I made it out to the Troc after an absence of more than a year. Black Page is right and I am wrong. Things have changed a great deal. Seems that with the closure of Hotel San Jose and other illegal spots, many girls have moved to the Troc. They have gotten rid of most of the grandmothers who were there during the last 30 years or so in the far left corrider. The famous Pili (one of Nibu´s favorites) seems to also have been removed. Lots more cute girls, plenty of hard core NO gfe girls from Ecuador on the right hand side. Cute but clock watchers. Generally much better service from the Peruvians. Many DO GET THERE at 3:30, staying till around 9:00 or so. Troc chica reviews can be found on Perutops for those of you who habla Español. Also stopped by Las Cucardas. STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY. The same old 30 minutes reducing to 15, promising everything and giving nothing tricks one finds in the worst P4P venues. Forgive me if this has been discussed before but can someone compare Quito versus Lima. Quality, quantity, similiarities and differences.

I booked a trip to Lima in March but after looking at the pictures on the Quito board I am not sure if I made the right decision. Is it worth paying the $200 transfer fee to change my flight to Quito? Also, where are the pictures of the Lima beauties?

Not sure if Elberto is making a joke (?) but I have been to both cities recently and enjoyed both very much. I am hesitant to say one is better than the other since tastes vary and you can have a great time in either.

I would say there is a tremendous variety of activities in Lima- a much larger city, which are not all available in Quito. Lima offers saunas, SWs, strip clubs, pick-up discos, out-calls, massage parlors and casas, both small and large. The food is more international and of generally better quality. Also the air is not so thin at sea level as it is at 10,000 feet. Overall, I enjoyed Lima more due to this variety of options and activities.

Last night went to TR for the chica I wanted on Halloween night. Fortunately, I saw her standing alone next to the bar without moving an inch. After many eye contacts, I thought of going home alone. Right at that moment she started walking towards me. I grabbed her, made an offer, and we were on our way to my hotel. She later told me that although she was looking at me all the time, however, I looked very serious and she was reluctant to come to me. Although in taxi she realized that the reality is further from the truth. She is Claudia, 20 yr. old, from Lima.

I never knew that Halloween is such a big event in Lima. On this night, Pizza Alley was stuffed with wall to wall people. There were long lines in front of every little pubs and night clubs. I was soaking in the experience since this was my first time there.

Since I had no chica encounter on this day, I decided to step into TR around 1 AM. 30 Soles entrance fee. Body searched by an ugly looking chica. Probably her best fantasy job came through.

I kind of like the club settings. It is like many other clubs in other countries I had been before.The smoke condition is not that bad, for a guy who does not smoke. I have been in many clubs (Love Story in Sao Paulo comes to mind) where smoke condition is horrendous. I never felt anything in Miraflores. The hotel prides itself being earthquake proof. According to all reports, it impacted Callao the most.

For all the Lima crew currently living it up in MDE, There was a whole lot of shaking going on!


Peru's national civil defense institute (INDECI) confirmed on Saturday evening that the magnitude-4.3 earthquake that struck off Peru's coast did not cause any injuries or damage to buildings.

Nevertheless, INDECI affirmed it was monitoring certain areas in the city to make sure citizens did not require any assistance.

"Through the National Emergencies Operation Center, INDECI, in coordination with Civil Defense Committees is monitoring areas to address any emergency," affirmed the agency in a press release.

It added that it was on alert to help anyone that may need assistance because of a natural disaster or any other emergency.

While the U.S. Geological Survey reported that a 4.5 earthquake struck 43 kilometers (27 miles) southwest of the port of Callao, Peru's state Geophysics Institute said it was a magnitude-4.3.

The earthquake startled citizens across Lima as shaking began at 3:40 p.m.

While the capital's communications system did not collapse as it did after the August 15 earthquake, it was reported that cellular phone lines were down between 5 and 10 minutes.

I planning trip to Lima x-mas week, have been to CR, Panama, Venezuela, I have met a cutie in the internet lives in Lima, and when I ask her where she recomends to stay, Espana hotel downtown, she lives in the Jesus Maria area, so I am asking is the a safe area, I told her that I had thought of the Mirflores area she said that was about an hour drive away, but where ever I wanted to stay, I have contacted the Espana and very cheap rooms, and the fotos of the hotel rooms very nice. So any input from those living or having been there would be greatly appreciated. And also I would like very much to meet and posibiley party with some or all.
