yeah but then he turns around and raises the sin taxes, ie alcohol, cigarettes, perfumes, & guns. Guess who that will effect the most? you got it, the lower class lol.

Wish I would have read your message before going to VIP David, I got there around 1:30pm and there was only 1 girl, colombiana, which I took upstairs. I talked to the guard and he said they rest usually get there around 4 to 5 pm.

Yes he is popular, at the moment. But as he gets more vocal like Chavez (but without Chavez 2-3 million oil barrels a day) and the economy is slowing, he is losing popularity.

Unless in a brutal dictatorship (Cuba), or having unlimited money to spend (Venezuela) the Peoples Love and P4P scenes are remarkably alike: the love goes out the window as soon as the pocket is empty.

Hey, look on the bright side (unless you have investments here): Big Crisis then Introduction of local currency and big devaluations.

Mix those all together and what have you got: even CHEAPER pussy for you lucky foreign mongers!

BBBJ is scarey enough with some of the girls. The only times i've gotten BBFS was when drunk and a few girls jumped on (other countries).

    Various issues

Some things raised over the last few days:

    1. Property: Foreigners have the same rights and obligations as nationals under the laws. Having said that, Ecuador is going in political directions which may lead to uncertain results. I would not enter real estate at this moment, unless you don't mind taking losses in the short/mid term.

    2. Aerogal just suspended service to Miami. Uncertain future, but if you have a ticket with them, AA will fly you on the same date.

It is a frustration reading this forum, being I live here but am too well known for advantures in Quito. Oh well, my work seems to be taking an international tint again, travel and mate indeed, I hope.

Probably the easiest of the visas to get is the 12-X which is a transient visa that you have to get in the states or your country of origen which is good for 90 days. Costs about $60 but you have to have all your paperwork done beforehand if you dont have a sponsor. A work visa the 12-6 is good for 2 years, but is more complicated to get.
At least for US citizens, they issue a T-3 Visa upon arrival. It's good for 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the immigration agent. Mine was marked a T-3, 90 days the last 2 trips.

The T-3 is renewable once by going to the Ecuador gov't offices on the day it expires or a few days thereafter.

My trip this time is 59 days as of right now. I guess I could extend it out to 180 days based on the info I found. There is a normal max of 6 months per year in Ecuador on a tourist visa.

Went here last night, was originally going to go to masajes medellin, but the guard here told me about this place on the walk there. I hadnt even realized its close to MM. Was in the mood for a different place than Cafe Rojo since its pretty crowded there in the evenings on Friday.

The guard told me they are open 7 days a week and the hours are 12pm to 10pm now. Same cover and chica price. I got there around 7pm, and caught the double striptease. Being the only gringo in the place and with blue eyes, I had all the girls giving me the eye lol. Both strippers would come over and rub up against me during their shows which had the ecuatorianos laughing.

The girls here are pretty hot. I was kinda surprised. A nice red-head with great tits caught my eye but was grabbed by someone else so I picked a gal named Tyra from Esmeraldas. darker complexion but nice tits and body.
Gave her $20 and we went upstairs. The rooms arent bad, larger than the cheaper places and so-so clean. Something to know which I didnt, is that if you give them more than $15, they'll get a receipt at the bar and you need to ask for that so you can get your change from the bar. Tyra was pleasant and explained that to me fortunately.

It seems to me that the majority of the girls are either colombian or very light skinned EC chicas. Tyra was the only darker skinned girl that I saw.

Planning on going back this afternoon to get the red-head if she's there.
Don't believe the 12pm at VIP. I've tried it and they weren't open. They were still waiting for girls to arrive on Quito time.

I still haven't been in that place. Tried twice. Once was closed and the other time some guys were sitting on the steps in front and they went in ahead of me. Made me kind of uneasy so I passed.

The receipt for change seems to be a new trend in Quito. I've seen it in a few places now such as Guajira and La Nina. It's not something I care for because it's easier for them to either keep the change if you forget, or they can pad the check and keep your money. It also gives the girl a second chance to keep the change if you come back down and forget.

I'm arriving this time as I always have: with lots of $1s, $5s, $10s and $20s. Some places won't even take $100s (Guajira). I just hit a US bank before arriving. If you don't have change down there, people will try to keep it or they will hand you those $1 coins which I hate.

Tico rights put any foreigner in CR at risk of losing their property to squatters. That's assuming the person selling the property actually owns it and the lawyer isn't shady. I've heard many a horror story in CR with property transactions.

I prefer dolls and Andrea is a little to big to be a doll.

For the Shakira lovers, they had a girl from Guayaquil with the same hair than Shakira, a nice thin body like her as well, but a tremendous pair of boobs, and I mean tremendous.

People have said Andrea has beefed up some. She looks great in a dress. It didn't look like she had a dress that day.
