is maybe kind of sort of, prostitution as a profession in Ecuador is not seen in a positive light so the women that come into the game are already tense and shy so to speak, this is why Colombian and Venezuelan are somewhat more valued they are about their money and focused on the game, so since there is no culturally strong business model for sex work certain items here are not as negotiable as say Asia, the guys who I know got bareback on a regular consistently here in Ecuador like Nohope and the Pilot is because they put in the work, they are not just tourist in Ecuador one has a business here the other works here but if you think that most of you will come in and get bareback without putting in some kind of effort, like gifts, doing things outside of sex, taking them out to dinner and what not, well it's not happening unless she really likes you and that kind of defeats the purpose of getting a prostitute a comedian ounce said you do not hire a hooker to stay you hire here to leave so my 2 cents on the subject of bareback.

    Sex worker prices.

This is a question that has been asked by many people and many pms and sometimes the question has been asked to a pestering degree throughout the years, so this particular ad in the pic attached to this report is an ad that I found on Facebook for a brothel so this particular brothel which is looking for sex workers announce that a "ficha" which is the term for what the house charges for the "moment" is x amount of dollars the other fee is a fee for the cleaning for utilizing the bed staff and what not. This is why you see prices vary so much one club the "moment" is 15 dollars in another place is 21 and so on different houses set their prices differently.

    Hope this illuminates you all.

    The infamous muerte cruzada

So I have not done an episode like this in a while and I have been getting a lot of emails and Pms regarding what is going on in Ecuador and why is the supposed democracy we have in danger all fair questions so I will attempt to explain the foolishness that is going on in the country.

A long time ago to what seems to be a lifetime ago a particular president at the time who was rather combative in his approach to governance even though he was popular was afraid that because of his opposition to his government one day the opposition would be to such a degree that he would be out of power, no surprise he pissed off the US when he was a mere minister of government, gave Julian Assange asylum, put down an indigenous uprising, was in constant battle with a right-wing mayor that is just for starters, so it's no wonder he felt besieged therefore he created a mechanism in the constitution that is colloquial translated to "mutual death" aptly named it's the stupidest idea on the history of governance yet it seems to be on the books since 2008.

So the way this constitutional mechanism works is that the president and only the president has the authority to dissolve congress legally if he feels that they are impeding his authority, after such power has been exercised he can rule by decree for the period that it takes to call for a general election, everyone's position is on the ballot all of congress and also the president's if whoever wins whether the opposition or the incumbent president the day he is inaugurated he can start his 4-year term as it's counted since he won the new election.

The danger of this action is that if you are an unpopular congress person you are not getting reelected and if you are an unpopular president you are also not getting elected, chaotic, and unstable, it seems to me to be a recipe for poor governance hence the reason why it has never been used but since the president who it seems according to him being impeached over trumped up charges, he has hinted that such measure is on the table.

As usual, it's quite a shit show.

Travelling to Ecuador need to read immediately.

In the many years that I have operated out of Ecuador, it's a rare occasion that I fail in my mission to entertain and fulfill male needs as much as humanly possible that is till today what a shit show.

So I had been talking to Mr. S for a while now I had an AirBnb set up the whole nine so he comes in on American at 1. 15 pm and I get a phone that I have never gotten in the past the player that I had been in communication with was detained at Ecuador Immigration checkpoint WTF moment 214 of the day so Mr. S is frantically calling me from inside the airport I cannot even enter to see him or talk to anyone because the Airport security is managed by a private company that will not allow you to go in unless the express permission of the government agents inside the pre-gate area. Mr. S is a professor of Spanish and Portugues so I doubt that there was a language issue but he was held there and firmly and politely told that he could not stay in the country and that he needed to leave he put an Ecuadorian agent on his cell phone and I was finally able to speak to a human he told me that regulations did not allow him to permit me to enter the inside area of the airport but that he was going to be well treated and that he was not allowed to go in the country because he had a negative recommendation on his passport by the source country in his particular case the US Mr. S has a criminal record in the past and Ecuador and the immigration agents exercised their power and discretion and made the decision to not allow him to enter the country, the reason given is because Mr. S had no visa a retarded statement since no visa is needed for a visit less than 90 days.

I took the shit personally but after speaking to some associates I finally got the scoop which I shall impart to you humans so gather around children Doom shall speak.

Ecuador in its eternal wisdom reserves the right to turn away any noncitizen and because of a current wave of corruption the immigration officials are being bigger dicks than usual why? Well, there was a wave of corruption cases that have exploded lately involving Albanians Syrians, and Lebanese who came in legally into the country and were given citizenship and allowed to set up enterprises as a front for illegal activities all the while circumventing regulations regards following due process in Ecuador. This caused the immigration office to suffer a wave of firings and the state of regulations is now in overkill mode I am certain the immigration office is not as bad as North Korea but it certainly is not like it was before.

As of the moment of this writing after much deliberations with an immigration attorney, it seems that there is a path to legal travel to Ecuador even if you have a heinous criminal past, and it's perfectly legal you can apply to the nearest consulate office of Ecuador there are several in the US and expose your case to the consulate assigned to that office he can review your case and give you a waiver but you have to have a local Ecuadorian attorney do it and have the documents apostille in the state that you live and have a local citizen to vouch for you and the whole nine so for all you naughty boys which there are many, you need to consult preferable with me or the people at the https://partyecuador.com/ they have a legal staff available to deal with this particular issues. In the meantime, an immigration attorney was able to get a pic of Mr. S inside being detained, at least we know he is well and will return to the US at 6 am I shall be working with Mr. S and coordinating with the nearest consulate so he can come in the future, although whether he will do so or not after this debacle is a different conversation.

    Ecuador dusty News

So this news is kind of old, but what seems to be a lifetime ago or several years ago several ministers from that administration of Rafael Correa fled the country and revived asylum in several different left-wing governments in Latin America but one particular goofball did not put her affairs in order on a timely basis and had to feel to the Argentinean embassy where she received asylum even though she has an 8-year sentence pending for bribery and corruption as well as what we call in America violations of RICO she fled to the embassy of Argentina in 2020, a couple of days ago by way of magic I assume the embassy of Argentina informed the Ecuadorian government that she was no longer in the embassy apparently the Ecuadorian cops that were guardian the embassy were asleep at the wheel the only good thing Ecuadorian cops are good for is having a rotation of mistresses and keeping several baby mamas in their rotation and this particular lady is now in Venezuela were she received asylum so now there is a minor spat between the two governments what a shit show.
