on tuesday i stepped on the first of three buses for a forty hour bus ride from lima to quito. good riddance to garbage-pile, beak-nosed peru. decided to hold off on a return visit to volcan tungurahua because i will need something to do during buttboy's birthday and new years.

ecuadorian drama started at the border as i did not get my passport stamped out from my first trip in 2006. in thirty seconds the two officers had me busted. lol. so much for a new passport. "you cannot enter ecuador," one officer matter-of-factly stated. me: !!! i expected a hefty fine at worst. i did not expect to be barred from the country. i stuck to my story, muttering the mantra "but i've never been in ecuador. my old passport was stolen." embrace the lie and deny, deny, deny (i am becoming more south american by the day).

after five minutes of letting me sweat it out the second guard then casually says something about $200. because fines start at $200, going up to $2000, i had expected to pay more. so upon mention of a mere $200 my heart leapt for joy while i played a grief-stricken tourist. add to this $200us is now 20% cheaper than last year and paying the fine was a breeze. externally: oh woe is me! internally: tee hee!

by hour thirty into the bus trip, in fits of sleep, the ache in my legs had me dreaming alien leeches were eating my kneecaps. but at long last, upon waking at 6:14am, outside the window were the familiar valleys of green as we passed the entrance to cotopaxi park. no more of lima's dry, colorless desert. here is patch-work farmland, snow-covered mountain peaks, people nestled in the life-abundant folds and crevices of the earth. it is obvious i am a mountain man. no matter if it be the 2850 meters of quito or the 4150 meters of la paz i'd rather be fucking amidst the ripped muscles of this landscape than a monotonous, lifeless desert. it is simply more inspiring.

not desiring a return to gringolandia with its drug-addicts and transvestites (lest i start another street war) i selected an alternate area of town to set up camp. shopped three hours for a quality hotel and price. decided on a $26-per-night hotel because they offered me a $12-per-night deal if i paid a month's rent up front. slapped $360 on the table. safe area, convenient transport, grocery stores, restaurants, double bed, cable tv, large sunlit bathroom, $10 extra for guests. picked up some freaky fruits cereal and other misc for breakfasts. returned to the hotel for delicious sleep. i am home in quito. or am i? did i ever leave? life is but a dream ... zzzzzz.

come evening, still somewhat disorientated, tired, after a successful and frictionless re-entry i spent a quiet couple hours in 3 star. to my surprise all the same guys work there, from the front door guard to the waiters to the mic announcer. smiles and handshakes. even lord byron's wife was present, warmly greeting me as she held my hand. wow, i feel like a part of the family! observed the newer, larger chongo, music bringing back the great memories of old. [CodeWord140]-poor selection of flesh as hoof said. but i am used to a chongo's dry spells, particularly 3 star. the benefit of knowing so many chongos is the dry spell of one is the hotter-than-hell time of another. such is the principle of rotation.

i thought about what i want to do here in quito, other than simply avoiding winter back home. the idea of another blowout 73 chicas is a unreal expectation. at this point i figure if i can tap 20-25 chicas in a couple months, two or three of them being memorable, the rest as temporary dick massages, it will be sufficient.

my initial isg time in quito-2006 can be compared to a brand new company in a state of supergrowth. today that growth has cooled, the company and idea have matured. i'm an older monger now, unlike the fresh and eager enthusiasms of a water boy. it can't be the first inning all the time.

thus i do not expect to be posting long daily reports like the heyday first trip. unless something new sparks under my ass my isg postings are probably going to be limited from here on in. should a new adventure arise, worthy of a report, sure. but like mraughh once said what more is there to say after young tung-06? old tung-07 is as content to surf tv channels as invest in 700 penny sexing.

plan a is to scout the big cheap clubs first, those that delivered for me the first time around. after these are (1) the more expensive and (2) second tier places, in the effort to squeeze all chongos of any new 8teenies. plan b is my ace-in-the-hole (ha! that phrase is quite fitting!), to be implemented after 1-2 weeks.

friday. touch me. new door guard. he wants to temporarily confirep001e my camera. no. i left. had a beer in cheers. one new cutie noted. she was too lazy to get up so i could confirm a tiny ass. left. will return later. bussed to the la luna complex. coco bongos first. one new petite, busy. tiny gaby is present as well. in son cubanos i found pretty 19 year carla, not much else. azucre. a new chongo for me. the nicest (i.e., newest) of the three clubs here but the least for chica selection. watched some lanny barbie porn on the big screen, a canuck pussy spread wide, great eye candy.

bussed to caribes, nada, then condorito, nada, el foco azul, nada, club 11-79, nada. $5 taxi to la fragata. door guard exclaims my name, shakes my hand -- good memory. huh?! talk about chongo upgrade. lord byron has doubled the size of the club, shiny new, $15 fichas. the chica with the best back-arch in all of quito, as sampled in 3 star, oversees the bar/register. doesn't look like she's offering her goods for 700 pennies anymore. in the future i can brag to having laid dozens of chongo managers.

to the office, nada. walked to the old entrance of cocktel. hmmm, there is a cocktel sidewalk sign outside a door; all looks quiet. bypassed vibracion for 860 akershuz, nada. walked by nightcats.

saturday. touch me without camera. two new petite cuties. picked the one with smiles. karen, 22. she sucked. well, she didn't suck therefore she sucked. no eye contact. i blew just to end it, then forgot my change. doh! nevertheless, as expected touch me takes the first.

resorte medellin, nada. kahlua, nada. la movida, chatted with slender, 29 year old rita of cuenca. bussed further north.

marquis sade i is not closed as i expected. it is called club casanova now. i found super-slender negrita maria here, 20 years. 700 penny sampling. pretty face, superior tiny ass, but cool on the service. no photos, no bj, no smooching. still, what a fantastic body and curves to bend over in doggie.

divas. one negrita caught my eye. older than maria, not as slender, 257% pricier. had a beer, exited.

sunday. club alondras by 2pm. maritza montiel is here; she's giving me eye contact for a go. but i chose to spurt with a newbie, cute noelia of guayaquil, 23 years. yet again no photos, no bj, no smooching. hmmm, a pattern is beginning to emerge. are newbies trying to be 'good' for santa?! are seasonal differences kicking in? scoped out next door, marquis de sade, to find maria present. the huge-assed, spaced-out florida-latina is also here, high on some chemical as always.

tally thus far: 22 clubs in 3 days, some 300-350 fluid ounces soaking my brain, three 700 penny chicas. i am starting to feel right again after the forty hour bus trip, the sniffles subside.

last notes. until i get over a paranoia of being back, cautiously dipping my toes in all waters, my hotel and its location are not going to be publicly posted.

unlike my first eruption here, however, i am no longer dis-inclined to meeting isg members. we are all freaks of evolution -- give me sexual liberty or give me death! -- some more freakier than others, so we may as well be freaky together over a breakfast bowl of freaky fruit. i suspect friky00, who is now named iamnotafreak, is in temporary freak-denial with a girlfriend.

while isg's motto may be world peace through pussy our membership smacks of a congregation riddled with personal schisms. just so long as spooning at night is not part of the meeting i am okay with hanging out for some beers.

let's all get fucked-up on the lack of oxygen in this heaven on earth, discussing our global gypsy-classless existence and the pure blood of principle. certain restrictions apply, of course. i am not taking blond-haired, blue-eyed joe hardy on a avenida maldonado tour during friday night. maybe on a tuesday night.

I personally like Guajira. It's a very comfortable place for me. Only problem is the chicks are pretty much static. Cafe Rojo is nice too. A lot more selection. Chicks aren't quite as free to have fun there though (they can't drink too much). Probably a good thing.

I pulled one out of Guajira only to have her change her tune once at my place. We were supposed to do the discos, etc. I paid a $20 salida for her. I had a feeling it was not going to go right. It didn't.

On the other hand, another Guajira left with me at the end of the night, no salida, and stayed with me about 10 days. Was with me 24/7. Still getting text messages almost daily. Never know.

P.S. Didn't see any sign like that. The electronic bulletin board above the bar area though is REALLY bad. Gives broken english a new name.

Meat Loaf’s post is right on. The bottom line is you need more time there. However, there may be a middle ground. If you go to mundoanuncio.com, which is like a Latin Craig’s List, you may find a good semi-pro for a date and more of a GFE. Click on the left "Ecuador", then scroll down to "Quito" and look under the "Contactos" heading in the middle of the page. There are several choices under "Contactos". "eróticos / profesionales" is pretty much only pros, but under "chica busca chico" I have found that there are semi-pros just looking to have fun or make a few bucks. Sometimes they put a price right in the ad, sometimes they appear to not want any money at all.

Two tips:

1. The categroy names ("chica busca chico" / "chico busca chica") confuse some readers so you’ll find some ads from guys in there looking for women, just ignore them. You might also try "relaciones ocasionales". I suggest that you paste and print a bunch of the ads right before you leave so you don’t waste time searching on the internet with the slow Quito connection.

2. The Latin way is "aqui y ahora" (here and now) which means that you should be ready to hook up the same day you call. They’re not big on planning ahead, so don’t bother trying to arrange something on the phone days before you arrive in Quito.

I had no problems with noise in either of the places I stayed in Quito. Both were in the Mariscal area. One was (on the corner) right across the street from some British pub. I think it might have been called Union Jack. That was about $30 a night. No noise. Then I went to a hostel and got a private room and there was no noise. I can't remember the name but it was right in La Mariscal and it was a big white building in the middle of the block (if you were walking from el centro it would be on the far side of the street) and had a high white stucco wall in front of it. That was I think $17 a night. Private bath. Good deal. Good food too. There was a Dutch travel agency and bike rental place one or two doors to the right of it and also a laundry to the right on the same block. If you went left out the door and then turned left again at the corner, in one block you would hit that great big internet cafe so if you reverse those directions you should find it.

Can anyone recommned hotels that are Chica Freindly + safe + quiet + not too far from the center of things that are in the say $15 - $35 per nite range ?

The only possible trick is to try to get a room that doesn't face a major street. If it faces a street with much traffic you're screwed. Bring a pair of ear plugs.

When dealing with non-pros, I usually date them for about 1-month, before I attempt to fuck them. It always works and make it appear that I'm a nice guy or "why isn't this guy trying to fuck me?" He must be fucking someone else.

With pros, I usually talk to them for about two weeks before fucking them.

Obviously, I'm always keeping the stables stocked 'cause if I'm horny today, I don't want to wait 1-month to screw. Of course, I'm not spending too much money trying to impress either-type of female.

It's one thing if you're living there and have plenty of time to get to know some girl... but most of the guys here don't. If you can't get it in the first date or two and that's important to you, it's probably about time to move on. After passing through customs, there are girls in the windows to your left yelling "Taxi" (there is also a little tiny booth out on the sidewalk with a similar person). Just tell them where you're going, pay the fee ($6-$9) and get a little ticket from her. Then go outside and a taxisita will appear to take your bag and the little ticket she gives you. No need to tip when you arrive, it's up to you.

We've covered this recently, however, a standard unmetered fare is $5 from the airport to central Quito. Save the $2-3! Any of the taxis outfront should be charging that rate. If they want more than $5, get another one.
