Member 3354, I read your report earlier however I'm astounded by certain things like why did you decide to pay that much money in the first place and second of all could it be possible that you got hussled out of some dough. Those prices seem offly outreageous to me most woment from any newspaper could be had for $40 and hour and they are FINE the prices you are disscussing are almost ridiculous unless you are going through http://www.firstclass.com.ec/ whose main purpose seems to be to take foreigners money just because they have.

I agree that prices are high when compared to newspapers, or even to some of the smaller houses in the South(?) of the City. But these clubs -515, Doll House, etc - are for gringos who have limited ability to negotiate in Spanish. I did go with a business friend who speaks Spanish, but again, we;re obviously foreigners, these are obviously top price tourist clubs and you take your licks.

Compared with prices in Seattle/SF or in some of the other places I do business, if this is price gouging, well, it's what I have to live with. 48 hours in a country and you have two heads arguing.

Always be careful when you go to Swing, I"d never trusted that place. It's wise if you go with friends, not alone, basically beacuse is a rip off and not a safe zone when you come out at night. Quito has become a dangerous city, lot of immigrants from Colombia: guerrillas, drug dealers, hitmen, all this scum are walking the streets of Quito. Try not to screw chics with tatoos, most of them are vulgar, offensive manners and if they had the chance they'll steal your wallet.

Be careful out there. I was walking by myself on the night of 4/21 on the main street that connects the Hilton to the clubs and restaurants down by Papaya-net in Mariscal. I have walked this way many times with no problems, as it goes by little stores, internet cafes, and other clubs and restaurants. Also, skanky *****s and TVs. Anyway, this group of 8-10 local teens walks right around the corner in front of me. Of course you know the rest. Damn scary having a knife waving around in front of me while they took my money and watch. There were other people watching while this happened and did nothing.

I thought I'd post this info since when I left there was little info on Quito. It's taken me a while to get my membership reactivated, so if the info is old, apologies. I pulled a couple addresses from an old posting (515 Club (Cinco Quince) and Extasis (both near Hilton); Doll House (about 15 minutes away from downtown) Night Cat (across from the Marriott) and Zeu (formerly Vibracion across from the Hilton); Swing. A typical strip club (around the corner from 515 and near Hilton.

Armed with that info, and two nights (Thurs/Fri) in Quito, a friend and I went out looking for fun. I barely speak Spanish while my friend is v. good, especially when it comes to Hobbying. We rented a hotel car for the night, complete with driver, as we were told it isn't safe to walk around after dark and we would have trouble getting taxis in some of the locations. This safety thing continues to be debated on the WSG posts.

Most of the clubs open ~ 9:30 (but things don't get going til 10 or later and the clubs stay open til 4 a.m.) We tried to start with Zeu, but were told that it was being remodeled; the buildings on either side were under a wrecking ball. The Bellman at the Marriott suggested we NOT go to Night Cat since they had been having lots of violence. Possibly if you speak/look Spanish this isn't a problem. So to kill time we ended up at SWING. This is a typical strip club, entrance was $6 included 2 drinks. Girls did 5 minute stage dances with clothes on then 5 minutes more topless and 10 minutes nude. At various times they circulated and did lap dances for $1 tip. They would try and get you to buy them drinks for $7 but mostly they left you alone. We never had any luck trying to get the girls to come back to our hotel. Girls were the full range, from 4’s up to 8s. After a while we left as it was time to go to our first stop of the night.

Extasis still wasn’t open at 9:45 so we went off to 515 just around the corner (both of these were under 5 minutes from Swing). It as $12 to get in which included 2 drinks. There were about ten girls in the club, 6’s to 8’s I’d say, maybe about 6 customers. Employees outnumbered us all. All the chicas were from Ecuador (we were looking for Colombian chicas, but more on that later). The club had the typical set up, a waiter comes up to you to get your drink, asks you if you want a girl and then says that he’ll take care of you with a wink wink. In about 5 minutes he comes back w/ drinks and two chicas. Pretty good looking ladies who were not out in the room when we arrived. Mine spoke English but my friend’s was visiting from outside of the city and she was just getting into the occupation-and only spoke Spanish. The waiter comes back again in 10 minutes and asks you if you want to buy the girls drinks (either $9 or $12 drinks depending on what they order); since our two ladies were currently the best available we decided to take the slow route and go for a round of drinks. My lady asked me several times if I’d like her to leave and try another lady – very low pressure which surprised me - especially as there weren't any other clients.

I had another drink and spen tabout 30 minutes talking. I did one more walk around and decided I really did get the pick of the room (probably about 11 by now, with double the number of girls and definiately 20+ guys). Most of the girls are sitting at the bar, about less than half the guys are entertaining ladies.
My lady told me that girls ranged in price from 60/70/80 for an hour plus $26 for the room. Clearly it was time to make a decision so off I went. You pay at the same little window you bought your entrance pass. I paid $86 (60+26) You get a receipt AND a condom. The girl takes the receipt and leads you back to the room. I decided we each needed another margharita for the trip, but my lady said she’d had enough as she had a long night ahead of her (she also told me she only got $2 commission out of the drinks and would rather get an extra tip instead!). If you’ve not been in these places before, Mama-san meets you at the steps and shows you to your room, gives you a couple of towels and opens the door. You give her a $1 tip. The room was Motel 6 basic but clean. The chica was very good but everything was covered. Nice breasts that clearly were purchased, but still young and fresh. Afterwards we showered together. By the time we went back to the main room, it was after midnight. There was a floor show on, stayed to watch. There were 2+ dozen ladies in the club and maybe 30 / 40 guys. Although most of the rooms upstairs were NOT in use.

My friend took his Chica back to the hotel but I wasn’t impressed enough with mine to do that. HE had to pay the club a $45 penalty for “take out service” and then he negotiated with the lady another $125 for the evening. He had also paid his $60 for the initial hour.

We left soon afterwards, and on the way home drove by Night Cat to check it out. There were 20 or more Ecuadorian military outside the club and all had rifles. Don’t know what was going on, don’t care.

Night two (Friday). Had a very late dinner and decided just to go right to Doll House. A report on WSG suggested it would be twice the price of any other club. You get patted down at the door and walk around to the side door into a very small room with too many loveseats. .The place was packed. There was a group of about 8 Chinese men who were having even more trouble than I was with Spanish. Anyway, men outnumbered women 4 to 1. and that 1 wasn’t good looking! We got back in our car and went off to 515. When we got there the place was closed, our waiter from the other night was outside directing everyong to go to the Doll House and he told us he sent the girls there. We asked about Exstasis and he said that there other club was also closed by the police and those girls were at the Doll House too (shint, hint, I’m assuming all 3 clubs are owned by the same guy). We drove by Extasis en route back to Doll House and sure enough, shut. Interestingly by this time, 11:15?, the Doll House has a lot more ladies and a lot fewer men. About 2 to 1 and the 1’s are now a bit more attractive. The ladies break down to either more curvy 20- somethings, or younger more athletic types. The younger girls were mostly Colombian, while the playboy-ish figured chicas Ecuadorian. I didn’t see any of the ladies from 515 that I remembered AND I couldn’t find a girl I liked that spoke English. My friend went thru about 4 or 5 ladies before he found one to his liking. There were dark skinned, light skinned, blondes, brunettes etc. Girls were 3’s to 7’s with maybe one or two 8s. I was very disappointed because I heard this was the “top” club of Quito. Rooms were $36 and girls wanted at least $100 to go back. Cover was 20 and included the usual 2 drinks. Girls drinks were $10. Same situation with mama-san. I finally watched my buddy go off and just grabbed the next Colombian honey. It’s not too hard to convey what you want. The room was ~ a Holiday Inn – considerably nicer than the 515 rooms. My girl talked to me a bit and I just let her undress me and chat. We had a nice time, not sure if she told me her life story or recited poetry but she kissed great. Afterwards we snuggled until I got hard again and she managed to work me around for a second cup mostly via French. I am sure we went over the hour, but it seemed there were more lookers than buyers so maybe no one needed the room. Given that this was a Friday night, I was surprised by the lack of action but people tell me the economy is off in Quito this past winter.

I think it was about 2 when we left. There was an additional crop of ladies presejust arriving, including the missing 515 girls. The chica I had had the previous night came right up to me and asked me why I wouldn’t take her back now! It was comical with her pretending to be jealous and me just trying to get out the door. The only hitch on leaving was that you needed a “receipt” to show you had paid all your bills. I had tossed mine and had to get our waiter to come out and verify. Then of course everyone wanted a tip for “our inconveniencing them!” We drove back via Night Cat but it was padlocked shut from the previous night, so I'm not sure what happened. My hotel concierge had told me that GRINGOS wouldn't feel comfortable there even if it was open.

In conclusion. I don’t think the price at Doll House is worth it. I’d go back to 515. I’d also check out Extasis which is the same as 515. For $86 or $96 bucks, the girls were pretty good and if you find one you like you can get a deal bringing them back to the hotel – or just getting their number for the next night and skipping paying the club a fee. I do think that the economy, payoffs etc mean that the next time you go, Night Cat might be back open, and Zeu might be remodeled. Also if you can wait til midnight or later you have a better selection of girls, but of course, sometimes it's better to take a less attractive lady earlier in the evening when they are fresh and hungry.

Probably not Rick, unlike the US strip clubs there is no rules in brothels about bringing in cameras or camcorders however I do advise you not to bring them since most brothels are in real shitholes of the city.
If you do insist upon filming your exploits I suggest you go to strip clubs close to the downtown area this strip clubs are "upper class" they are a little bit more expensive though and have security at the door and you won't loose a thing in them unless you are stupid enough to leave it when you walk out the door.

Many thanks for taking the time to answer my questions regarding,Quito and Guayaquil. You answered all my questions and the comparasions and evaluations that you gave were easy to understand and digest.
The pricing regarding Colombiana's vs Equadorian Chica's really doesn't surprise me that much. I haven't been to San Jose in eighteen months, but when I was there, Independent Ticas and Nicas, were normally less than the Colombiana's in the Del Rey Hotel. In Panama City, you find Panamian Ho's to be cheaper than the Colombiana's. My Memory isn't that great, being retired for awhile and getting up there in years,but the aforementioned comparisons are accurate. I can't give you exact pricing comparisons, but in many instances ,the Ho's of the Mother Country always seem to be less of the visiting Colombiana's. I guess it could go back to the old addage. . . " The grass always looks greener. . ."

To answer the earlier post, I would say that here domestically Quito has the greatest concntration of AMP/Brothels however Guayaquil has hotter women.
In terms of pricing it's pretty much the same, in both cities there rteally is little variation of pricing, as far as colombians women living in Ecuador I would say Quito has the most colombian women be carefull however for the fallowing reason, It exists in this country an idiotic ideosincracy that I haven't been able to figure out but it exist nonetheles, most people in this country are not as sophisticated as us foreigners for ex. most people in this country would be hard pressed to pay for an airplane ticket to Galapagos for a vacation most people in this country do not read past their 4 walls, so they don't get out much and anything that comes from the outside even if it's garbage they'll be like "oh that's so cool" and in mongering that also exists also. I have nothing against colombian women I have been to Colombia myself and found them to be passionate lovers and really tender partners in all aspects but because of the mongering market forces here, and for the above social dinamycs colombain SP jack up their prices like threefold if not more, for ex. if I check out a really hot colombain and a really hot ecaudorian the domestic one would offer me say 40/h the colombian SP won't even talk to me If I don't have at least 70$ so my personal inclination would be to go to the colombian but bacause of prices I would naturally go to the ecuadorian ho.
Most colombains in Colombian say a fine model type SP would cost something like 80000 which would be $34.14 that same women would charge about 150/h here in Guayaquil or Quito Why? because of the above mentioned social dinamycs.
