    After Action: Quito

I visited Quito and visited a few places. Here is the rundown of what I found. I visited all of these places in the mid afternoon / early evening.

Relax Spa is in a slightly different location than where a google search will lead you but certainly walkable. $30 hh and $50 h. Starts with a lackluster massage. It is open on Sundays; this is important because most places are not in Quito.

155 is Strip Clubesque as they have poles for dancing and there may be some nude dancing going on. There is a $25.50 fee for the ficha and a drink. You must go through a metal detector. The yellow receipt is for them, and the white receipt for you. I went on a Monday afternoon and there were easily 40 or more ladies. Most looked to be 7+ and no fat ones, I can speak to this as that is specifically what I was looking for.

Hostel el Trebol is not on the map I have seen. I was told that 5 ladies work here. It is supposed to be $40 for the room and the lady for an hour. Just note that there will be upsells later. The time was not rushed. It closes at 5:30 pm and may possibly be open on Sunday. There is no security or passport check. The women here are larger than at the standard chongos.

122 $25 ficha / cover 20+ ladies, in a smoke-filled crowded basement. The rooms are all upstairs so prepare to do a little climbing before your fun. The rooms are very compact and not well maintained. There were ladies of all shapes here but most where thin to medium builds. I would not say this club has the best-looking ladies but it does open pretty early, and stays open until 8:30 pm. What the ladies lack in look, some make up for in enthusiasm.

El Swing $3 cover $17 ficha. This place looked small. There was one nude dancer performing. The music here had a nice Latin vibe. There were about 10 ladies here.

Bolivia /148 $3 cover $20 ficha. At about 4:30 pm there were about 5 ladies working. These ladies all looked a bit older than at the standard chongos. It was very empty. The room was decent enough though.

Gente Bonita $3 cover with drink. This is actually a strip club with a stage. There are rooms around the perimeter of the interior and the ladies just stand in front of their doors. The price was $15 to the ladies but I think I was getting hustled for $20. There were around 20 ladies working in the midafternoon. There was a reasonably thorough pat down here. Parking was $2 and they show your passport to the camera. There were all different types of looking girls here but the place was so large that I didn't actually get an up-close view of most of them.

Mosq $5 cover and $22 ficha. In the afternoon there were over 40 ladies most of which either fell into the model class or the want to be model class. The club is extremely opulent and beautiful. It even smells fancy. Parking is $1. There was a pat down but it wasn't terribly thorough and they show your passport to the camera. Rooms and especially the bathrooms were extremely nice even.

Cafe Rojo was easily my favorite club of this trip. $5 entry, $3 parking, $22 ficha. This club looks like a modern upscale US club from a larger city. There were 30+ ladies and most were just dripping sex appeal. I saw so many ladies I wanted to visit with but I had reservations so my time got cut short. The rooms were spacious, and looked semi new. The bathrooms were well done. There was no pat down but they did scan your passport.

Club 155 Was on Friday at 16:45. Entrance through a metal detector frame. The passport only looks, does not show to the camera. You can't enter wearing a cap, the guard took it. But he didn't take my sunglasses. The entrance fee is $25.5 Includes a drink and 15 minutes with a girl. I got the change from a hundred dollars. I received 4 pieces of paper. I exchanged one for a drink. I counted 54 girls. I give the other three pieces of paper to the girl. There is a spray bottle with alcohol in each room. The girl said she was from Ecuador.

The next time was a week later at 19:30. 15 girls available. There are about 80 parishioners. Local parishioners came running with the Americans and Chinese and took away the best girls. On Friday it is better to come at 17:00, before the influx of parishioners.

Club MosQ. Was on Thursday at 18:00. The passport shows to the camera. You are not allowed to enter with a cap and sunglasses. The entrance fee is $5 or $24. $5 fee includes a drink. $24 fee includes a drink and 15 minutes with a girl. I got the change from a hundred dollars. They gave out one piece of paper. 35 girls. Club 155 had a better selection. Additionally you need to pay $2 per room. The girl said she was from Medellin.

Was there a week later on Friday at 17:30. 35 girls. 3 more beautiful girls than last Thursday.

Red Coffee, Caf Rojo. Was on Friday at 18:45. $3. 5 entry includes a drink. The passport shows to the camera. You are not allowed to enter with a cap and sunglasses. I got the change from a hundred dollars. 23 girls.

My top from best to worst:

    1 Club 155.

    2 Club MosQ.

    3 Red Coffee, Caf Rojo.

    US Dollar

Most places won't accept 50 or 100's. I think maybe Supermaxi, the supermarket will take it and break 100 for you.
Panama and Ecuador use the US dollar as their own currency. The bad is any bill over $20 will lead to suspicion and is a burden to use in both countries. When I travel I just withdraw whatever I take in $20 bills. Ecuador is notorious in giving you change in $1 coin. At the end of the day you have 20 lbs of metal jingling in your pocket.

I worked as head of security of a mall the reason why they do not take such large bills is simple even though we run on the dollar, there is no branch of the FED here, so the bills are not FDIC insured if some goofy cashier takes a large bill and it turns out to be fake the store docks it out the workers pay, simple as that so if some minimum wage worker that earns at most 500 gets dock 50 or 100 that is either 10% or 20% of the take-home pay they will not take that chance.

Also I was told that the size of the bills matter in Ecuador. Has anyone noticed any issues with 100's or 50's or should 20's be the largest bills used?

Maybe 1:1 guy to girl ratio, but most guys aren't talking to the girls for some reason. I was easily able to score sessions with all of the girls I thought were the hottest. If I had to guess, there were 50-60 girls and an equal amount of guys.

Rojo Cafe - $3. 50 entry, $22 ficha. So it comes out to the same cost as 155, but you don't have to commit to a ficha without seeing the girls first. When I went, there were at most 8 girls, and probably 30 guys. Clearly 2nd fiddle to 155, but maybe a better place to go watch the soccer game if you don't want to get a ficha.

122 - $3. 50 entry, $20 ficha. This club has the best location if you're a tourist. You can walk from Mariscal (but not at night LOL). The club is lower class than the other 2 though. It's like a sweaty frat basement filled with lots of guys and chicas. Most chicas were not doable in my opinion. There are a few diamonds in the rough though, and I did have a good session with one I liked. Probably 30 girls and 50 guys when I was there.

    Short Quito trip

Had a short two day trip to Quito this past weekend. Thanks to all the previous posters. My plan was to do one online girl and one club each of the two days. So much for best laid plans. The elevation took it's toll on me so in the end, only went to one club and visited only one online girl.

The club I went to was Club Mosq. Real nice club, like an upscaled lounge with about 30 girls there. Nice relax vibe to the place and many beautiful girls. The ficha was $24.00 and another $2. 00 for the room. I saw locals paying for the room so not a gringo tax. I went around 17:00 so not to crowded. I believe they open at 16:00. Part of the reason I like this club is because you can do the place at your own pace. If you want to relax on a couch, fine. If you want to talk to a girl fine. The girls are not pushy and they won't sit with you unless you call them over. A ladydrink is $10.00.

I picked a short girl with a large rack to sit with me. I believe her name was Carolina. She never asked for a drink but after a while I asked her if she wanted one. Said yes and a small cocktail glass came a little after. What was cool, what could be finished in two gulps, her drink lasted as long as my drink. Basically we spent about 20 minutes of getting to know each other. Went to the room after. After reading reports it seems like CBJ is the norm here and that's what I got. The good news is, she didn't mind kissing and FIV. Wasn't counting but I believe we were in the room for about 25 minutes. After the deed, I went back down to flirt with other girls but because I had the headache that I couldn't get rid of until I got back home, I didn't take anyone else up. Although I would have like to.

I really liked this club but it is in the north of the city and my uber cost was $7. 00 going there and $9. 00 coming back. If I ever come back to Quito, I will definitely come back to this club. Hopefully I can acclimate better next time.

Next day went the online route. Checked out a website that had girls ranging from #40.00 to $300.00 per hour. Many girls have reviews on this website but I noticed none of the girls at the #300.00 range had any. I was surprised that some of the $100.00 girls had reviews. I picked a girl at $40.00 with good reviews. Although the reviews said her looks were good, I thought her looks were average but at that price range I lowered my expectations and glad that I did. When searching, I put in the filter that I was looking for a girl who does BBBJ without any extra charge. This girl fit the bill and her service was excellent. Would I go this route again? Maybe but after being at a nice club the night before with all the ladies in front of you, I don't think so. Or maybe I'll try a girl with a higher price range. The higher price girls did show face photos, just not sure how accurate they are.

To summarize, I think Quito is an underrated mongers destination. If my calendar for next year wasn't filled out already, I would return here.

A ficha is a token you are correct but is more apt to say that it is a form of the house to control the "independent contractors" time and give the customers a way for them not to complain later, you see back before the ficha system in Ecuador every girl set a rate for herself and either people took it or not, however, people starting complaining "this girl agreed to do XYZ and did not and she is charging x" so this caused customer dissatisfaction and the establishments in Quito started the "ficha" system the house sets the rate, you pay for the ficha at the front desk, you go with the ficha to the girl and you get a "service" now she may try to hussle you for "extras" because the "ficha" is the basic service but really it is a way to mitigate some of the arguments and chaos when you get horny men that have drank way too many beers, it never took hold in the coast per se, they have other methods of control over here but Quito and the mountains pioneered the system.
