Headed back in August for my 3rd trip.

Yes, I can personally vouch for this and I date mostly in the 27-35 range. Another matter is the alleged blocking of the ISG site in Lima. Imo the problem is the movistar server in Miraflores is often down especially in the afternoon. Very erratic and it was down over one day last week with interim outages. It's working again with 100 percent access.

After finishing with Maria I went to tequila rocks. Maria does not fully kiss but is surprisingly tight. Recent performance was lackluster which means adios.

Note that economic development often translates into less mongering opportunities. This is because social justice warriors get more taxpayer's money to waste on destroying manspace. When I read "+3% economic growth" I think "+6% for women and -3% for men".

It's a pity because Lima was such a pleasant city to live & monger, not least because it never rained and the food was so good and varied.

Absolutely none. I would not even say that it is any safer or cleaner than anywhere else besides the hood barrios. I left Miraflores years ago. When I first started going to Lima my hotel in Miraflores was 89 soles. The last time I went through there to look it had doubled in price. For the last probably 5 years I have been staying in Lince. There I pay 80 soles during the week and 100 soles during the weekend. If I need to go to Miraflores for anything (which I usually don't) then it is only a 1 sol straight shot bus ride away down Avenida Arequipa. And if push comes to shove taxis are dirt cheap anyway. I pay 25 soles from the airport and 20 soles going back. To Las Cucardas is 13 soles and to Trocadero is 15 soles.

The 3 or 4 SW that you will find on Pizza Street are nothing to write home about and will 9 times out of 10 try to scam you by means of stealing your shit or demanding more money once you get them in your room. They will also employ tactics of trying to not fuck right and leaving before the agreed upon time. Also the clubs on Pizza Street want astronomical prices for drinks. And keep in mind when a Tequila Rock chick is asking you for 100 US dollars that the salary of a teacher is 500 soles/month.

Let me try to help a little.

I booked my cheap tickets for the first week of May, it'll be my first trip to Peru. I've read up over the last 20 plus pages, looked up the Lima list, and cross-checked with local forums, and my conclusion is that I shouldn't have too high of an expectation of Lima as a mongering destination. Even the fact that locals have to resort to mongering forums is not very encouraging. Especially review after review of "no sexo" for all the different massage parlors.
And the strip clubs are just bullshit places like in the US.

I have always had a great time here. To clear a few things up, you can most definitely have sex in a massage place. You just need a little Spanish and a little game. Sometimes, you get a number and take the lady out on a date. A legitimate massage parlor is a place of work and most girls are not going to jeopardize their job to satisfy a tourist. If sex is the sole goal, then you go to an erotic massage parlor and you'll pay up to 300 soles and sex is on the menu. As for the strip clubs, I have never tried one here. Most of what I have read indicates scam after scam designed to part a horny tourist from his cash. However, I do plan to try Harem one of these nights and will report.

Miraflores is quite safe, although you still need to pay attention or you could get robbed / mugged. In 11 months here, I have never been mugged, but did lose to a pickpocket once. Now I carry my cash differently.

SWs do exist in Pizza Alley. Not sure how Shamester missed them, but they are there. Occasionally there is even a super hot one. Myself, I prefer cruising in Old Pub or better yet, Sabor Peruano which is close to Old Pub. Tequila Rocks does charge a cover and there are usually lots of attractive women of all sizes and ethnicity there. I have pulled 2 all-nighters there at a cost between 220 and 400 soles, plus drinks. Unless you have a 3rd eye or absolutely no personality, you will take out. Just don't accept the first person that walks up to you. Walk around and enjoy yourself.

Another thing to point out and this is especially when someone does you a favor. People here can be quite poor. When a lady comes to your hotel or apartment, she may not have money because she is literally on her last sole. Greet her and pay for the cab. It is not a scam. Of course this can be discussed up front and maybe deducted from the donation. What you don't do is leave a person alone in a district they don't know with a cab bill and no money. That is not cool.

Parkinsons, I think you will have fun here. You're doing your research and this is definitely a cool and fun place to be or I wouldn't keep returning. I do more dating here and am not a fan of the brothels or SWs, but I will go to Tequila Rocks and Sabor Peruano and pull a working girl when I am in the mood.

This pretty much sums it up from my experiences. However I haven't been back to Lima in over 5 years. The way to enjoy Lima is through a monger network of local expats that will provide contact info for you. If you have some game you can work the internet dating sites prior to coming down and have dates already set up. Warning though that this can be extremely time consuming but for some people pays off well. I did it a few times and it worked great but have no desire to go through it anymore. Chalk it up to shooting fish in a bowl and getting older.

Correct again when you mention Miraflores will be a long trek to get to said destinations. You can use public transportation but for example getting back and forth to the Trocadero takes an entire day when you factor the return trip is during rush hour.

Long overdue report. First, Liam has mucho traffic. Second, Lima may not have as many hot looking chicks as other same countries but there are still a good number.
