Hi Luke maybe Venezeula is not that bad as Columbia but I would have to agree that Caracas Is fucked but that is the main place to CUM visit first. Well I just returned back from Caracas and I actually found the Edficio Avalon that someone talked about in this forum. It was the most interesting and legal situation I have ever been in. Before I describe it understand a few things;
