Hi again! To those in the know, is Western Union a reliable source for changing or receiving US dollars?

There have been problems with robbers in the climbing paths going up to the Avila, but like you said, the summit where the food stalls are is safe. And man, too bad nobody recommended you to take a truck to Galipan, it's a (rather bumpy, hah) 5-10 minute ride to the town and the food there is great. Plus. The taxi driver who has been taking me around is Angelo and he speaks no English. He is a licensed cab driver who can take payment by card.
