You can try it out. However the experience is EXTREMELY UNIQUE and QUITE INTENSE. Its cautioned that you prepare for what you will receive and experience. I've heard of some places that allow you to walk in and join with no preparation, however the folks that I know that attended this type of place went with a purpose in mind and have been thru it before.
