I have been in Quito in june 2007 and I am revisting this city since june 2008. I have spend my time visiting almost all the places of the city. My favorites spots are Cafe Rojo, 122, DOll HOuse, 515, Extasis, Zulu Club Privado and 4033. During my visits to these places, I fall in love with some of the girls I banged (I'm human). As I didn't want problems and my spanish is not 100% perfect I didn't proceed in many cases. However, in 4033 (north) I have met a girl very hot and nice. Last week I was (very) drunk and told her that I like her. She responds to me with a kiss saying that she has the same feeling for me. I know what she do for a living. I have no problems with that. Anyone had an experience like that? Do you think that could be dangerous to date an ecuadorian (or latinoamerican) pro?

Just got back from Cafe Rojo and man what a bummer. I decided to fulfill a fantasy to bang two hot, big titted women at the same time. I paid my $40 and went upstairs.

It started off great. I'm not a bad looking guy and have been told that I'm fairly well off in the package department. The girls were loving it, they kept ranting and raving about it. But, it kept going and going and going on about it. When we started to get down to it, they kept saying it is too mucho. Then after a few minutes they said that the time was up! They said that it would cost another $40 to finish! So, I went down stairs to talk to the hefe and the guy behind the bar said 20 minutes thats it. So lesson learned, if you are entertaining two chicas don't let them bullshit too much, get down to it. Fun is fun but, business is business.

This will be the last time I visit Cafe Rojo. Fuck me once shame on you, fuck me twice. Wait that is a good thing. OK, how about. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me!

You're paying for the time, not the action. What you do with that 20 minutes is up to you. It's not Cafe Rojo's fault. Trying to do something with 2 girls in 20 minutes is asking a lot.

If you look for "Colombianas" in Quito I recommend the "chongo" Zulu Club Privado next to the Condado Shopping.

Was pretty early. Around 8-8:30pm.

Since night and day are almost evenly split at the equator, darkness falls at roughly 6pm. As I recall, most traffic dies down there within an hour or so. Thugglies are in the area 24-7, but appear more numerous and less shy after darkness. The SA Explorers Club has a list of various reported crimes to their members, many of which the police don't know of. It is one way we can access the rate and variety of crimes against tourists. For under $10 usd, pepper spray can be had at your fingertips.

What time ? Daytime has usually been safe. The later the the evening gets, the more Gringolandia becomes a magnet for thieves.

Use caution in the Mariscal area (especially around Juan Leon Mera y Jose Calama). A group of 6-7 guys jumped 3 americans (2 girls and a guy) last night and robbed them. Apparently this is not the first time this group has struck as some of the locals were aware of at least one of the members. The attack happened on Amazonas.

The back of their business card says the cover is $5 and comes with 2 shots. The card says they open at 5 but Andre said they open at 7.

I discovered a new night club last night I haven't seen mentioned here before. It's new and owned by the same people that run NightKat. Here's the info for it:

Jungla

Juan Leon Mera y La Pinta Esq. (Diagonal from the Spanish Embassy). It's one block roughly from NightKat. Open from 7pm until ?? (probably 4-6am like NightKat). Ask for Andre for better service. There weren't that many girls there last night but there were a few nice ones (7-8's). The inside is themed like the name, a Jungle, with custom chairs, etc. Very nice looking place and well laid out. They are planning a "VIP" area in the future. Prices are $15 for the girl (probably 20-30 minutes, didn't ask). Drink prices are the same as NightKat - generally pretty reasonable. More than likely closed Sundays like NightKat.

They're cheaper in Ecuador. The Doll House is the exception to the rule in my experience. $6.50 to $20 a pop if you shop around.

In Medellin its $13 per half at some places while it $25 for an hour with two. It all depends.
