The only one I know about with a sauna is the Sauna Strand Klub, which is a disco, but nothing more than that. Anyways, I am sure that you will be able to find several clubs in the Danube Canal area.

However, if you don't find what you are looking for and are going to be in Vienna for many days, go to Bratislava. It's just one hour in train and there you will be able to meet up with many Slavic girls, besides visiting another country.
