If you are staying in miraflores you will notice several beauty shops around that offer massages as part of a long list of services. You might have to look around a bit for one that suits your needs. Some have a better table and environment than others. Usually an hour is between $20/25.

I've never asked about extras since it is usually the pit bull giving the massage. There are possibilities though at the smaller shops. Sometimes there are only two girls who do all the services. On larco around the corner from atlantic casino (same side of street as the casino but on larco) look for a mini mall / hallway entrance that leads back to a few stores. One is tiny beauty shop. Check it out. I had possibilites there but never pursed them.

Alcanflores ave around vivanda supermarket (miraflores) is another good area for those types of places.

Besides, should there be a return of the militarists it might cause problems for the hobby and individuals. I agree with David except for the the mongering climate turning bad. I don't think that would necessarily become true. Humala's rise would greatly affect all foreign investments and even some Peruvians might leave the country for a better place. Humala has often been described as a powder keg and nobody is sure what he would do once he becomes president.

While David points out the most logical scenario, there is still the possibility of a "White Vote" to force new elections. It is very risky and not likely as failure is "not an option"!

A girl I know from Lima wrote me an email yesterday freaking out about the elections. I had no idea a fujimori was running. How absurd. She says ollanta is on par with chavez.

What does this all mean from a gringo point of view? She mentioned things might get bad again.

Would love to hear input from troops on the ground.

I want to express a note of thanks to David. I was in Lima for a few days last week. I contacted him as to where I was staying (Double Tree in Pardo) and he arranged a few young ladies for me at the agreed time. All the dates David fixed up for me were great, and offered a great service. David is an invaluable contact for my trips to Lima and offers a great service for no reward.

Of course there are other mongering alternatives in Lima which have nothing to do with me. Many prefer them. Fine with me. Lima has something for everyone.

I was in Lima for two weekends recently and had once again the pleasure of meeting some of David's lovely friends. All young and pretty, all true GFE, and most are amazingly punctual in a culture that has a very elastic sense of time. The guy deserves some kind of social innovation award for his "work"! The girls speak very highly of him and clearly feel that he helps them a lot by setting them up with visiting mongers and in other ways as well.

Note that these girls are NOT hardened pros. They either work or are in school, they have families (who typically expect them to be back home not too long after dark) , they have a sense of purpose. Treat them well, set aside a few hours for each encounter, take them out to lunch or dinner "in between", get a jacuzzi room if you can (always very popular with the girls) , be at your most hygienic, and use your Spanish (or at least use Google Translate) to make conversation. You will likely be rewarded with genuine GFE and will make memories that will not fade any time soon. Finally, be respectful of David's time and money: use a local mobile phone to text him, give him clear info (room number, meeting time) , and try to pre-arrange your night or weekend "business" during reasonable hours Mon-Fri.

Recently I had to go to Lima on business. I pm'd David before I left and asked him if he could help me out. After a couple of back and forth emails we spoke briefly on the phone and he got me set up with a couple of utterly delightful young university students; the first in the evening of the day I arrived, the second for the rest of the week. Both were GFE experiences beyond my wildest dreams. I don't know how he finds these lovely young women, but he certanly worked his magic for me. Now my biggest problem is to figure out how to find an excuse to go back to Lima as soon as possible.

If you contact David, pay attention to the information he needs to get you set up. If you do, chances are you'll leave Lima with a big smile on your face.

At david 33's request, I have promised to never post about my experiences in Lima. I arrive back in Lima this week after a long tour through Colombia, and my membership runs out this month, so no reason to renew.

As I told david, my last comment here would be to tell you all I really, sincerely, honestly think you should all use his services. I mean that, and have said that before he started whining about my every post (the Lima thread is so wildly busy afterall, LOL).

Lima will be a much better place for me (and a few others) if everyone uses the same beat girls and leave the rest to those of us who have, umm, other aspirations.

So thanks dave, you are truly providing a great service, and not just to the guys who rely on you.

I enjoy those little internet feuds as much as the next guy, but I have grave concerns about the accuracy of your assesment of David's girls. Especially considering the fact you've never used them. I, for one, found all three cuties he hooked me with last year anything but "beat". I'd have to say I don't see how a 19-20 year old girl gets "beat" unless they start going at it wholesale at 12 or something. I'd further say, David's girls were the highlight of my stay in Lima, and if it weren't for him I would've had to work pretty hard wasting a lot of my vacation time and money along the way to find COMPARABLE talent on my own.

But then again, what a dork like me knows about women? I guess, I'll be forced to use David's help in the future (should he be inclined to provide it) , leaving you to your "umm, other aspirations". I also suspect quite a few fellow forum members will gladly follow your advice.
