As the title says I will be in Lima on the 29th, wondering if any of you care to share any info on ladies. Also I would like to get my peruvian Drivers License, what are the steps to take and if any of you are around I would like to get together and exchange info. I speak Spanish. Maybe we can get together and go around Lima and find local brothels. As well as local girls. Thanks in advance.

For the driving licence they will ask you have a "'carne de extranjeria", in other words you need to be a resident of Peru.

Lima seems to be a fraction of what it was before "the wheels fell off the world" and even before then, I would never compare it with any place in SEA. Yes, there are still brothels and a streetwalker scene, especially in Lince, as Mr. E. reported.

But as far as clubs and P4P, with the closure of Calle de Pizza, Tequila Rocks, and others, I don't read a lot about other options. Your best bet is to read through this thread and gather as much information as possible. Good luck!

Even with the sol weakening (1 euro = 4. 80 soles) and the Brazilian real strengthening somewhat, my food budget in Lima is still nearly twice what it was in Sao Paulo. Of course Peruvian food is delicious in its own way but that was not my point.

Note that one reason NOT to come to Peru is the scary earthquake risk. They've built high-rises like crazy in Lima (often destroying historical buildings to do so) and I've been told the new buildings are less likely to withstand what people here call "a 8.5" than things built 20 or 50 years ago

I was in an earthquake once (Richter 7. 5 in Guatemala). I and several million other people survived. On the other hand, I was in a car accident once and 3 of the 4 people who were not wearing seat belts died. There is no reason to worry about things you cannot control nor events that have a tiny probability of killing you.

If you want to live a long and happy life, wear a seat belt, don't smoke cigarettes, exercise and have plenty of sex with many women. Don't worry about earthquakes, lightning strikes, tsunamis and meteors. This is not perfect advice, but it will work for most people.

I said when the sol got over 4 to the dollar that Peru would be a green light for me versus a yellow light and now we are there.

So at least now I can make a case for Peru in comparison to Colombia, but I wanted to ask you: Why did you choose to go to Peru over other countries in the area? I am just curious.

I am glad you had a good time Dark. I saw the prices Mr. E posted, and Peru is still more expensive than Colombia even with the Sol weakening.

Thing is that I forgot how I felt in Lima with the Pacific air, relative lack of pollution in comparison to Mexico City and Bogota, and the fact that you do not have to deal with the altitude of those two cities.

I don't travel to monger, but rather enjoy it on the side. I wanted to see the country since I'd never been and it's one of only a few countries right now that are open with almost no travel / quarantine restrictions.

Colombia is incredible for mongering no doubt, I'd already been and had a blast.

No, banos turcos are not brothels, but you could get some sort of sexual services at many of them before the pandemic. Unfortunately, most banos turcos are still closed and those that are open are not offering sexual services yet, as far as I know.

How did you get sexual services at the banos turcos? It was under the guise of massages. There were legit masseuses and there were not-so-legit ones. At some places you could get full service (on a very uncomfortable masseuse stretcher), at many others just a CBJ, at most of them just a hand job. And the prices were going from 50 soles for a hand job to 200 or 300 soles for full service, and that is quite apart from the "massage", that can be anything from 30 soles to 120 soles. Besides, the girls are not that hot and tend to be older and chubbier than the average brothel girl. Which saunas / banos turcos are open? Right now, for all I know, Onsen in Santa Catalina (most girls won't do anything sexual, one or two will agree to a hand job), Venice in San Borja (there used to be full service there but now there is only sauna and legit massages), Cavin in Santa Catalina (same as Venice). All the others that I knew of are still closed. Some won't reopen (didn't survive being closed for more than a year). I know of no sauna / bano turco that is offering full sex nowadays; maybe in a few months..

I'm new at mongering in South America but I did stop at a place called "Turkish Baths Britain" that I found on google maps just off of Av. Jose Pardo about a month ago. It had just opened for the morning and two girls were available. The sauna might fit two people and the steam was so think I could barely see my feet.
