Supposedly car hijacks are common here and foreigners are mayor targets for obvious reasons. Of course I know these sites exaggerate reports but still it does not make me feel any better. Also some members on the forum advised against going to La 18 at all if you are foreign.

So I had to make a choice, shall I do the smart thing and just stay inside or get fucked?
