A report of the recent experience. I stayed Lima for 4 days last week for business. For some reason, not very interested in chongo or quicky this time. Where in town did you stay and with your experience plus given that you would visit only the two establishments you mentioned, where would you recommend others to stay in? Did you use Uber at all in Lima? Also, what time of the day did you usually visit the places you mongered at?

The Venice S. Are. L sauna is open 24 hours and I went there around 12 am The entry is 60 soles and the full service is 260. (I didn't try the regular massage, so no idea about the pricing). Upon entry, you will give your wallet to the front desk, and in return, you will receive a key for your locker. You will be charged the full amount upon checkout.

I visit the brothels during daytime. The brothels are all located near the industrial complex. The entry is 10-20 soles and the service cost 40-50 soles.

Unlike Google Maps opening hours, La Colmena VIP actually close before 12 am.

I personally spend 2 nights near plaza norte (which is actually not safe, I once got spot checked and searched by a police) and 2 nights in Lince (I think it's ok). I think Miraflores are considered a safer place to stay. In terms of navigation, I took Uber most of the time, but I've tried taking bus at times. There is no sign and route number for buses, so you have to ask the driver or the coordinator. As someone who doesn't speak Spanish, it can be quite challenging. Taking Uber might not be faster than taking buses due to the heavy traffic, but it's way more comfortable.

BTW, I recommend Don Tito, which is a famous local chain grilled chicken restaurant in Lima. There is a one that is just 1 block away from the Venice spa.

Thanks for all this info. Good to know there are options. I guess if I were to take public transportation, it would be safer during the daytime as long as the chongos are open and / or the streetwalkers are around at least in the afternoons.

The big brothels open surprisingly early. El Botecito (Trocadero) opens at 3:30 pm and closes at 8:30 pm. Las Sirenitas opens at 9:00 am and closes at 2:00 am and La Colmena opens at 10:00 am and closes at 3:00 am. Streetwalkers appear around noon in Megaplaza, around 5:00 pm in Lince, and stay untill well past midnight.

The best time to visit these brothels would be around 5:00 pm and a good time to leave (if you use public transportation) would be around 7:30 pm. At El Botecito (Trocadero) there is only one shift, but since business is slow in the early afternoon, most of the "best" girls arrive late. I once went there as a wingman to a fellow forum member, we arrived around 5:00 pm, looked at all the available girls and after wandering around for a while my friend chose one of the girls available. I booked an Airbnb in Dec in Miraflores. The host was a nosy fucker and kept checking on me to see if I was doing parties. But it didn't stop me from bringing up girls. The security guard downstairs didn't give 2 hoots.
