Stayed at the Westin for one night. Great hotel. Some action in the lobby on a Friday night. There were about 4-5 ladies milling about. Damage was $120 usd + $25 joiner fee charged by the hotel.

Post 4329 Spot on critique of Cusco. I lived there for two years several years ago. Locals told me there was a time in early 2000s that there were a lot more chicas around who you could take home but most of these chicas were from Lima or other provinces. I paid S /1,200 for two people on short notice. Then there is the flight and hotel, but Peruvian Air offers cheap flights.

I have been told by a friend that Iquitos is a "target rich environment", so I plan to see that for myself next visit.
