You tipping 20 is a real bad idea. You are tipping 100% at club 122. I have only been asked for a tip once by the ladies and it did bother me a little. These 12 dollar to 22.50 dollar ficha places is only for a quick time. 15 minutes. Think of it as going to a fast house in the states. Although you can probably spend more time if you pay, I'm not sure what that rate is. Club 122 has a jacuzzi room. I've been in there only once. It's huge and clean. I didn't participate in the jacuzzi service, but I'm not sure how much that is. I've gotten various levels of service for $20. Some girls just lay there and while other will kiss your face a little and some will every french kiss you. Some women would lick your balls and others would suck on your tits. I would not DFK or LFK these girl unless I was the first customer of the day. I've gotten BBBJ without asking only once. I don't care if they aren't top notch or all 10's. To me there are a lot of 7's, 8's, 9's and to me that is good enough. Sometimes it's not the hot girl that gets you going, but the service involved. There are a few 19-22 women at 122 and I would consider them very hot.

I've never been to Ecuador, but I have been to Brazil and Colombia. $22 was not available in the top clubs in either Brazil or Colombia. I was paying more like $60 for top of the line girls. The $22 figure sounds too good to be true. Is there a catch? Are the girls not up to par with the clubs like La Isla in Medellin or Whiskeria 4 x4 in Rio de Janeiro? If the quality is good and there is no catch, I might have to get a 1-way flight.

The ficha is currently $27 in 155 for 15 min. There are nice girls but not the top level that I've seen in Colombia. If you pay $60 there must be a reason. Usually, good-looking ones are also rushing a bit so you'd need to spend double ficha to get a good service.

I visited Quito a few weeks ago and started with International Club 122. I intended to session there before lunch since they open at 11 am, then recover, then head over to Club 155. Long story short, I totally exhausted myself at Club 122 and had nothing left for Club 155, but I wish I would have waited for the nicer club to open. In terms of logistics, it was easy to find. Enter 'International Club 122' into Google Maps and it will bring it right up. The entry fee was just a few dollars and it came with a drink. No passport check required. After the entry fee you head down some stairs to what feels like a crummy nightclub or bar. There is a stage, a bar, loud music, a few TV's playing soccer. And about 10 to 12 women standing around, with the same number of guys. The guys were mostly blue collar / middle manager type guys and no one looked at me or stared, even though I was obviously a gringo (which was nice). And the ladies. It was a real mix. Something for everyone, if you will. About a third of them were very heavy, voluptuous MILF types, a third of them were less heavy MILF types, and the remainder were younger, slim, beautiful women. All of them were in cheap lingerie and they were all eager for business. As I was there longer, more ladies and more men kept piling in, until the place was pretty packed. By lunchtime there were easily 20+ women, with at least five of them being gorgeous. I grabbed a younger, very pretty, slightly curvy columbian and went to the bar. It's only 20 usd for 15 minutes. Seems hard to believe, but this is the truth. You pay at the bar and they write something down in a notebook. After that we went upstairs. On the main floor she had to check in with a desk to get a room key, then we went up another set of stairs to a tiny room with a bed, toilet and sink. This is where it went off the rails for me. There were no towels, no soap, and the water was cold only. The bed had a fitted sheet over it, and that was it. Nothing was laid over it and it definitely wasn't changed when we were done. Everything was covered, which was great for me. Extras were also on the menu, but I was grossed out so I didn't ask for kissing or anything like that..

It seems you had a good time in Quito but I would not recommend tipping more than 5 bucks. Actually, in Ecuador tipping is not a social culture at all, I hope you understand that. 20 bucks might be cheap for you but it's expensive for 99% of guys in the room that earn 400 a month. Girls then start asking for tips from everyone is the consequence of this behavior.

We finished up and headed back downstairs where I had another small can of beer and waited for my vitamin see to kick in. Eventually it did and a few more ladies had shown up, so I took a spin around the room (it was crowded so it was easy to miss some of the gems), and found an absolutely beautiful, tall, slender 23 year old from Equador (a rarity, apparently). We headed upstairs and I had a great time just gazing at her gorgeous face and body, even though I didn't finish.

Back downstairs, I had another small can of beer and tried to make my third selection. At this point there were at least three slimmer, attractive women walking around. The most attractive of them hopped up on stage and did a pole dance, and I couldn't get her attention, so I had to choose between the remaining two. One looked kind of Cuban, and very pretty, the other was a light skinned, brown-haired Columbian and she was smiling at me, so I went with her.

I assumed I wouldn't be able to finish so quickly again, so my plan was to enjoy a few more women (since the price was so incredibly low) and head to Club 155 later that night, but the Columbiana had a different plan. Once we were in the room she put on an amazing show and made me feel like a king. Her body was exactly what I like (slimmer with see-cups) and she was super tight. Unbelievably I nutted again, hard. And then I was done. She was really friendly and fun to talk to (even with my broken spanish) so I gave her an extra twenty as a tip, which she really appreciated. As nice as it was though, the room was disgusting. There were actually dried bits of stuff on the bedsheet. You could feel it crunch under you like sand. And there was no soap, hot water or towels. So I was ready to get the hell out of there. By the time I got back to my hotel, I felt pretty gross, and I was pretty drained. So I took a long shower and called it a night. It was a great time but I'll be going to Club 155 next, where I hope it's a little cleaner.

Is it that simple? Quito is colder and has higher risk of altitude sickness than Medellin (and slightly more than Bogota), so mongers flock to Colombia and not to Quito?

Bogota is 8,600 feet in altitude and Medellin is 5,000 feet. Bogota takes some time to get used to its height, Medellin not so much. But the main reason mongers go to Colombia and not Quito is the publicity that the country gets. Ecuador doesn't get very much mention or isn't talked about all that much.

When I was there a few years ago with two other guys one of guys got Altitude sickness and have to go home.

Also I saw the same thing in Cusco, Peru city. A woman was in the hotel for most of her time with an oxygen mask and tank.

It might have something to do with Quito being at roughly 9,300 ft. In elevation.

Hey I really appreciate that map as a resource. Do you have any theories why Ecuador isn't mentioned in the same sentence as Colombia and Brazil for mongering purposes? The price looks amazing, especially for on-site rooms and with a club atmosphere. Is Quito just an undiscovered gem? Or is there a good reason that Americans book their flights to Medellin and Cartagena instead?

The club is top notch and girls are too. This is my favorite club in south America so far.

Very safe, everyone gets frisked and ID'd and security staff is 10 guys strong. They have their own "taxi" drivers for a safe ride home. I went there every night except Sunday for 3 weeks! Top notch.

Anyone have any recommendations on guest friendly hotels or Airbnb in Quito around Mariscal Sucre / Plaza Foch area Staying here for a few days this trip before heading into Manta.
