Dozens of policias swooped down on his house. His passport says he was born in 1951. So he's 64. He was arrested in his bedroom. The police seized hundreds of items as evidences: DVD, pornographic materials, women's panties, sex toys etc.

These are very serious charges. His clients will probably be implicated.

Here is the latest David is in serious trouble. The found 100's of child porn pictures and videos at what appears to be several houses / apartments he had. People saw what he was doing for years and now admit so but no one ever did anything or reported it. He also appears to have been having sex with minors there for year some of whom are now in custody with CPS and cooperating against him. He also is being accused of murder or party to murder of 2 kids who they say were kidnapped. Kelly was mentioned in today's news conference as arrested but I think she is not. They seem to be naming people who are part of this organization of Davids even those not yet arrested including Kelly. I originally said 20 k would get him out but the US govt was involved in the operation so even if he does get out in Peru which after all the press would be tough even for the Peruvians to explain. Anyway if he did get out he would then be smoked by the US. Kelly's part is still unclear according to the news. The general who did the press conference mentioned her and showed her picture which is not good news for her. I assume based on the other girls who were arrested as accomplices providing minors to David she is likely looking at the same thing. Keep in mind Peru corruption the last few presidents would have been arrested for embezzlement the day they left office and the current pres and wife are to be arrested soon when their term expires early next year. The presidents get out of the country by going to friendly embassies. To make the point of how messed up this place is. One of the ex-presidents who escaped using the above method is the front-runner to win the coming election. Steal your people blind escape going to jail for it come back and get elected again. David needs to hire Chapo Guzman tunnel men and Kelly needs to get the help of anyone who has proven to her they can help her soon. If she doesn't she will need a tunnel as well.

If David gets convicted and eventually deported, as a US citizen, David will also face prosecuted by the US government.

All the evidence gathered by the Peruvian criminal justice system will be used against him by the US government so it might be as close to a "slam dunk" prosecution as you can get. US Marshals will be waiting for him when he's deported and returned back to the US. He won't be able to escape to Thailand, Philippines, etc. At his age, incarceration in Peru and the US could be a life sentence.

The headline states that he had ties to Thai and Indonesian mafias but the article only says that he went there often and sent money there constantly, but did not say why.

Yes, that struck me as odd also. They mention he visited though places as if it implicates him in something illegal. Many members of this board have probably done the same and others would if they had the time and / or means, and none would be doing anything illegal, at least not ipso facto.

That said, if something of the details are true or "proven" to be true, it sounds like he is in big trouble. I find this all very hard to believe given the attitude of the girls he sent and of the members he helped. The parts about the deaths of the two girls are also very vague. Still, it sounds as though a witch hunt is in motion here and that usually does not bode well. Here is another vote for keeping a low profile and having your fun discreetly.

Both David and Kelly were running a scam with the medical issues. David was broke and got me for 5 k and Kelly got me for 2 k. He was part of her scam as a means to try to use the benevolence of others to stay afloat while he remortgaged his house so something. I had a very bad experience with Kelly trying to rob 13 k cash from my apartment last week. Anyway no idea what to believe here or in any of these places where people are poor and corrupt anymore. If the news is true then David is in some serious trouble but with 20 K should be able to buy his way out. I would strongly discourage people from giving Kelly more money. I am not sure what the real story is but the medical scam is not new. Time to get out of dodge this place is crazy right now.

When I first got Kelly's E-mail, I was going to send her some money, but since she was so vague about her illness, I decided to check her Facebook page, since presumably she would tell her Facebook friends more specifically what she had. However, there was no mention of any illness on her page, which I found to be quite strange, and she seemed to be very happy and healthy. As apparently only her former customers were informed of her illness, I decided to do nothing until more details about her illness became available, specifically on her Facebook page. Then when David33 posted the medical report, I found it puzzling that the name of the patient on the report was blacked out, so it reinforced my decision to do nothing. Based on Paradise69"s experience, it appears to have been a good decision, but I am surprised Kelly would try to con people out of money, and actually try to steal money from Paradise69.
