Pardon my ignorance; what is GBP?

Gimnasio Bar Privado is a hoarhouse on 27 de Feb in Santo Domingo. It is right there in the corner on the second floor of the building in the picture. If you put Mapfre 27 de Feb into your GPS, it will be right across from that. It opens at 3pm on Monday to Saturday and will close from midnight to 2am depending on how many customers are there.

Who told you that Oasis is cheap? It is freakin expensive. That is why the last time I brought 2 guys there the manager told me that if they both got a girl then he would give me one for free. That is why I much prefer GBP, because it is "normal" price. The other day the bartender sent me a message saying they were running a special. 3 girls for 2000 pesos. You are going to pay at least 4000 pesos for 1 girl at Oasis. They start off saying $100.

I went to oasis to monger and I had a good time but it wasn't as cheap as people want you to believe but it was a good time and I would do it again.

Can anybody verify for sure if jaragua is chica friendly? If it is then I would prefer a bigger spot like that cause I assume that it would be easy to stay low key since I would be mixed in with the casino crowds. I last stayed there in Jaragua for few days in mid March when my apartment was being renovated. I can bet you till my bottom dollar that Jaragua is chica friendly. Napolitano Jaragua (renaissance) Sheraton and Crowne plaza are all on same price range. But Jaragua has the best rooms and amenities by far. I would be arriving on April 19 in Santo Domingo. I have to agree with Oldkool in the price with jaragua. Its always around 100 $. But I never had problem checking in 2 girls at same day at same time and different times. I did a few threesomes in Jaragua. I think all the major hotels take a photocopy of the girl passport as security for you. In case if she tries anything or if she steals anything. You have her info. I think its customary practice (taking photocopy of passport) at all 3 star and up hotels at Santo Domingo.

It is my impression based on forum reports and the comments of a couple of chicas I know that Jaragua is guest friendly again since it was remodeled. I was once in Jaragua just a month after it reopened. I checked in a girl but I rented a room for 2. She is a lawyer and spent 3 nights with me. It was a great girl friendly experience. There is always plenty of eye candy walking around the area as well places to eat and view.
