I am an active contributor to other parts of the forum, but will soon be making my first visit to Vienna, with one day and three nights free for mongering. I have RTFF and it seems that especially Golden Time, but potentially also Funpalast and Laufhaus Vienna are the most interesting places for me. (I want a lot of girls in a short amount of time, I don't have much time for cruising around and I am interested in GFE, DFK, a large selection of girls, with as many young, slim, short, natural ones as possible.) What I am wondering about is what hotel I should opt for. I see Hotel Meridien has been recommended. Its location is convenient for my work purposes, but less so for mongering (which is more important). So should I stick to Meridien or are there other good options closer to the action?

I saw an earlier post stating that DD is now a flatrate club. I found a couple of German-language news articles:

From what I could figure out from Google Translate, I saw two rates: EUR 145 for 5 hours and EUR 160 for 12 hours. The articles would also indicate that there are legal problems. I recall reading one of Massimo's postings in which he stated that flatrate brothels are illegal in Austria. The translated articles seem to confirm this but also indicate that the owner has some sort of "waiver." These rates are quite a bit more expensive than I remember at Partytreffs in Germany. I'm not sure these rates are cost-effective when compared to the local FKKs.

If something wasn't lost in translation, DD apparently went flatrate on April 1st and were promptly raided about 30 minutes after opening. I got the impression that they were using a safety inspection as a means to gain access. Apparently, at least one smoke detector wasn't working, so they dinged the owner. I'm not sure if they just fined him, or also shut the club down until the violation was fixed.

A couple of questions:

1. Is my understanding of the articles correct? Are they operating on "thin ice" and subject to raids or even closure?

2. Are current or future FKKs planning to follow suit and convert to flatrate?

3. Has anybody been there since they went flatrate, and, what was your experience?

I've been there a couple of times because I knew I was less likely to encounter a business colleague than at GT or Maxim. Yes, it's not up to the standards of either of those other clubs. But, it's light years ahead of anything we have in the USA.

I'm going back to Vienna in June and will check them out unless the locals here on ISG think I"m nuts.

First thing you need to know that this club is ABSOLUTELY no flatrate club. They opened on April 1st thinking that some new law would be passed that would allow flatrate or derivates thereof in theory. This law, however, has not gone into effect and is unlikely to ever be in effect as far as I have heard and believe me guys, this is a very very very heated discussion going on throughout forums on the net but also internally on many levels. Be it as it may. Donaudreams is not a flatrate club. They use a system with plastic bracelets. The entry fee buys you a bunch (5) of them. With those bracelets you pay for the time (20 minute intervalls) sex and extras. If necessary all bracelets may be already gone after the first session with 1 girl. On top of that there are not many girls and clients in there.

To sum it up, everybody is confused as to why the Donaudreams Sauna was transformed into this new system which is not only hard to understand, less transparent than anything else we have in Vienna and likely to [CodeWord140] lots of people and old regulars off bit time.

Since this is really hard to understand people are also reluctant to go there. 149€ is not a fortune but then again, we all want to know what we will get for that and at the moment, this might end up to be money not well spent. The boss promises a kind of moneyback-guarantee but who really wants to through the trouble and argue over that kind of thing.

And yes, the police are very very eager to cause problems for the club. As far as I see the situation they are not really mad because of the system as it is but because of the lack of tranparency as to how much the girls earn per session. And then OF COURSE there is the problem with the huge marketing tricks these guys have used to gain lots of attention over the past years. There was the rumour of the mega motel (biggest Laufhaus in the world) and the flatrate clubs and lots and lots and lots more.

Police read that, does something to try and make a statement. Nobody wins, everybody loses.

And I am pretty sure that the other Saunaclubs will follow suit and go flatrate on the exact day when hell freezes over.

(I decided to do a second post because this topic has nothing to do with my DD post right below this one.)

I am returning to Vienna in mid June for a couple of weeks. This is different for me because I generally have business trips during the winter. I know there are nude beaches on the north & south ends of Danube Island. Back in 2013 on a warm late winter day, I rented a bicycle, took the U-Bahn to the Danube Island stop, and started riding. It's a LONG WAY to the ends of the island. I got caught in a rain shower, so I never did find the south beach (not that anyone would have been there during that time of year).

Having tried a couple of nude beaches in Hawaii last year, it would be interesting to try out Vienna's versions. I understand the protocols about no photographs, sex, or even erections because sometimes families are present. I will admit it was creepy seeing young naked kids on the Hawaii beaches, even if the mom was a hottie. So, I have some questions I hope guys can answer:

1. Is there a difference between the north & south beaches? Is one better than the other one in terms of female scenery, seclusion, weather, etc?

2. Is there a better way to get to each end of the island other than by U-Bahn and a long bike ride?

3. How late are people normally out there in the summer evenings?

4. Do hook-ups or amateur action occur? I realize that the probability of hooking up on or near the beach is extremely low, but, I read elsewhere about one of the beaches having a secluded wooded area where couples hook up and sometimes invite others to participate.

I would also appreciate any other general comments. Once again, this is such a unique aspect of Vienna that is hard to pass up.

I got there about 9:30. There were about 15 girls there. Each one comes to introduce herself to me. Unfortunately I did not session. There were at least four girls I was happy to take upstairs. They all said they didn't kiss. One would kiss if I paid her extra.

Almost all were from Romania with the exception of one from Spain and another from Slovakia.

Man, I miss Rio.

Currently it seems they have more Romanian girls than usual but they do have the odd Hungarian, Slovakian, Polish or Nigerian girls there as well.

It is nothing astounding to have lots of Romanian girls. That is the case anywhere else as well. Also in GT. I guess at least 80% are from Romania there right now.

Regardless of any new laws coming our way we have to live in the moment I guess and make the best of it.

Although Delta Indigo had a somewhat disappointing experience recently I personally still feel very comfortable in GT and saw a wide variety of girls to pick. Was kinda hard last week to choose.

The recently highly praised Marina and Alessia seem to be on a break or are trying another club because I haven't seen them for a while. Neither did I see Ella this week but this could still be in effect of Easter.
