Get an English speaking taxi-driver (find online) and plan your trips with him to Independencia or Callao etc. Make your first trip as simple as possible, you can always add complexity in future trips.

Note Callao (Trocadero/etc) is open daytime where Independencia/Los Olivos is a night time place. I'm guessing you're going to the nightclubs (Anaconda/Estacion and similar).

Even I start at Miraflores every trip and I am at DELE A2/B1 Spanish level.
Thank you for the information. Much appreciated. I visited Lima about 5 years ago and I was not very adventurous at the time and didn't venture outside of Miraflores / Barranco / San Isidro.

I didn't find much action at that time in these areas but now after reading these reports I'm intrigued and want to go back. I remember going to the nightclubs located in the Larcomar mall and had a great time, met some very nice girls, danced the night away but that was the end of it. I think the clubs were called Aura and Gotica. Don't know if they exist anymore.

Would it be safe for me to venture out into the nightclubs you mentioned in the Independencia area? I'm usually pretty good at blending into the crowd and don't do anything that would draw attention to me. It's just I don't speak any Spanish at all except Hola / Gracias / Serveca.

Great info! Just wanted a bit of Intel from you. I'm thinking of visiting Lima for 3-4 nights at the end of Feb or 1st week of March.

I don't speak any Spanish at all. Do you think it's better for me to stay in Miraflores and then look for girls online and call them to my hotel and also venture out to Indepenencia via taxi. Or do you think it would be safe for me to actually get a hotel in the Indepenencia area and venture out and explore all the options.

    Welcome to Lima.

If you stay close to the airport or to Indepenencia, you'll be close to one of the hottest P-4-P zones in Lima, which is the area around MegaPlaza in the limit between the Independencia and Los Olivos districts. Lots and lots of hotels, pseudo-massage parlors, slot casinos, discotheques and even street walkers, at roughly half the price of Miraflores. Just google prostitution megaplaza and you'll see what I mean.

With the Spanish you say you have, check the ad pages with location filters like photokinesiologas.com and look for girls in Los Olivos, San Martin, Independencia and Comas, almost all the outcalls from these districts will go to Independencia. In fact most "working girls" live in those districts and travel to Miraflores to "work"..

Does anyone know if this map is accurate? It indicates that El Pardo Doubletree is girl friendly. Seems like a good area, and I have Hilton status.

    Thanks!

Hey Slick, can you check out some of those new chongos too (like the one in LOS Olivos).

I'm not a fan of La Cucardas. The searching, the girls' attitudes, etc. Felt like the same thing when I went to Las Conjitas in Huacipa. In fact, I've always had bad experiences in places that search you and take away from your phone. Girls definitely offer fewer extras than the cheaper chongos.

Give me Trocadero / Botecito any day.

I will be in Lima for 7 days!

When I have more time, I will come back for Puerto Maldonado. Also, want to check out Iguitos.

I will go check out Tequila Rock as I have never been.

For the most plan on hanging out at the Chongos.

    Las Cucardas, Troc etc.

Can someone tell me if La nene next to Las Cucardas is still open?

I hope to pound some Venezuelans too!

    On prescriptions and generic drugs

    Well,

To be precise, law demands Sildenafilo, Tadalafilo and other "prescription drugs" are sold only with a prescription. Market demands that they are not. In the very unlikely event that you are asked for a prescription, or denied the generic drug, you just say "Thanks" and go to the nexy pharmacy.

    Two anecdotes for you:

One: Yesterday I went to a Mifarma that was right next to a Inkafarma (the two biggest pharmacy chains in Lima), asked for "Tadalafilo generico de 20" and the guy answered "Solo tengo de marca, el precio es 25 soles" (I only have brand, the price is S /. 25), so I left and went to the Inkafarma next door and the guy there sold me a pill for 14 soles, but didn't have the condoms I like (Durex Ultrathin) so I went back to the first pharmacy with the small Tadalafilo box in my hand and bought the condoms there. The guy was not amused in the least.

Two: A couple weeks ago I went to a small no-chain pharmacy, far away from my usual mongering zones, and asked for "Tadalafilo generico de 20", the guy said he only had brand tadalafilo, as "Tada" from "Eurolabs". I was in a hurry and 11 soles would not make me any poorer so I asked. How much? The cost was S /. 12.50 (soles). Cheaper than generic! You can tell because the generic drug says "Tadalafilo" in the box while the brand drug has the brand name in the box. I've asked for "Tada" elsewhere since then but never found it again.

So this is my advice: Always ask for the generic drug, if denied, ask the price, if the price is not good (3 soles or less for sildenafilo, 15 soles or less for tadalafilo) or if they ask for a prescription, just say thanks and go to the next pharmacy.

    Jack Jericho!

    Thanks for the intel!

Now! I will be ready to take it to pound town!

Good to know you still can buy sidinfil!

That's devastating news that La nene is closed for good!

I remember the bar manager was crazy!

The times that I come in, he put on rap music for me like little John, and. I would dance like a complete fool!

While sitting at the bar, I would enjoy seeing the bar manager test the new girls looking for work!

One time,. He came in a girls mouth!

She ran out the chongo holding her mouth! Hehehe!

    True story!

If they do, then I'm in for a shock!
Regarding Las Cucardas, they have invested a lot in the club in the last couple years so you'll see a definite improvement from what it used to be. But, of course, it will never be as good as it looks in the site's pictures.

Yes, Sildenafilo is still sold without prescription at any pharmacy. Do ask for "Sildenafilo Generico", which is a lot cheaper than "brand" viagra; The generic drug (that all pharmacies are required by law to sell) should cost about S /. 2.50 (soles) each pill of 50 MG or S /. 10.00 the box of four pills. Now you can also find generic Cialis without prescription, just ask for "Tadalafilo Generico", it should cost about S /. 14.00 each pill of 20 MG while brand Cialis will cost S /. 25.00 or so.

Too bad, Tekila Rock is still there and in business, but is a pale shadow of what it used to be some 5 years ago.

Sounds like a good plan. If you can, include Las Sirenitas and La Colmena (both in LOS Olivos); maybe even La Nene VIP (in Santa Rosa) Las Conejas (in Huachipa) and El Eden (in Lurin) but these last three are somewhat out of town.

No, it is closed for good. Cucardas is the only brothel there now.

That is the easiest thing nowadays. Easily a quarter of all the h**kers in Lima are Venezuelan now. The percentage is higher in the higher cost levels but still you'll find lost and lots of Venezuelan girls everywhere including Las Cucardas and El Trocadero.

    Good luck and have fun!
