I already booked an Airbnb just about 6 minutes walk east of Parque Kennedy and the new airport express bus also stops 5 minutes south so it's an easy walk for my airport transfers. Most of the touristy things I want to do including Parque Amor and the malecon along the coast as well as Barranco looks very walkable and the only Uber I'll likely have to do is to get up to Plaza des Armas and back. I may have shot myself in the foot in terms of mongering opportunities since my Airbnb is not guest friendly and both chongo brothels and main streetwalker areas look too far away. At least I'll still have Colombia and Panama on this same trip but I may have to have Peru for only tourist activities only.

I booked an Airbnb in Dec in Miraflores. The host was a nosy fucker and kept checking on me to see if I was doing parties. But it didn't stop me from bringing up girls. The security guard downstairs didn't give 2 hoots. In fact, one of the girls I booked, Melody Masajista talked her way pass the security guard and I actually opened my front door to see her waiting outside. LOL. Didn't even have to go downstairs to fetch her. So when you say not guest friendly, I am sure its not entirely true. As for chongos, Uber is cheap and you can easily find one to take you to the chongo and then back again.

Is this a danagerous area in Lima?

What would be a good area to stay for 2 to 3 weeks.

It seems it might be better off for me to back to Bogota instead.

Read the report again. I was there in August and I really liked the place.

Club: Las Suites de Barranco.

Cover: 130 included 1 shot / beer.

Ficha: 70.

Sex: 600 for 2 hours for the girl /400 for the club / plus hotel cost. And it also included a bottle of crappy champagne!

On site: No.

Number of chicas: I saw 10, but was told there would be around 20 to 25 more towards the weekend.

What would be a good area to stay for 2 to 3 weeks? That deppends on your budget. Other than the very touristic, and very expensive, districts of Miraflores or Barranco and the very residential district of San Isidro (also very expensive), the districts of San Miguel, Lince or San Borja are good options, so is Santa Catalina which is part of the district of La Victoria and also the part of the District of San Luis between Canada Av. And Javier Prado Av. Buses running along Javier Prado Av. - La Marina Av,conecting with the Metropolitano buses in Paseo de la Repblica Av. And / or the Metro de Lima (electric train) in Av. Aviaciand will take you to almost anywhere in Lima relatively fast and at a relatively low cost. Of course you can always call an Uber.

There are many other places in Lima that are good nice and safe, like Pueblo Libre, Jesus Maria, Magdalena, Santa Beatriz, Surco, La Molina etc. But they are either too far from the action or not well connected (by public transportation).

Callao is a port city that has grown to the point that it now forms one large city with Lima. The seaport area and the areas between the airport and the sea are somewhat dangerous areas but some districts such as La Perla or Bellavista are quite safe residential districts. La Punta, a district also belonging to Callao, is the safest district in Lima-Callao (there is almost no crime of any kind there).

If you send me a PM with your Airbnb's address, I can give you all the information you need about the area. I don't need the exact address, if you don't want to share it, the name of the street and the district (or zip code) will suffice.

Chongos, in Lima las Cucas (cucardas) and la Tia Pocha in Arequipa, crowded but OK. Girls get some STD tests, let's say often. Camana, a beach town in Arequipa with great summer weeks, me and a bunch of friends hit a chongo there. Surprisingly there were some jungle peruvian style (charapitas) that looked oriental, thai, that rocked.

I hate the idea of making the line in crowded chongos, not my kind of mongering.

I don't blame you at all about the lines at chongos as I've seen some videos on how crowded they can get with all the local dudes just out in the hallway. Not my scene either. The chongos although more convenient just seem to far away from Miraflores where I'll be staying and the transit just appears to take to long round trip. I may have to just settle on trying the Lince streetwalker scene even if as you mentioned the girls will be cold starfish types.
