Calle 18 (oficially named Salinas St.) is located in the southwestern part of the city (the "Suburbio"). A taxi will cost you 3 dollars from downtown (you also can get it for less).

As far as it concerns, you should be aware of your surroundings when you go there. If you look gringo, you will stand out.

First off, I visited 2 clubs in Duran multiple times. Duran is across the river from the city center- about a $3 taxi ride during the day or $5 at night.

Imperio is a chongo in the true sense of the word, in that there are girls who stand by their tiny rooms and wait for a guy to pay $7 to fuck them. There were about 100 guys and only 8-9 girls working- they never stayed available for very long. All the girls wear tiny string bikinis. They were all in the 7-9 range. If you like bubble butts, Guayaquil is the place. All the girls here except one was very light skin. A guy was up on the stage doing a Michael Jackson impersonation. There is reportedly a strip show at 12. I saw a girl come in the club and go in her room to change. I grabbed her as soon as she came out. She charged me $7 for sex, $2 for oral, and $1 for pictures with no face. Beers are $0. 90.

Imperio has an upstairs wing that costs $10 to get into and opens at 7 pm. I heard there are some colombianas and sexo costs $30-50.

Right next door is El Gato. Same setup as the last but only about 6 girls and 40 guys- very uninspiring. The girls here tend to be darker skinned than in El Imperio.

Off the back of the Gato parking lot is a room where are always 2-3 girls available to chat and fuck for $12. Beers are $1. 25. This place appeals to me more- unlike most Ecuatorianos, I like to talk to a ***** for a few minutes before I decide to hit it. There were about 10 guys and 3 girls in the room. I immed. Started talking to Tanya. 8 beers later I decided to take her to the back room even though she had agreed to come to my hotel the next day. Although she wasn't the hottest girl i'd seen all night, the service was awesome. BBBJ and anal with no complaints from her. She's the first girl in Latin America who's told me she liked anal.

She came to my hotel on time the next morning. We fucked for an hour and she took me to the bus terminal as I was going to the beach. I gave her $10. She said she'd only been in the business for 15 days but now she's working at a brothel on the Galapagos.

La Habana is a club that's a 5 minute taxi ride from the Plaza Centenario. In a taxi at night it will cost you $3 to get there. This is the late night spot- it's open until 5 am. It's more of a dance club and bar than a brothel, but chicas are available to take upstairs. I saw about 10 girls in the 5-7 range. It's $15 for sex onsite, though girls will start out asking for $20-25. However, the bar fine is only $5! I took a girl home for a couple different nights for that price.

On the way home, one girl made the taxista stop and buy some weed. I was happy to pay for that. It seems to be readily available everywhere. She stayed at my hotel for 2 hours and I gave her $30 when she left.

Alexandra, una negrita, was an enthusiastic 3-holer and ass licker I brought home from la habana club one night. I tried to give her lube before I sodomized her but she didn't want any. She stayed 2 and a half hours and I gave her $20 at the end, after paying the $5 salida at the club. I had her come back to my place the next afternoon.

El Mango is at the corner of 4 de noviembre and abel castillo. This is a very low key place and most taxistas won't know about it. The club's address is 1904 abel castillo, only about 15 yards from the intersection. There's an old guy guarding the door named pedro sambrano- he'll look after you. Big beers are $1. 25. There were about 15 guys and 6 girls there around 9 pm. All the girls were fat except for one half black/half latina chick who had an incredible ass. We went upstairs for 30 mintues and I paid $13. Damnit, I forgot to bring my camera.

All of the pharmacies around guayaquil have viagra. Down here it's called vitramax. It'll cost you around $8. 42 for 50 mg.

In my humble opinion, Guayaquil is not as dangerous as some previous posters haver described it. I speak fluent Spanish but I am obviously American by my size and skin tone. I went to all the aforementioned clubs and to la calle 18 by myself multiple times- no problems. I walked around downtown at all hours and didn't worry the least bit. Some homes had their doors wide open at midnight. There is a police presence here but it isn't menacing like it can be in Colombia. In fact, the city center here feels much safer than in Medellin, bogotá, and lima.

Talk to anyone who has lived in Guayaquil for a long time, and they exclaim at how dangerous the downtown used to be compared to what it is today. This city has really cleaned itself up remarkably within the last decade, or so I'm told.

I am visting Guayagil by next week and stay for 5 to 6 nights, please advised which hotel is the best for action and is hotel sheraton good for catching action? where can I find chicas for st or lt. if you have any phone numbers, then will appreciated to provide me for my mongering in that area.

I went to Quito instead so I dont know anymore. Ask about guests and if there is an extra charge.

I can personally recommend the Hotel Libertador on the Parque Centenario, but it might be not be nice enough for you. It's $10 per night, some rooms have A/C and a park view, and it's extremely chica friendly. The rooms have a TV with 3 channels and no hot water. There aren´t too many overnight guests, as it´s mainly used as an hourly love motel. By the way, 3 hrs. here will cost $6. Some of the young boys who work here aren´t real outgoing, but look for Luscio. He sent a few girls to my room.

Don't stay at the Hotel Centenario, 2 blocks down from the Hotel Libertador on the same side of the Parque Centenario. The rooms are $12 per night. The owner who stays there most of the day won't let chicas in with you but the night watchman who comes on after 11 pm will let them go up to your room.

Within a few blocks of the parque centenario, there are a dozen clubs. Some are bad strip clubs, some bars where you can take out a chica, and some are simple discotecas. You won´t figure out what type of club each one is until you go in. I took a girlfriend to a few of these clubs and we both agreed that the chicas appeared to have been shipped in from the country- not too many hotties.

Doombringer is right about El Vikingo, a strip club near the stadium. It sucked. $2 beers, no service on site, ugly chicas, and there is rarely a chica stripping.

Speaking of Doombringer, I gave him a call when I was in town. We talked for a minute and even though we didn't get to meet up, it's cool that he makes himself available to guys like us.

I went to Guayaquil´s famous Calle 18, or¨La 18.¨ This is a block where every house is a *****house. It´s a pedestrian-only street. A few girls stand in front of each house in string bikinis and if you want one just grab her and take her to her room in back. The quality varies, but there are some gems.

I went around 10 am my 2nd time and there were plenty of guys walking around, just staring at ther hoes. Street vendors are everywhere. I finally chose a skinny girl. I gave her $10 for 15 minutes of sex, oral, and photos.

I went to la 18 around 7 pm a few nights ago and the place was jam packed with guys. I had to push my way up to the houses just to see the girls. It just wasn´t my scene so i left without partaking. Lesson learned: go in the morning.

Some people on on this board and others have said la 18 is a dangerous slum- this isn´t at all the case. It´s very safe. Police are present. If you´re obviously american like me, the worst thing that will happen to you is drunks may yell out words to you in english.

I asked a delivery from this agency, number 2, and it has been by far my worst experience with a service provider.

Agreed price was US$90 + taxi, so in fact US$ 100 for 1.5hrs, multiple fucks. I got emails from the agency confirming this if you want to see them.

The girl showed on time. She was from Guayaquil not quite good shaped as on the picture (Bait & Switch?) but, being the hotheaded I am, I went for it.

Small chit chat, and she asked for the money upfront. I agreed and paid.

She got into the shower for about 5 minutes, and came out naked.
She lay on bed, and we went for fuck #1, and immediately I could see she was not really into it.
Best way to describe it is that she was absent, cold as a fish.

I finished in about 15 minutes. I was ready for my second round in 5 minutes, and then she started to play stupid. She said that the agreement was for only one fuck and that if I wanted more, I needed to pay more.

I called the agency. The guy said that I was right, that she was supposed to be there for 1.5hrs and multiple fucks, but anyways, the girl was already dressed and ready to go, so she left.
I complained to the guy. He said he will send another girl, but that never happened.

I have mongered in many countries, and I have never seen a girl so wrong for this kind of work, or an agency so dishonest.

I guess this is why in South America, Peruanas, Colombianas, Argentinas and Brazilians are the gems of the sex business. They have made peace with themselves of what they do, so they make an effort to provide a good service, whereas in this case, the girl believes she is bigger than being a puta (newsflash, she is not!) and just want to get the money and run.

Moral of the story:
1. Avoid this agency like plague.
2. Before handing cash to the girl, make sure with HER you are getting what you have agreed over the phone. If not kick her ass out of the room.
3. Whenever possible, pay after the show is over.

On a good side of the story, the hotel I stayed was a good call. US$50 bucks, located close to the San Marino Shopping mall and girl friendly for US$10 cover. PM me if you want the name.

Yeah that whole are is saturated by those little places and the Vikingo is a place located by my granmother's house near the Capwell Stadium I have been there twice but a shitier bar and strip club you will not find in Guayaquil the girls are so classy I saw a local throw .10 cents to the stage and she actually got down and picked it up very ugly looking women I do not recommen it.

Hey Doom sorry I did not get your message until I got back, next time we will get together.

The Gato (not in Duran) is the same place I was talking about. Yes it is on a dirt road, but I have been there a dozen times, many by myself and never had a problem. (I am white as snow and my spanish is OK at best) This last trip I was told of two other clubs in that area, one call La Rossa. La Rossa is small has a stage and I think about 12 or so girls sitting by doors to their room. Buy a beer to get in $1 and the girls $6. The taxi driver told me of another place near this that is supposedly much bigger called Buffalo (I think) girls in the $6 to $10 range, did not check it out. This area sounds like it is saturated with these little places. They are definitely in a not so good area so caution is a must.

There is another place that is called Vikingo, ask a taxi they will probably know it. It is a nice little place with cheap beers and some decent girls. they dance on stage and then into a shower off stage you can watch through the glass. (when they have paid their water bill) The girls range from $25 to $40, I was told.

Saying all of that, I have been to Guayaquil 11 times now in the last 3 years and have never once had any problems with safety. I know the city has dangerous areas and crime happens, but don't make yourself an easy target and act confindent. I have ventured to many places by myself that look sketchy but I don't have much cash on me and I make eye contact and act confident. Criminals are looking for easy targets, so if you look lost or scared, they will seek you out as their next victim.
